Extended Summary

Colby and Dean run into each other outside the surf club. Colby asks if Dean’s going for a surf and Dean suggests Colby ditch the police uniform and join him. Willow comes running up and tells them she’s now a fully qualified physical trainer. Dean notes he’s finished community service; Willow still has some to do thanks to ending up in hospital. Colby suggests a drink to celebrate. Willow has to work so suggests coffee instead. Dean isn’t really listening, having seen Ziggy heading out for a surf, and follows her.

Colby and Willow go inside and encounter Robbo, who tells them he’s just got back and has seen Jasmine. Willow tells him about qualifying and pointedly comments that she had to fit it in among extra shifts. Robbo says he’ll make it up to her and Mason. Willow still isn’t happy and Colby suggests they have the coffee another time. Willow says she’ll just go to work early again. Robbo thanks Coby, who replies that they still have catching up to do.

Jasmine comes home and Irene instantly realises she’s seen Robbo. Jasmine says she was prepared for him to reject her but instead he wanted to talk. Irene asks if he wants to get back together. Jasmine isn’t sure and says she can’t handle it. Meanwhile, Justin looks through the window of the Morgan house and says Tori has definitely gone before turning his attention back to Leah. However, she says she has to get to work and brushes aside Justin’s attempts to convince her she can be late.

Dean and Ziggy have just finished a surf. Dean notes he hasn’t seen Ziggy down there first thing lately and she admits she’s usually getting home around that time. She asks if he has community service later and he says he’s finished for good. Ziggy thinks that’s a reason to celebrate. Dean doesn’t think the fact he screwed up and paid the price is a reason to celebrate but notes he doesn’t feel so bad about ripping off Salt now. Ziggy says Brody’s business going bust would be a reason to celebrate.

They head back to the surf club where Ziggy complains to Ben about the board he lent her, asking when he’s going to make her another one. She tries to get him to let Dean leave early to go clubbing with her to celebrate. Ben tries to get her to spend a night at home and also checks Dean still needs a job; Dean says yes, because he’s still on a good behaviour bond for six months. Willow appears and Ziggy takes her passing her exam as another reason to go out and celebrate. Dean and Willow reluctantly agree.

Back at the Diner flat, Robbo explains to Colby that he worked on his father’s farm to clear his head. He says he intended to see Jasmine after the scan and wasn’t expecting to see her there, commenting that she couldn’t stand the sight of Tori when he left. Colby says he’d know if he listened to his messages. Robbo says he didn’t because he was scared of getting bad news. He asks if there’s a chance of Jasmine taking him back. Colby says a couple of weeks ago maybe but now he’s not sure.

Later, Dean comes back and asks Colby to come clubbing with him, saying it’ll be just him, Ziggy and Willow otherwise: He’s already arranged for Irene to look after Bella. Colby realises Willow decided to go so it wouldn’t just be Dean and Ziggy. Robbo comes in and Dean notes “Big Dog” is back so they can’t mud wrestle in his room anymore. Since they’re meeting Ziggy at the surf club, he suggests Robbo join them for a drink at Salt beforehand and tells Colby to get changed out of his uniform.

Jasmine finds Leah at the Diner and asks where Irene is. Leah says she’s doing the banking. Jasmine suggests Irene could meet her at Salt later and Leah explains about her having Bella. Ben and Maggie come in; Maggie asks for three takeaways and Ben admits it’s only two. Maggie isn’t happy about Ziggy going out again, even with Dean and Willow. Justin comes in and asks Leah when she finishes, saying he’ll meet her then. Willow runs into Jasmine at Salt and they discuss the night out and Robbo’s return. Colby, Dean and Robbo show up and, while the others talk about Willow’s exam success, Jasmine and Robbo look awkwardly at each other.

Downstairs, Maggie suggests to Ben that they could forbid Ziggy to go. Ben replies that she’s an adult and she’s Ziggy. Ziggy arrives dressed up; Ben tries to get information on the club out of her and Maggie suggests they can pick her up. Ziggy wonders where her friends are and looks apprehensive on learning they’re upstairs. Maggie offers to go and get them, and Ben says he doesn’t think Brody’s there. Ziggy decides she’s going to go up, whether Brody’s there or not. She tells the others to forget their drinks so they can go. Jasmine turns down an offer to go with them, until Robbo suggests getting a bite to eat and she changes her mind. Colby briefly commiserates with Robbo before going.

The crowd arrive at the club. Jasmine isn’t sure about going in, since she only came to avoid Robbo, but Colby convinces her to stay. Ziggy tries to get Dean to dance with her while Colby, Jasmine and Willow go to the bar. Colby tries to get Willow to admit it bothers her. Meanwhile, Irene checks Leah is okay to close up the Diner, saying she’ll just fill one last order. Justin comes to pick up Leah; he sent her a text but she hasn’t seen it. He explains that he’s booked a motel room for the night but Leah says she can’t go; she has to close up and has an early start. She suggests he go on his own. Irene serves Robbo on the veranda, saying to tell Leah if he wants anything else. Robbo asks about Jasmine. Irene says she was just ready to move on when he turned up. Robbo wonders if he should talk to her again in a couple of days. Irene tells him to stay away from her.

Ziggy brings the others some shots and then drags Jasmine onto the dance floor. Colby shoots a pointed look at Willow, who tells Dean that it means a lot to her that he got into trouble trying to help her. She goes to say something more, then joins the others dancing. Colby calls Dean naive, saying Willow thinks he has a thing with Ziggy.

Later, Colby tells Jasmine that she’s having fun now. Jasmine says she’ll be back to reality with a headache tomorrow. Colby suggests Robbo being back is a good thing but Jasmine insists he came back for Tori and the baby and it’s over. Colby says he knows how that feels and Jasmine says at least he doesn’t have to see Chelsea all the time. She suggests the two of them should have stuck together. Colby points out they didn’t love each other. Jasmine says apart from that, they were great.

Dean joins Willow at the bar. She says it’s weird seeing him with Ziggy and admits she always thought the two of them would end up together. Dean concludes she’s only saying this because she thinks he’s with someone else. Willow agrees, saying it’s screwed up and unfair but it’s how she feels. She walks away.
