What an AMAZING way to start a fic !!!!! LOOOVED it!! I initially thought that Heath/April had got married when they were drunk [and couldn’t remember] but they BOTH do seem to be well aware that the ceremony occurred. MUCHLY looking forward to more.

Had it dropped to a whole new level of shame, that dead girls were now also trying to pick him up? “Oh no thanks I’m happily single……….” Annie lets open a loud moan of annoyance. “That’s on a need to know basis pal and right now you don’t need to know. Now where’s Leah or is you I now ask to make my coffee?” “Do you want to run that by me again Action Man, because if you do I might just put your face through the coffee maker” Heath laughs.

LOOOOOVED Sasha’s self defence moves !!!! ……. And all the things about Romeo calling out Ruby’s name when in the throes of passion with Indi ……and Roman getting a coffee before he starts work on the UBER evil zombies!!!!!

LOOOOOVE the reference to .......and the subtle Frankenstein reference !!! COOOOL that Roman is involved with the fight. Funny had the Flying Doctors guy kept calling him Sidley !!! REALLY loved Sasha’s “slightly" inappropriate “Oh kinky”!!!!!!

Soooooo much to LOVE here ..... especially the brotherly banter tween the Braxtons, Alf and his FAVE word, and the mysterious Darth Vader wannabe !!!!!

LOOOOOOVED it !!!!! ........especailly ...... Annie still somehow remembering that she's a God fearing child [and trying to get Geoff to do the same] .....and .... Sasha calling Chris [who I sooooooooooo don't like] a pussy !!!!!!

FANTASTIC chapter !!!! ………especially ….. - simple because he was being held back by his annoying little sister Annie. Even in death and being a dead walking corpse Annie Campbell was still the goody two shoes she had always been while she had been alive. - Dexter oh thank you, you could have stayed indoors and read your comics. But noooooooooo you wanted to explore the farm didn’t you?” Sid says watching as the net of zombies close in on them. “Err no Dad I think you’re maybe remembering that wrong. You’re the one who wanted to venture outside and show me the wonders of the corn field. And I must say even though its turned out to be a very frightening experience, at least it hasn’t been boring like I was half expecting it to be. - “They killed him Dad, they killed Justin the scarecrow. They are ripping him apart.”

AWESOME 1st chapter !!!!! LOOVED the zombie in the cornfield ……especially Sid’s reaction to it. Also, REALLY loved this ……… “Hmm with great power comes great responsibilities I get it, but may I ask what kind of responsibilities are we talking about here? Are we talking about me having to wash my own underpants? Or cleaning my room? Listening to Indi whine or watching Sasha paint her nails?” Dex watches as Sid shifts himself in his seat looking lost for words for a few seconds. “No I’m talking about the important responsibilities like looking after the farm, tending to the animals making sure the vegetables grow that kind of thing.” “Oh is that all that’s easy.” Dex says seeming to relax back into his chair and seeming to wave the chores of farm life off with his hand. Sid can only laugh at this motion. “Well I’m glad to see you think it will be so easy.” “Yeah like how hard can owning a farm be Dad really? I mean give me a real challenge please.” Dex says shaking his head. “In that case I will come on put that comic down.” Dex looks up looking shocked. “What why?” “Because we are going outside.” Sid says with great pride in his voice. Dex starts to pale, never in a million years had he expected to venture outside on to the actual farm.

WOAH !!!!! BEYOND wasn't expecting Sasha to be doing this after Dex's DEATH !!!! Although the story doesn’t mention her, I like that it also made me think of Ruby. LOOOOVED the various stories that encompassed the Walker Code rules ……especially this bit ….. The ground tilts, descends, and he knows he’s heading for the lake. Dex’s mantra, ‘Bears can’t swim. Bears can’t swim. Can’tswimincan’tswim,’ is what keeps him running when his chest is throbbing, each breath a shallow heave, and he launches himself straight into the water, the freezing temperature chilling him to his very core. SUPERB as always, Jen !!!!!!

Absolutely FANTASTIC fic !!!! Sooooooooooooooooooo much to love …. Dex thinking that Xavier would tell those girls that Dex performed surgery with plastic cutlery; the fact that Sasha gets a mention; and Dex discovery the next day that he slept with his new boss [and being tongue tied cos of it], ……. and MUCHLY so much more, but ALL time fave bit of this fic is ….. The conversation moves easily. Dex buying their next round of drinks, and by the end of it, they're both laughing as the girl recounts the time her older sister almost married a prince, but ditched him at the altar for a rock star on a motorbike. "Okay, you win," Dex replies as he catches his breath, flashing his companion a wide smile. "I didn't realise it was a competition," she quips. "Oh, it isn't. But I just know that you've won," Dex concludes.

