Can't stand either of them; they both have the most grating voices. I often wonder whether their voices sound normal to Australians and it's only to an English ear that they are painful and that's how they manage to get employed in spite of their awful voices.

I totally agree! Jazz Jazz and more Jazz. Rachel Gordon brings Jazz to life and she's a breath of fresh air to the show. The difference is quality!
