RECAP
Robbie attempts to apologise to Tasha about taking her money, and after giving him the silent treatment, Tasha tells Sally that she made a mistake – “you said my boyfriend was here to see me. I don’t have a boyfriend”. Harsh.
Flynn tells Baker just how dangerous psycho Sarah is, and stresses the dangers of crystal meth. Baker bluntly tells Flynn that he isn’t underestimating anything, and warns him against messing with the law
Leah and Sally argue over the breast feeding issue, with Sally snidely telling Leah that she can settle her own child.
Hayley proposes that Kane and Kirsty share she and Noah’s wedding day – they can have their recommitment ceremony in the morning, and it would be a shared reception.
Kirsty eventually agrees to the idea, before realising that Noah hasn’t been asked. Hayley assures Kirsty that Noah will be fine with it.

THE PALACE
“You’ve gotta be kidding me!”. Noah isn’t impressed that Hayley has decided that they will share the most important day of their lives, and Dani and Hayley explain to him how down Kirsty has been – they thought it was a nice gesture. Noah is incredulous – “buying flowers is a nice gesture!”. Hayley apologises, particularly for not speaking to him first, before pleading Kane and Kirsty’s case once more – they just need a break, and Kane has been there for Noah in the past. Will enters, and blows his top when he hears of Hayley’s newest idea – “have you completely flipped your lid?!”, and both he and Noah disagree with Hayley’s suggestion that it’s “not a big deal”. She tells them that now she has asked them , she can’t very well take it back, and Noah sees her point. Will, however, throws a strop at the idea of Kane sharing the day – especially now that he’s the prime suspect in “bashing someone to death”. His jaw drops as Dani jumps to Kane’s defence over the assualt, and tells Will simply that Kane isn’t the person he thinks. Will glares at them, pronounces it “a joke”, and walks out.

SURGERY
Baker arrives to Flynn, tail between his legs and needing a favour. He needs Flynn to speak to Dani and Kane, and make sure that they don’t go near Sarah – he’s had a chance to look at her medical records, and she has been “in and out of institutions since her early teens”. It seems that Kane and Dani are at risk – any stunts could seriously backfire – and so far, there’s no proof that Sarah has done anything wrong so nothing can be done. Flynn agrees to have words with Kane and Dani on his behalf, and Flynn asks outright how far he thinks Sarah will go. Baker can only warn Flynn that “those kids” have no idea what they’re dealing with

FLYNN’S PLACE
Leah arrives, and receives a warmish reception from Sally, who seems happy enough to invite her in. She apologises, and in turn Leah also tells Sally how sorry she is for breastfeeding Pippa. Both women are confident that they will get past it, but Sally still reckons she needs more time – things are really hard for her. Flynn and Baker enter, with Flynn mentioning to Sally that he and Baker are thinking of going for a surf together. Leah and Baker are introduced, with Leah convinced that they have met before – Baker, however, is quick to deny that they have met before – he’s only been there for a few weeks, and her maiden name seemingly doesn’t ring any bells. However, Leah is still dwelling on it after Baker has gone. Sally asks Leah to stay for a while – Pippa would love to see her Auntie Leah.

BEACH HOUSE
Kane sits on the bed, doing some unenthusiastic bloke-style folding of clothes. Kirsty is unsuccessfully trying to calm him down, as he is furious at being thought of as a charity case – “Poor Kane and Kirsty, they didn’t have a proper wedding, then they lost their baby, they don’t even have a place of their own. Oh, I know, let’s let them share our party!”. Irene walks in to tell them that dinner is ready, remarking on having heard Kane’s ranting – “that is a great set of lungs you’ve got there”, and Kane apologises for getting carried away. Kirsty throws a soft bear at him as they leave the room, and Kane comments that Irene would never take charity. Irene, however, doesn’t see it as charity, and reminds Kane of his desire to fit into the Bay – the only reason that people have sympathy with him is because he IS one of them, and they want to help out because he’s a friend who has been through hell. Kane talks to Kirsty, and upon seeing how much she wants it, he agrees to go through with the idea. Their moment is interrupted by Baker’s arrival. He stands at the door and stares coldly at Kane.