REALLY intriguing 1st 3 chapters 1!!!!! Soooooooooooooooo much going on there. It’s like ....... What’s gone south with Rubes & April ??? .......Oh, i see. Pity. Fascinating that Ruby married Romeo AND that April’s got a new gal pal. Nat/Brax .......that’s an interesting touch!!!! So, April & Carly have split ........and April still has feelings for Rubes!!! REALLY hope those two SOMEHOW get back together!!!

O M G !!!! LOOOOVE that sooooooooooooooooooooooo much !!!! The VERY ending ......sooooooo appropriate to this fic!!!!! Yeah, LOOOOOVE it all, especially ,,,,, Romeo had offered to be helpful with offering to remove the mass of cow poo from outside his window and had gone about the job of climbing his long step ladder. But as he had reached the top the stink of the cow poo had hit his nostrils, causing him to topple from his ladder resulting in him falling to his death. His death wasn’t caused from the great height but from the strong ponging smell of the cow poo. Indi’s shock and upset for her husband’s sudden death had been but brief as Sid had brought another Romeo home with him soon after the accident. “Tart April?” Dex asks causing her to snap her head round incredibility sharply. “You what, what did you just call me Dex?” “Errrr I said would you like a tart?” “Oh, oh I see well Dex shouldn’t you be referring to yourself as one? I mean how could you cheat on me with Gina, Irene and Marilyn? I mean really Dex we are soulmates.” “Oh my days I wished I never bothered offering you this very yummy jammy tart now April I” What would of made it even a closer shave was that for some reason now the diner had suddenly found itself overrun with little armies of mice, Which made it quite a challenge to prepare food hampers and meals while a nosy health inspector watched your every move. To make this picnic even possible Dex had to go meet Irene in secret so she was able to deliver the food to him out the back of her car. To Dex’s surprise Irene had claimed she felt a sudden buzzing electricity of excitement, as she unloaded the food out of the back of her car. Irene claimed it was just so exciting to even leave the diner these days that she was just so overwhelmed by this little outing of hers. While the real Dexter Walker having sensed a big change in April over the last few days had thought it wise to get Romeo to show him how his fathers cloning machine worked. Ever since Dex had cloned himself he had been overjoyed as much so as to have started a new and less psychotic relationship with Rosie. “I feel like we could be soulmates. Dexter Walker gulps and faints at Rosie’s words. MANY thnaks for this fic .......adn I'm MUCHLY looking fwd to your next one !!!!

OMG !!!! Soooooooooooooooo VERY funny !!!! LOOVED that a real life foot pump story insired what Dex did !!! Dex seemed VERY interested in the cloning machine !!!!!! ..............whilst ALL those boys having the hots for the DOCS lady was DIFFERENT !!! ...... but my ABSOULUTE fave bti was ........And if this was to be the end of APEX what would it mean for the rest of them? What would happen next? Would the planet just explode or would it suddenly be over thrown by endless armies of little mice?

Soooooooooooooooooooo MUCH to LOOOOOOOVE here !!!!!, especially ....... Nowhere is it written, or even to be rumoured to be found in some far off forgotten land. Or even has been ever seen with the human’s naked eye. But this doesn’t mean its in any way less true, or to have been set in some kind of imaginary stone. At the end of the day it is just one of the many facts of life that the mysterious women’s golden rule book does indeed really exist. And if the men of this world were ever lucky enough to get to take the tinniest peek amongst its most treasured pages, they would discover along with many of the other well kept mysteries about women. What it is that happens and what is discussed, when a fair number of them meet up to have a girly night in. And it is because of this very reason that the women’s golden rule book will never be published, some secrets were safer to go unknown. But that hasn’t stopped the wild speculations and theories being made, in a way to try and be guessed by the men through the ages. Over time it is said to have been thought that a girly night consists of ........ AND Dexter the fish saving Rosie ....... and then Dexter [the person] saving his fishie namesake !!!!!!

Oh MAN !!!! LOOOOVED that !!!!! Sooooo much to love, especially ……….. Dex getting drunk on the non alco drink Heath makes for Rocco!!!!!; Dex trying to palm off April onto Heath ….. and Heath thinking its cos Dex wants to go after Bianca; ……. and, well, Dex and Brax’s WHOLE chat basically !!!!!!

