  1. ^ And in 2000, He didn't exactly acquit himself when Sam wanted to reconnect.
  2. Glad he made out okay. Nothing stops a determined Rider. Have only ever been a passenger on My bro's Moped, which he totalled (I wasn't on it that time)
  3. That would drive a bloke like him INSANE... Yup, that'd defo work!
  4. Ooh, hope it wasn't too serious.
  5. "Nobody says no to me" Stevie, I just did as a viewer! Eden's fangirling had me cringing a bit, almost as bad as Tim and Steve on Corrie with Tommy Orpington until recently... Mac/Levi; I hope you both get caught and Imogen goes on you! Preferably with a Bat, Harley Quinn style. Sooner Dr Ratbag leaves and Mac gets her head back out the clouds, the better. Dana, you broke the first rule of Summer Bay, don't talk to the Press. Seems like her head turns v. Easily.
  6. He WAS at fault and did cause her death but he owned what he did, so No. Greg's anger would be justified if *he* was a MUCH more sympathetic character and Adam showed no remorse.
  7. Anyone's else's flags go up about this Stevie character
  8. Probably more "Nick's a mate blah blah blah" than anything else but she probably used Lougate as a reading justify but yeah, She generally gave folk a fair shake (well, wouldn't you want a fair shake if you walked into the diner! I got a million of 'em! *crowd groans*)
  9. Summer Bay is a goldfish bowl. You can't cut a fart without people knowing about it and they're know to side with locals rather than blow-ins. And it wasn't the WHOLE town, Adam and Sophie were prepared to give him the time of day and he was just another customer to the Rosses.
  10. Guess Reenie likes the taste of Shoe leather as much as Palmer!
  11. This is also reminiscent of Brendan/Millie/Sal/Selina years back.
  12. Valerie Bikini scene = Why not? She looked damn good here. Nice of Martha Jr not by name.
  13. Just like they would do with Miranda Fryer's (God Rest Her Soul) Sky in Neighbours in the late 80s. Directors were "screw it" and let a knackered tape run to simulate her crying when she looked perfectly happy. *Palmer impression* "Maybe Banjo's old man bought him one. I'm of the "If you don't stop crying I'll give you something to cry about" generation whereas HIS mob are of the "If you stop crying, I'll buy you something!" Generation!"
  14. ^I can just see the Matheson sisters mid-50s, still in the Beach House with about 48 cats between them lol. Anyhow... Abandoned Baby... Seems like it's gonna be a big one. They got the helpline up!
  15. Yes. To pick up back up with Selina and was there to give her a proper exit with their reunion in Ironbridge they made a few fans cheer and some suck their teeth and others inbetween
  16. But was it really? They mashed up, He moved to Adelaide, had a breakdown, Jamie wound up in care and legged it to Erinsborough after being bullied by older boys. Cue intervention by Stu, Harold and the Kennedys and they were able to reunite father and son. That was extra sour as Paul Keane had substance abuse problems and was in and out of rehab (Documented, so not libellous, admin) He did get a second go with Fiona and that fell through. Then the thing with Jane in 2020 after Nicolette basically dissected the relationship by pointing things out. Basically, James after splitting with Chloe and having a lacklustre 30th (got a $10 in a card from her few months after she left), decided to cut his losses and move overseas and after some stuff with a birthday balloon, He and Juliet took off. I dunno if they stayed together or what though...
  17. Rank! I'm sorry but if it was me, that person would end up on the tracks!
  18. We never met Fiona in Neighbours.
  19. ^ Because Andrew Burt didn't want to be typecast and didn't see the show surviving more than a year, max.
  20. Maz did have a pregnancy... just not to Phil! Maz Had an affair with a married bloke named Tim Frazer, resulting in a daughter, Heather who she ended up surrending to Tim and his Mrs who raised Heather as hers. Heather later tracked her down in 2022 and it didn't end well... Cue one Mad Hatters Tea party with Alf, Roo, Irene and Leah being drugged and a balcony fall for Heather later. Yes, that was bats*** even for H&A. Simon wasn't a bad guy, just a bit "wet" by Julian Garner's own admission. He even helped Don raise the funds for Byron's treatment in '99 when he made a brief return (New head)
  21. No it was your Comment about Mali!
  22. *does loud chicken impressions* Yes, Less is more with Felicity. We're in for Bree the Martyr kicking herself, aren't we?
  23. At least you don't go all Rumplestiltskin at the mere mention of certain characters or froth at the mouth... Phil was hardly a Prince if we're to believe off-screen events, but then Maz was no damsel given what we learned in 2022! I suspect fault probably on both sides. Phil probably craved more, ergo it away with their Neighbour, Maz probably felt wanted by this Tim character. Toni must have been licking her chops when they split (she never liked Maz) The writers believed Pip and Angel needed a Happily ever after all the s*** they'd been through so enter those two
  24. Yeah, Corrie wasn't exactly playground/classroom talk. It was EE, H&A and Neighbours. Brian Park put a lit firecracker up the show's Jacksie in 1997. The show for the most part the 90s did seem really outdated compared the others. Yes they were the Eldest but it really showed.
  25. I suppose Ian's on your list of disliked characters too?