FLYNN’S PLACE
Sally feeds Pippa as Leah watches. Their harmony is disrupted by Tasha throwing another tantrum at Flynn spying on her by going into he room, whilst he tries to explain that he’s just trying to look out for her. Leah is surprised to learn of her break up with Robbie, who Tasha brands a liar who she doesn’t want to see again. Pippa is the only one who receives the calm treatment from Tasha as Tasha tells Sally ‘what Pippa likes’. Once Tasha has goner, the three adults comment on how Pippa is the only one in Tasha’s good books at the moment.

BEACH HOUSE
Kane isn’t impressed that the latest news Baker can give him is that Sarah isn’t right in the head. He’d kinda guessed that already, and isn’t best prepared to listen to Baker’s warnings about Sarah’s psychiatric history – “I think I’ve heard this lecture before”. He isn’t keen about sitting back and ending up with the blame for Felix’s death, reaffirming that he didn’t do it. Baker firmlyt tells him that all he is trying to do is protect Kane ‘and his wife’ – “stay away from Sarah Lewis”.

FLYNN’S PLACE
Flynn puts his foot firmly down as Sally proposes that they make Tasha feel like they can’t do without her (re. Pippa) in order to stop her from running away. The way Flynn sees it, Tasha has to stay because she feels that it’s her home and that she belongs, rather than because she feels indispensible. Sally desperately tries to convince Flynn that they just have to let Tasha know that they trust her with the mot precious thing in their lives, and that they care about her. Flynn won’t be moved, and states that if Tasha doesn’t know that they care by now, then there’s not a lot of hope. Sally ignores Flynn completely as Tasha walks though, and announces that she has a headache, asking Tasha to look after Pippa and put her to bed whilst Flynn gets on with some work. Flynn however, insists that he look after Pippa. After a mini-squabble between Sally and Flynn, Flynn wins. However, Tasha is left with the impression that Flynn doesn’t trust her.

THE PALACE
Baker explains to Dani and Scott (and Hayley, Noah and Will) that new information has come to light that confirms that Sarah is not one to be messed with. Scott gives his assurance to Baker that he’ll stay away from her, and Baker leaves successful. Dani is desperate for Felix’s killer to be found so that Sarah will leave them alone. Will, however, takes the chance to voice his concerns over Kane being present at the wedding party – a nutcase is after the killer, and Hayley has invited the key suspect to the party. Hayley is upset that she can’t even have her brother’s support.

FLYNN’S PLACE
Flynn arrives back from a run, and assumes that Pippa is still in bed… until Tasha walks through the door with the pram and Flynn realises that Pippa has really been out for a morning walk. Flynn doesn’t exactly look delighted as Sally thanks Tasha profoundly, and once Tasha has gone to get changed he tells his wife that she can’t do that to Tasha. Sally doesn’t see the problem – Tasha is happy and has a sense of purpose, and Sally doesn’t think Tasha will find out about the plan. It seems that she spoke too soon, as Tasha appears at a door just in time to hear Flynn advise Sally against misleading Tasha to think that they can’t cope with Tasha without her.

BREAK

BEACH HOUSE
Will is stunned to discover that Irene is backing Hayley’s decision, and Irene explains that it’s just what Kirsty and Kane need. She brushes off Will’s concern about Kane’s involvement with Sarah Lewis, informing Will that Kane and Kirsty would have been at the reception anyway. Will is still extremely hostile when it comes to Kane, and he is once more told that things have changed a lot recently. Irene pleas with him to accept Hayley’s decision. When Kane and Kirsty walk through, and after a glare from Irene, Will grits his teeth, avoids eye contact and tells them that he doesn’t have a problem with the joint reception – “it should be a really great day”. Kane and Kirsty leave to go shopping as Irene grins victoriously. Will is glum.

