LOVED it !!!!!! ......especailly ...... and you look like a zombie with the way you completely zone out But it hasn’t escaped Dex that Sasha is always out of the house on days after he’s had chemo. Hasn’t seen Dex sprawled on the tiled floor, unable to keep his own head up straight through sheer exhaustion. “You can totally get people to do whatever you want. You have the best in-built excuse ever. If I forget Tamara’s birthday then I’m in deep sh-t, but you could leave the stove on and burn the house down and then just say, ‘Oops. Sooooooooooooo gripping and emotional, especially ..... Now, all he thinks is how the circle of life continues, even though something is dead. The cheetah saw the antelope as nothing but prey, devouring every scrap of meat until it was nothing but a carcass. Did it all without any sense of guilt or shame, and doesn’t even register that it is no longer alive. It just gets on with its day. If things don’t work out, if all of this fighting is futile, then is Dex just sitting prey, waiting for the cheetah to come along? And if it strikes, will life go on without him as if nothing happened. This is what he has been reduced to; watching tv and struggling to change the channel. He used to be so much more, and it’s almost scary; the velocity at which he has fallen. Dex shakes his head, ferociously this time, knows that’s exactly what he doesn’t want. This is the first time since the hospital that he’s been left alone, albeit with Casey Braxton – who clearly has better things to do – and he’s not going to let his failing body ruin it. He also can’t have April think he can’t do this on his own. He needs to be able to do this without her. If his lip so much as quivered as a kid, Heath would promptly punch him in the ribs and tell him to stop being such a girl. Now, Dex is tearing up over something as inconsequential as a tv remote and Casey is so out of his depth. ADORED it !!!!!!!!

As BRILLIANT as ever !!!! REALLY especially loved ........ - Dex's response to Sasha's "I would rather DIE ........ " - Steph's "eating away at your filter" line - the whole "Darren Criss" chat - the "little spoon" / "it was just sleeping, in the most innocent sense of the word" sequence Sooooooooooooooooooooo can't wait for more !!!!

Muchly MUCHLY thanks for what you said bout my comments !!!!I I didn't realise that Cameron Adam was on the show ....... it's like, i do loosely recall there being a lecturer like this [making things difficult for April] but i didn't realise that THAT was his name.

Just discovered this fic .......after having recently started posting my latest story ...and I HAVE to say that, Jen, your current labour of [fic] love is ......... totally EQUISITE!!!!!!!! There’s sooooooo much to LOVE and ADORE in the chapters posted thus far. Indeed, I REALLY especially love ....... Dex’s trademark sarcasm throughout; Sasha’s reactions .....including biting down on her lips to stop herself crying; Dex feeling like there was a grater inside his skull; April and her thoughts of believing in fairytales & not looking under the bed for monsters; Dex wondering how THIS could happen to a nerdy never do anything wrong uni student et al like him; The whole Sasha/ Indi/ April chat that including Sash drawing the line at acting out scene with her bro’s action figures............ AND ...... Dex’s text to April ......the whole ”bell must be broken” scene Also, I find it – deliberately or otherwise – ironic that Cameron Adam is this totally brainy uni lecturer dude, whereas 1980s and 90s actual H&A character Adam Cameron was such a “drop kick”!!!!

I recieved, within the last few days, TWO !!!!! fan cards from DEMI HARMAN !!!!! ...... this is after I purchsed one of the DemRock bags that Demi and her sisters create ...... the vinyl record based bags that Sasha regularly has on hand in H&A ...... .....the fan cards were an unexpected bonus !!!!! It's just THE BEST as Demi does such BRILLIANT job of portraying Sash .....AND that she is creative in other ways as well !!!!!

Sooooo glad that Spencer hadn’t just totally bailed after sleeping with Rosie !!! Hope Sasha finds someone soooon !!!!! She’s AWESOME !!!
