Actually it's not so much of a texture even though it looks like it. In the cap I think she's looking through some sort of glass window or something, and I thought the effect was pretty cool, so I just added a light/glitter texture to increase the blurry and abstract effect Since I'm already spamming, I thought 'why not post a few more QAF icons I made experiencing with low quality dark screencaps?'
