Episodes: 4088, 4097

Occupation: Bookie’s assistant

Jimmy was an associate of Dudley Shepherd’s, who approached Dan after his attempt to pay off his gambling debts with another bet failed. He told Dan that he now owed Dudley $20,000 and that he wanted a down payment of $1500 by the end of the day. When Dan claimed it was impossible, Jimmy glanced at a nearby Ryan and intimated he would be hurt if Dan didn’t comply.

Dan met Jimmy again when he went to the betting shop to settle his debt. He only had $7,000 which he’d borrowed off Peter but pointed out it was more than half what he owed. Jimmy retorted that taking less than the full amount was more than his job was worth and refused to accept it. He met up with Dan later in the day and found he still didn’t have the money. He offered to take the down payment but Dan had already gambled it away in an attempt to win the full amount. Jimmy drove off, telling Dan he’d used up his last chance and would have to pay one way or another.
