Carly receives a distressing phone call from her hated father. Jane and Grant lock horns.

Extended Summary
Grant comes home rather late from Bobby. Jane talks to Grant when he comes home. She asks how Bobby was.
Jane wants to join Ben and Grant to play squash tomorrow. He is OK with it.
Carly is working late in Diner since Bobby had to go home.
Ben talks to Pippa. He thinks Pip’s punishment for Sophie was a little excessive. Pip admits it maybe was a little too hard for a punishment for leaving Sally alone in cinema.
A mystery caller phones to Pippa’s house asking For Carly. Ben answered. Carly isn’t home yet.
Matt wants to have a fun night out this Saturday but Adam and Maz don’t want too. Matt reckons Adam is in love with Maz! Adam gets uptight when Matt says that.
Carly comes home. She tells Pippa and Ben they should make up a new roster. They agree.
Ben tells Carly about the mystery caller asking for Carly that wouldn’t leave his name. Carly is puzzled.
Jane explains to Grant that her parents don’t know that she have moved in with him. They talk about it.
Grant doesn’t want to talk about the future in their relationship. Jane thinks it is strange.
Matt tries to convince Maz and Adam to go out with him on a fun night. They still don’t want to. But Maz changes her mind when Matt suggests they could go to cinema. Adam changes his mind when he hears that Maz will go! So now all three will go all of a sudden…
Ben, Carly and Pippa make up a new roster. Carly answers the phone and it is the same man as last time. Carly hangs up after a tense talk .It is her father telling her that her grand mother is sick and that she wants to see Carly. She say she don’t care at all about her father or any of his family! Pippa and Ben are a bit shocked.
At morning, Ben and Carly talk on beach. He wants her to explain why she hates her father and also her grandmother. Carly don’t want to talk about it.
Maz and Adam and Matt are awake. Maz seem to talk nice about Adam and that he have changed etc. Matt thinks she must be mad!
Pippa try to get Carly to explain why she won’t see her grandmother. Carly explains about what her grandmother did when Carly was about 8. Carly had run away to her after she got tired of her father hitting her so much. And Carly felt safe but then her grandmother called him and he collected her. When they were home he belted her black and blue.
Pippa still think she should see her grandmother since she is very sick. Carly won’t change her mind and will never forgive her grandmother for what she did.
Ben, Matt, Adam, Grant and Jane will play squash. They are shocked to see Jane turn up with Grant and that she will play as well!
Squash matches starts. Jane and Grant act kind of tense in their conversation to each other. Ben notices it.
Jane is good at squash. Boys notice that and Matt loses over her.
After match, the boys and Grant wants to go out on a pub for a few cold drinks. Jane talks him into going home with her instead. Adam and rest think she is completely deciding over Grant.
Carly’s father phones again. Pippa answers. Carly refuses to talk. Pippa explain to Carly that her grandmother isn’t suspected to survive this night. Carly still don’t want to see her even though her grandmother is desperate to see her.
Alf give Maz a talk to try to find a man or boyfriend. She takes notice of what he said.
Grant and Jane argue lightly when they are home. (tense music)
Grant has had enough and goes to pub…
