Father Rawlings was the Catholic Priest at the Chruch that Lynn attended and he was first seen trying to inspire her to come back to Church after she lost her faith. She eventually returned of her own accord. The Barlow family was also revealed to be Catholic and Lyn was angry to see Father Rawlings being nice to Mr Barlow whilst he was accused of beating his wife and daughter.

He later presided over Kerry Barlow’s funeral after her husband shot her dead.
