An epic Subway salad - beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, gherkins, jalapeño peppers, olives, grated carrots and a bit of light mayonnaise to finish off. Oh, and a chocolate chip cookie and a Diet Coke, all for <300kcal. Happy diet times. :) I have the chicken version for dinner tonight. :)
