Cliffhanger Over The Holidays

Yabbie Creek just doesn’t seem to cut it for the holidaying cast members of Home and Away.

Veteran glamour actress Kate Ritchie relaxed with co-star and buddy Ada Nicodemou in Byron Bay while her character Sally Fletcher spent the summer on 7 Networks much-hyped will-she-or-won’t-she-be-back promos.

Sally was left for dead after being stabbed in last year’s season finale before a video tribute of her almost two decades on the show was played.

The mystery will be revealed when the show returns.

Further away, Mark Furze’s singing stint on British show Soapstar Superstar has ended, despite being in the top four.

As for other cast members, Chris Sadrinna spent time with his family on the Gold Coast and Chris Hemsworth returned home to Phillip Island for a surfing trip.

Holly Brisley and her hubby sunned themselves on North Stradbroke Island, while show stalwarts Ray Meagher and Lynne McGranger had another Christmas of panto performances in Britain.

As for Rhys Wakefield, following his break-up with girlfriend and co-star Indiana Evans on November 11th 2006, he started filming The Black Balloon with Toni Collette and Gemma Ward in Sydney as well as study for his HSC Exams that happened early January.

His ex Indiana Evans and her family spent the holidays off the coast of Sydney.

Hopefully a few of the actors/actresses had a few advanced acting lessons! Some of those scenes last year was pathetic. Laughed at quite a few scenes.