I LOOOOVE that this fic IS sooooooo out there !!!!! I’m REALLY worried for Rosie, and thought the clone idea was just SUPURB !!!!! I looooooove the section below the most. Yeah, soooooooooooo BRILLAINT ……… Sid had later gone on to receive a postcard from Romeo, In it he had claimed to have in his spare time while away from the surfing circuit to have scored himself a leader role in the US hit show The Tomorrow People. Sid had laughed out loud at that, what a very strange motion that would be and very amusing to see Romeo try his best to act

Those last lines [Maybe she could get her hands on some poison, yes a some weed killer or something? Thank heavens she was doing a an environment and gardening course at uni.] are VERY ominous !!!!!!!!! LOOOOOOOVE it all!!!! ……… MOST especially ………… Jett who is in a mad panic to think of something to say just says………… “We are the same height.” Dex nods. “You what?” Tamara says looking quite annoyed now. “Yeah so no step ladders are needed for me to kiss you.” Jett says feeling his bravely start to kick in now. “You cheeky little………” “Hey if you and Casey ever split call me.” Jett says proudly. Tamara gives a quick huff turns her back and walks off. “Hey this game is fun” Jett says smiling.

I MUCHLY laughed out loud when I read this !!!!!!!! LOOOOVED how you included Rosie naming her goldfish after people she is close to!!!!! However, I AM worried about Miss Prichard – if the “slightly” unhinged April gets wind that Rosie likes Dex, God help Rosie!!!!

Dex’s cowgirl and dragon dreams, the night vision goggles AND April being “slightly” unhinged !!!!! ADORE it !!!!!! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay look fwd to more !!!!!

Couldn't agree more !!!!! ............and i'm sooooooooooo looking forqwrd to net week's scenes [they look ACE in the promo] i BEYOND hope that Rosie becomes a main cast memner ...not just a guest cast person. yeah, she & Sasha REALLY have something ...... an amazing friendships that's ALREAY been through sooooooooooooooooo much !!!

Of course by that point Angelo had already agreed to sell to you and I guess he felt like first you took me from him and then the restaurant.” Charlie screwed her face up. “Take you from him? What is he, 5?” Charlie questioned. “I still let you guys play.” Brax gave a little laugh. “Yeah.” “And the restaurant was never really his in the first place so I didn’t exactly take it from him.” Charlie exhaled as she opened the gate into her house and Brax followed her up the path. “Well no but you took his dream,” Brax told her. “At least that’s how he saw it.” “I never really saw Heath as one to have dreams,” Charlie exhaled. “Anyways, if he wants to grump about the past, let him,” Charlie sighed. “I honestly couldn’t care less. I know he’s your brother and my best friend’s boyfriend but....” Charlie shook her head. “I think it’s safe to say we’re never going to be the best of friends.” “So anyways, remember saying that we could have days just me and you?” Ruby questioned. “When is that first day going to happen?” “Eh,” Charlie scratched the side of her head. “We could do Wednesday,” Charlie told her daughter. “I’m not working so Brax can have the kids in the morning then leave them with Melanie when he needs to go to work and we can take the whole day. Night.” “Goodnight.” Charlie smiled as Ruby walked down the hall to her bedroom before getting up from the couch and walking into the kitchen, going to make herself a hot drink before going to bed herself. “Oh,” April pursed her lips together. “She is my mother, Bianca.” “Really?” Bianca exhaled. “Who’s paid for you for the last 6 years? Who’s kept a roof over your head, got you clothes, presents, took you on holidays, went to your parents nights and school plays? It certainly wasn’t mother dearest, was it?” Bianca looked almost resentful that she had had to be the one to be there for April. April exhaled lightly. “Okay, so maybe she’s not my mother in that sense of the word but biologically, she is,” April said. “And I’ve missed her. I have Bianca and I want to give her a chance.” “Well sorry for wanting to have more of a normal family,” April almost spat at her sister. “You were 23 when mum left, you had her all your teen-life, all your childhood. What about me? I never. I was the one who needed her more so if anyone should be angry with her it should be me,” April hit her hand against her chest as she spoke. “I missed out on having a mum, not you. But at least I am willing to see she is trying here. She wants to be in my life and I am not about to give up that chance.” “And I can’t stop you, but don’t come crying me to when she leaves again, because it’s only a matter of time.” “Well I think you are wrong,” April said. “I trust she going to stay.” “Well that’s really up to you,” Bianca pursed her lips together. “So, she supportive of your relationship with Ruby, is she?” Bianca cocked her head to the side, giving April a questioning look. The doctor banter tween April & Rubes was soooooooooo the BEST !!! 　 REALLY enojyed that, especailly ........... "You going to come give me a kiss hello?" Ruby gave April a cheeky grin. "Eugh no thanks," April teased. "You’ve just vomited from there. Clean your mouth out first." April screwed her face up as she pointed to the toothbrushes by the sink. Ruby gave a little laugh as she walked across and cleaned her teeth as April had requested, then for extra points, had some mouthwash. "That good enough for you?" Ruby questioned as she turned to face her. Aril gave a little laugh before nodding her head as they both stepped closer to each other and kissed softly. "You feeling alright now?" April questioned. "You’re not about to be sick again?" "uh-uh." Ruby shook her head. "Good," April smiled before leaning forward and kissing Ruby once again, the couple letting this kiss get a little more passionate. 　 "I’m sure I’ll be fine with Doctor Scott around," Ruby gave April a cheeky grin. "You’ll look after me just fine. No hospital visit is necessary." "Well in that case Doctor April recommends cuddling close to your gorgeous girlfriend." April gave Ruby a cheeky grin. Ruby looked around the room before screwing her face up. "Well Doctor, I can’t find this gorgeous girlfriend that you speak of so you’ll have to do instead." Ruby joked as she moved closer to April in the couch. "So cheeky," April hit Ruby’s arm lightly before they both laughed as Ruby rested herself against April, April with her arm around Ruby as they found something to watch on the TV. 　 She screwed up a tequila sunrise," Heath told him. "Fair enough missing out the juice but the tequila?" Heath gave a little laugh. "The name sort of gives away it’s going to be an ingredient." Brax tried to hold back his laughter for Charlie’s sake. "Well people make mistakes eh," Brax rubbed the back of his head. "Go see if the food is ready for table 3." Brax told Heath and Heath sighed before he walked into the kitchen. Charlie looked up to Brax and knew by the look on his face he was dying to laugh. "Just laugh." Charlie said. "I don’t want to laugh." Brax bit his lip as he walked behind the bar. "Hmm," Charlie exhaled. "Well I believe otherwise."

