They work well together side by side in the kitchen with the occasional comical banter, giving each other advice or just getting in each other's way. They feel comfortable around each other and it can be seen in scenes when Roman first arrived in the Bay to now. I'd like to see more interaction between these two characters and a few more heart to hearts no matter what the subjects are. My fondest memory is when Leah put Nicole in her place about the Den opening clashing with her "party". I think that that was the moment that cemented a good working relationship between Roman and Leah, after he encouraged his daughter to do the right thing and apologise for her wrong doings.
