Extended Summary

At the hospital, Jasmine cheerily asks Tori about the IVF, saying she’s happy for her. Tori takes Jasmine into the office and asks if she has feelings for Robbo, taking her silence as confirmation. Jasmine says she won’t do anything to disrupt their plans but Tori thinks she should tell Robbo and let him make the choice. She adds that she needs to start the injections in the next 24 hours if they’re going ahead. Meanwhile, Ben brings Maggie a drink. They discuss her helping Brody with the menu and tutoring Coco. Ben blames Ryder for the upset but Maggie thinks Coco is on track and says she’s gone to see Raffy. She comments it’s two days until the end. Then Ben spots a bruise on her shoulder. They go home to check it out; Ben wants to tell the doctors but Maggie says she’s having no other symptoms and wants to wait until the blood test.

Justin, Brody and Ziggy are looking around Salt, which is now full of people: Mostly foodies who are taking photos of their meals, but word’s getting around. Tori comes in and assures them the IVF is all systems go. At the Diner, Jasmine has filled Irene in on her conversation with Tori. She frets that if she says anything to Robbo then he might decide to pull out of the IVF or he might decide to see her but carry on with it. Irene says those are just excuses and, like Tori, advises her to let him make the choice.

Justin asks Tori what’s going on. She says she spoke to Jasmine and she does like Robbo, so Tori told her to tell him. She worries that he might decide to have a family with her instead, saying they’d make perfect babies. Justin thinks Robbo will keep his word but Tori thinks he might choose love over their practical plan. At the gym, Jasmine steels herself to approach Robbo, then changes her mind and starts to walk away. Robbo sees her and wonders what’s going on. She suggests they go for a walk.

As they walk on the beach, Jasmine babbles about the unique situation Tori and Robbo are in. They see Tori and Justin near the Diner but Tori quickly dashes off to avoid speaking to Robbo. Jasmine stops Robbo going after them, explaining that she likes him. At Salt, Tori is fingering her phone while Justin and Brody chat about the large amount of bookings and how the restaurant’s coping. Tori tells Justin that if she doesn’t hear from Robbo soon she’ll miss her window, meaning she’ll either have to wait another month or the arrangement will be over completely.

Robbo and Jasmine go up to the flat. Jasmine accepts the timing’s not good. Robbo reminds her she talked Tori round. Jasmine says she backed off because she thought they were together and was okay with being friends but Tori figured it out and convinced her to say something. She asks Robbo how he feels. Robbo asks for time. Jasmine kisses him and leaves. Meanwhile, Ben and Ziggy are coming back from the surf. Ziggy knows Ben has something on his mind and he tells her about the bruise and that Maggie’s doing nothing about it. They see Tori and ask her opinion. Tori says she’d need to examine Maggie and offers to go see her.

Justin wonders about a phone call Brody’s had and Brody explains Coastal Breaks, a magazine TV show, want to do a profile of him. Robbo comes in and orders a beer. Justin tells Robbo he knows everything and wonders what Robbo’s going to do. Justin says Tori needs a commitment and what they have is real, while what Robbo has with Jasmine might not last. At the farm house, Ben and Ziggy watch as Tori examines Maggie. Tori wants to bring the scan and blood test forward to today. After she’s gone, a downcast Maggie says they were so close.

Robbo has called Jasmine to the flat. She says she wasn’t expecting to hear from him so soon. Robbo says he’s crazy about her but they can’t be together; he’s made the commitment to Tori and can’t mess them both about. Jasmine leaves; once outside, she is in tears. In her office, Tori looks at the hormone injection kit, then packs it away. Robbo arrives and says he spoke to Jasmine. He smiles and a delighted Tori rushes to hug him.

Irene finds Jasmine on the wharf looking upset. Jasmine says she should have known Robbo wouldn’t choose her: She’s happy for them but wishes she’d lied to Tori since it will be awkward working together. At the farm house, Ben and Maggie are preparing to leave for hospital. Maggie is worrying she’ll have to stay overnight and tells Ziggy not to tell Coco, since she doesn’t want to distract her from her exams. Ziggy insists she’ll handle it.

Ziggy meets with Brody at Salt to discuss the hospital visit. She leaves to pick up Coco and reminds Brody that neither she nor Raffy can know. Brody rings the TV company and says he has to cancel the spot because of a family emergency. At the hospital, Tori says goodbye to Ben and Maggie; she doesn’t have to stay in overnight but does have a wait for the results. Ben reminds Maggie there were no hot spots on the scan but Maggie feels it’s like the previous time and she can’t go through it all again.
