Flynn forces Jude to face up to his feelings for Shauna. Seb has to lie to cover for Kirsty and Kane. Sally fears about Shauna and Flynn are laid to rest for once and for all.

Kirsty asks her mum if she can go to the gym and Jade thinks that Kirsty has a new boyfriend. Kirsty meets Shauna down at the beach. They talk about Shauna’s love life with Jude. Kirsty tells Shauna that she is still in love with Kane. Kirsty and Shauna head off to the gym for a work out. Kirsty tells Shauna that her and Kane nearly got caught from Alf, Donald and June, when they were on the boat, Kirsty tells Shauna that she is not going to tell her parents about her relationship with Kane. Shauna is not happy with Kirsty. Shauna tells Flynn about Kirsty and Kane, Flynn said what could he do about it.
Sally makes a dumb remark against Shauna, Jude fronts up Sally about it and they have a fight about it. Flynn tells Sally to stop interfering with Jude’s relationship with Shauna. Sally is upset because she didn’t like what Flynn had to say. Leah is with VJ and Shauna walks in and is after Alf. Shauna confronts Leah and tells her what’s going on. Shauna tells Leah that nothing is going on between her and Jude. Charlotte has a surprise when she bumps into Alf and Shauna in the Diner. Shauna and Charlotte have a heart to heart. Seb confesses to Kirsty why she hasn’t broken it off with Kane yet. Kirsty leaves the Diner, with mixed feelings. Jade is curious as to who Kirsty is going out with, so decides to asks Seb if he knows anything. Seb said that Kirsty had left the Diner, before he could find out. Kirsty sees Kane again at the wharf. Shelley gets very suspicious when she finds a boy’s shirt that doesn’t belong to Rhys.
Leah starts to feel guilty at the lack of time she is spending with Alex and VJ. Leah asks for Sally’s opinion of the situation over coffee. Sally is still hurting over Shauna. Jude decides to confront Shauna about why she was about to leave without saying goodbye. Shauna’s advice to Jude is to stay with Charlotte. She wouldn’t like to see the same mistake made that was made with Flynn. Jude is feeling very confused. Kirsty discovers that the shirt is missing, just when Shelley walks in, to discover her rummaging through the washing basket, looking for the evidence. The “Kirsty thing” is really getting to Seb, and she apologises for her behaviour. Seb and Kirsty both decide that lying about the shirt is the easy way out. Kirsty says that the shirt is Seb’s and that it was left behind at swimming training last week. Will anyone believe her? Seb is getting very concerned that she is protecting him, and feels that a guy doesn’t need covering when they get into strife. He comes to the decision to let her know that is not going to stand for her female tactics any longer. He finds he is getting sick of lying on her behalf. Shelley and Rhys come to the conclusion that Seb and Kirsty have a thing going.
Charlotte invites Jude for a drink, but Jude gets distressed with the pressure of all her questions. An argument between them follows.
Flynn goes after Jude to find out what the problem is. Flynn tells Jude that he has to make up his mind as to who he needs to be with – Shauna or Charlotte?