FLYNN’S PLACE
Colleen likens herself to a dairy maid as she arrives with a new batch of milk for Pippa. Sally realises that Tasha hasn’t made an appearance and will be late for school, and goes to her room to discover that Tasha has, once more, done a runner. This time, she has left a note – “Don’t look for me. I can’t trust any of you and Pippa’s the only one I’ll miss”. Simple, but to the point.

DINER
Will sits down beside Hayley, and tells her that even though he’s not happy with her decision, he’s going to support her.

Baker enters for a coffee, and tells Leah where they have met before – “Maryville High”. He was a few years ahead of her, and he knew her brothers. As they continue to chat, Alf answers the phone, and is shocked to discover that Tasha has done a runner. After all, it’s only the hundreth time she’s run off.

BEACH HOUSE
Sally and Flynn have broken the news to Irene, who tries to assure herself that tasha will come back – she always does if they give her time. However, Flynn reckons she may have gone for good now that they’ve betrayed her trust. Irene panics, and comes to the conclusion that Tasha will be heading to the compound. However, Flynn and Sally have another possible option – Tasha wants stability, so she could well have gone running to her father. Trouble is, none of them have a clue who he is and far less where he is. It’ll be like searching for a needle in a haystack.

THE PALACE
Beth is surprised to hear of Noah and Hayley’s generous decision to allow Kane and Kirsty to share their special day – she doesn’t know how many women could do it. She and Dani are off shopping, and Hayley turns down the offer of going with them – she has other stuff to do. Once Beth and Dani have departed, Noah voices surprise at she turning down an afternoon shopping. He then goes on to stare at her thoughtfully, and once she prompts him, he praises her for the kind thing that she is doing. Soppy music starts up as he apologises for his initial reaction about Kane and Kirsty – he just wants their day to be perfect, but now it has been made more special, as he is marrying the most incredible, thoughtful, kind and generous woman. They declare their love, and lock lips.

NEAR THE BEACH
Kane and Kirsty sit on a bench near his car. She has been completely worn out by the shopping expedition, and needed a rest… although I’m a bit confused as to why she needs to rest seeing as his car is sat right next to them. Nonetheless, she tells him that exhaustion beat staying at home all day. Jesse passes them on a jog, and he advises her to look after herself – “or let this ugly mug do it for ya”. They decide to get off home, Kirsty cluthing her side in pain as they stand. As Jesse runs off, Kane helps Kirsty take a few steps onto the road, presumably heading for the passenger door. A motorbike starts up, and begins to speed towards them, and upon seeing this, Jesse yells to warn Kane of the impending danger. Kane promptly throws himself and Kirsty back onto the grassy verge, in a move that would not have been possible had the scene actually made sense. You have to have seen it to understand what I’m talking about, but the position that KK were in when the motorbike almost hit them didn’t match up with the position they were in when Jesse left them. Minor continuity thing. Jesse rushes over to make sure the pair of them are alright, as Kane glares at the rider, who is watching them through her helmet triumphantly. He realises in an instant that it is Sarah – despite Kirsty thinking it was an accident. Kane jumps to his feet and races towards the bike. He’s too slow. The bike takes off seconds before he reaches it.

BEACH HOUSE
Kane refuses to allow Irene to call Flynn, wanting Kirsty to get some rest – they’ll see what she’s like later. Kane is convinced that it was Sarah, but is dead set against talking to Baker – “no one hurts Kirsty and gets away with it”. Irene rolls her eyes, telling Kane that Kirsty doesn’t need him getting into more strife. Kane, however, is deadly serious – “If she comes near my wife again, I’ll kill her”. Irene watches, aghast, as he walks away.

THE PALACE
Dani and Beth return home from their shopping trip with bags full of… food. Beth seems a bit downhearted, but insists that she is fine and moves the subject onto more cheerful things, asking where Kane and Kirsty are holding their ceremony. Dani tells her that it’s a surprise, and Beth laughs, knowing she shouldn’t have expecting anything too conventional from them. Dani doesn’t listen as Beth wonders if Kirsty will need help with the dress due to having so little time. She is preoccupied with a letter, and after reading it in shock, she announces that she knows who killed Felix…
