Not sure of the episode numbers, but the last one they showed finished with Jude collapsing with breathing difficulties after he had discharged himself from hospital. I wish now I had watched some of the special weekends - I didn't bother with them as I thought the 'early years' would carry on indefinitely and I would see them all in context.
