Chapter 14 Outside the hospital Lara: Hi Mason Mason: seriously why are you here? Lara: well if you let me talk.. Mason: talk quicker Lara: can we talk inside? Mason: ok Mason and Lara walk inside Lara: so is that girl ok? Mason: Hope? She'll be ok Lara: oh right, yeah I didn't know her name Mason: wait how did you know about her? And what happened? How did you know we were here? Lara: well I just got out of jail Mason: right and? Lara: I heard some things Mason: about my family? Lara: no about Decker Mason: go on Lara: well Blaine got transferred to a different prison and he wanted revenge on Decker's family... Mason: wait so he attacked Hope? Lara: no but I think he got one of his mates inside to do it, they definitely weren't in the same prison, apparently the cops stopped that from happening Mason: how did you find this out? Lara: old associates came looking for me when I got out, they told me Mason: are you still working with them? Lara: no I'm not, I'm done with them and I made a big mistake their, I'm never going back Mason: that's good, what are you going to do then? Lara: go see my parents, lay low for awhile Mason: I thought you didn't get along with your family? Lara: I don't but I don't have any one left to turn too Mason: I hope you stay safe Lara: same to you.. I will always regret what I did but I never lied about my feelings for you, goodbye Mason Later Mason enters Hope's room Justin: where have you been? Tori: yeah we were searching the hospital for you Brody: we were going to call the cops.. Raffy: I'm glad your safe Mason: yeah sorry, I ran into someone Justin: who? Mason: Lara! Tori: what? Brody: she was here? Justin: what did she say? Mason: she explained that Hope was attacked by a mate of Blaine's for wanting revenge on Decker's family Hope: wait I was attacked because of Decker? Raffy: because of my dad? Mason: yeah sounds like it Justin: are you sure we can trust her? Mason: yeah I'm sure Tori: ok should we call the cops and get them to confirm? Brody: can we even trust them? Justin: good point but we can trust some of them Tori: yeah we should call Kat Brody: ok I'll go make the call A house somewhere Lara enters a house and finds someone waiting for her...
