I can't say I have any sympathy for Ruby at all. I love how she has blamed her current behaviour on her mother's death, when really, she was just as bad before Charlie died. Even when she first came to the bay, she was irritating. She's a spiteful, selfish, spoiled brat - always has been, always will be. (However, yes, I will agree that Rebecca's acting is impeccable and personally my favourite on the whole show. It's such a shame it was wasted on a character I hate so much.)

No doubt she'd end up with Heath I really hope she doesn't come back ever. I liked her character for a while but after Jack died she just got REALLY annoying. No doubt she'd be worse now.

I couldn't already see a thread for him so I thought I'd make one, please feel free to delete this if there already is one. What does everyone think of him. I really like him. I'd like to see more scenes with him and John, as well as see him become friends with VJ.

Interesting theory. That would explain why Brax isn't telling Heath and Casey the whole story about what Danny has done, he doesn't want his brother to find out he was the product of rape. Could also explain why Casey is supposedly about to go off the rails, if he finds out.

I think she looks gorgeous on the show too though, classically beautiful. Imo she is in the top 5 most beautiful women in the show, despite being older then a lot of them. And yes, she did look amazing at the logies!

I really love their relationship, it's so innocent and caring. They seem to genuinely have a love for each other (although I think that part was a little rushed), I can't wait to see how their relationship fairs out

I feel like it's just going to be a pre-text to Casey's supposed future Like maybe she dumps him and he ends up losing it (even more than he already has.) lol I sure hope so (in a weird way) but only cos he's the only character on H&A who isn't defined by his "love life". All the others have issues with their partners or longing for someone (except Sasha at the moment) and I feel like his own character development has been driving his story-lines until Henri came along It won't be a good year for poor Casey, but it makes him more interesting to watch I 100% agree with you. Obviously this thing with Henri is just part of a bigger plot-line. If it's not though, I'm gunna be really peed off at the writers for turning Casey into some soppy, over-dramatic teenager like the rest of them.

I'm not exactly one of Brax's 'fan-girls' who think he could do no wrong. Yes, I see that he is a morally corrupt criminal, and am not excusing the crimes he has commited one little bit. In fact, I wish both Brax and Heath would get their comeupence. However, I am not beyond feeling compassion for him. I do not believe he is a 'bad' person per say, but extremely misguided and he's got himself in too deep and can't get out. Home & Away is, after all, a soap opera, and we all know they would be nothing without drama. I personally feel that my conflicting feelings toward Brax, the disgust at his illegal activities and how he gets away with them, and the fact that I actually like the small part of him that isn't a criminal, just adds to the drama. That being said, I am not looking forward to watching Brax snap at Leah tomorrow. If I were Leah I would stay away from him, all he ever seems to do is cause her more pain. I can understand how smelling Charlie's perfume would be upsetting for him, but he needs to stop being so self-centered and see that other people are suffering.

VERY well said. I feel like some people are, as you said, 'holier than thou.' The truth is, if you haven't been brought up in poverty, you have no idea what it is like. When the choice is to either let you or your family starve, or do something illegal, who knows who would do what. Some people say "he's a drug dealer, he's evil", but really what else should he have done. With no father, a mother who's about as useful as a chocolate fire guard, and four mouths to feed,should he have just let his family starve and wear shoes with holes in? No. He did what it took to protect him, and that certainly does not make him all bad.

I'm certainly looking forward to seeing the character dynamics and watching their relationship grow. I think they'll be cute together

Hmm, interesting. See I've always wanted to see the good side to Brax, but now you've mentioned it, I also want to see just how bad he can be. It would make his character even more interesting, and we all know that there is much more to him than meets the eye. Although if they showed us more of his bad side, I can't say I could see much of a future for his character, so they'll probably just make him good because it's easier.

She's dependent on him too though. Unless she's with Casey (and sometimes Xavier), she's on her own. She really doesn't haven't many friends. At least Casey has Dex and Xavier and his brothers, and it looks like , although I do wish the writers would pay more attention to his friendships - especially with Xave and Dex.

Anyone else think that Ruby is going to go wild when/if I reckon she'll completely rebel against Brax and everything she knows, and that is why we've seen a picture of her Anyone???

Really loving Marilyn at the moment. She's always there to comfort her friends and be there for everybody. I think the writers should give her a new love interest. In my opinion, they have managed to redeem her since the whole baby fiasco!

The hot seat interview is hilarious!!! Lincoln is really funny and they both have great chemistry!

I don't think that would happen. Imo, the characters are both pretty strong on their own. Charlie was an interesting(ish) character before Brax, and I think even if Brax hadn't got involved with Charlie, he would have caused a lot of drama and contraversy (and got the ladies swooning lol.)

I think the only reason Heath apologised to Gina today was because of Bianca. Because he didn't want her to think he was a bad guy, and she made him think twice about himself So sweet! I think that's interesting. Most brothers are more concerned about their siblings getting hurt physically then mentally. Maybe he thinks a few cuts and bruises are just character building for Casey, but people messing with his head could be potentially dangerous! Either way, I think he cares plenty for Casey, he's just not as level-headed about it as Brax.