Charlie looked to her daughter surprised. "Mummy doesn’t remember saying that to you." 　 　 "Oh," Joanna exhaled. "Well where did I get chocolate from then?" "Maybe Zander liked to drink chocolate milk and eat cookies before you tucked him into bed at night." April spoke dryly. Zander was only 3 years older than Bianca when he and Joanna got together, Joanna being old enough to be the man’s mother. 　 　 "I’m probably meeting Ruby later so, thanks but no thanks." April answered. "I see," Joanna sighed. "Why must you be with this girl?" Joanna asked. "My daughter is not gay." "Well clearly I’m not your daughter then," April answered. "This isn’t going to work between us if you can’t accept me for who I am." "Is she pressuring you?" Joanna asked. "Manipulating you into -" "No," April raised her voice, causing a few customers in the diner to look their way. "I’ve know I’m gay a long time. I love Ruby and have done for months now, maybe even years really. We’ve been together all of a week if that but nothing in my life has ever felt more right that being with her and if you don’t want to accept that then don’t try to get back into my life. I’ve gone without you for 6 years, I can do another 6 and longer," April said. "You want me back in your life then you have to accept me for who I am and that is a lesbian." Joanna pursed her lips together as she saw the look on her daughters face. She’d made her mind up and seemed very happy with who she was. Joanna would never be able to change that about her. "Well we’ll just have to take this one day at a time." 　 　 "Like I said, it’s not the best idea. We’re hardly the world’s closest mother and daughter yet. Give it time." April said. "April I am not asking you, I am telling you," Joanna said. "You will tell Bianca I plan on moving in soon." April sighed lightly wondering if it was the best idea going to meet her mother. Bianca sure wouldn’t be happy with the thought of Joanna moving into their home, and neither was April if she was being totally honest, but she did find herself wanting to get to know her mother again. All the times Ruby complained about Charlie, when other girls at school complained about their mother she wished she could yell at them that at least their mother was around caring for them and loving them. She wanted to have her mother around and hoped that they could find some sort of relationship. "Sure. I’ll talk to her." April sighed knowing she had to at least tell Joanna that, but she knew exactly what Bianca would say.

Sasha's DEFINIETLY my fave of the current characters. She has a style ALL her own, and her friendship with Rosie is just TO DIE FOR !!!!!! I also LOVE that Demi's going to be on CELEBRITY SPLASH ...... and her instragram pics are pretty much always EXCELLENTE!!!!!
