I'm overcome by your compliments, because I was really nervous about posting this., I wrote it a few weeks ago and have been agonising over it. I was worried that people would say 'she's not still going on about Lucas is she' or even worse: 'who are Ric, Mattie and Lucas?' Luckily they haven't been forgotten that quickly. I would love to write more but that pesky real life gets in the way Its funny, I called the kids Flynn and Beth for obvious reasons, but I realise that two of my daughter's friends are called Flynn and Beth, so they must be popular names at the moment..! Eli Posted February 11, 2009 Report Share Posted February 11, 2009 Aww, I like this oneshot I like how you describe details, and how you included some more links to the past even though they weren't really important for the story itself (like the article about Robbie and Alf, and the kids' names). I'm glad you liked the inclusion of Alf and Robbie because originally I put Alf in to fit in with QA's stringent guidelines but then I left them in because I thought it would make people laugh.
