Extended Summary

Tori arrives home and is greeted by Mason, who offers her a tuna sandwich. Tori hastily declines and opens the door to let some air in. Justin asks her about Willow. Tori says there’s been no change and the next 48 hours could change everything. Mason hands Justin a sandwich in front of her and she runs to the bathroom. Mason suggests she’s caught something at work. At the Diner flat, Robbo hugs Jasmine who is still upset about Willow and notes Dean will be devastated if something happens to her. Robbo thinks they only dated for a few weeks. Jasmine is bemused that he knows so little about the people he lives with and explains they’ve dated on and off since they were teens.

Alf is hosing down a kayak outside the bait shop. Martha comments on repeating mistakes and Alf says every time he rents them out they come back in a mess. Martha says he shouldn’t be embarrassed about having feelings and if he wants to talk about missing her she’ll be having coffee in the Diner. Meanwhile, Raffy and Ryder are walking past the surf club and Ryder suggests they go in there and play pool rather than go back to hers. Mason comes along and Ryder nervously explains the debate. Mason says he’ll go inside with them but Ryder suggests they go back to his, where Alf is cooking an early dinner. Mason says it’ll be all right if Alf is there and Ryder hurries Raffy away. Mason looks amused.

Justin brings Tori a cup of peppermint tea and says he knows she’s pregnant, congratulating her. He guesses that Robbo doesn’t know and Tori explains she’s waiting until the twelve week scan. Justin says he’s not going to make things worse by giving her a hard time but it’s going to be hard looking Robbo in the face. They decide to go for a walk and head down to the beach. Tori suggests Justin go to see Willow but Justin says other people are looking after her now. Leah comes along and Tori comments on morning sickness. Leah shoots an uncertain look at Justin and he explains he knows.

At the Diner, Marilyn introduces Robbo and Jasmine to Martha. They settle at a table and Marilyn gets Jasmine to show her the ring again. Leah, Justin and Tori come in. Robbo waves to them and Tori awkwardly waves back before they hastily retreat. Soon after, at Salt, Justin wonders if this is the game plan: Running from Robbo all the time. Tori hopes he’ll be busy with wedding plans soon. Leah suggests that they celebrate the baby, but at that moment a waiter brings some cheese soup past and Tori runs for the bathroom.

Raffy and Ryder arrive back at the caravan park house where Ryder nervously calls out for Alf. Raffy wants to choose a movie but Ryder thinks they should go and look for Alf in case there’s a problem. Raffy is concerned that he doesn’t want to be with her so Ryder settles for calling Alf. At the Diner, Marilyn asks Martha how long she’s staying and Martha says long enough for another cup of coffee. Alf comes in and he and Martha prepare to eat together. Alf gets a call from Ryder, who asks where he is and then hangs up, and they decide to get a takeaway instead.

Jasmine and Robbo head into the gym; Jasmine gets a text saying their pizza’s ready. Robbo relieves Mason and asks him about Tori, saying he hasn’t heard from her since he ended the IVF plan. Mason says she’s moving on and mentions she had a bug. Up in Salt, Leah shows Justin the latest photos of VJ and Luc, and he reflects on all the moments he missed with Ava. Tori comes back and Leah completes the toast for the baby. Jasmine witnesses the tail end of it and asks what they’re celebrating; they nervously say just that it’s Thursday. Jasmine heads to the bar, looking uncomfortable, and they note she must have found it weird.

Raffy reaches across Ryder for a crisp, then cuddles up to him, causing him to leap out of the chair. Alf and Martha return and Alf asks what’s going on. Ryder, panicking, says he hasn’t done anything wrong. Raffy says she’s going home but wants to talk to Ryder outside first. Alf and Martha reflect on how love doesn’t get any easier before she gets plates and cutlery for the meal. Raffy asks Ryder why he doesn’t want to be alone with her. Ryder says he’s still into her but her brother warned him off because he’s older. Raffy realises it’s because they might have sex and asks which of her brothers she needs to kill. Back at the Morgan house, Mason tells Raffy he was just trying to look out for her and Justin says he’d have done the same thing. Tori backs Raffy up and says upsetting her might cause another seizure. Mason apologies. Raffy storms outside and Tori says she’ll deal with it.

Jasmine and Robbo arrive at the beach house, with Jasmine noting Irene said he could stay as long as he wanted. Robbo is still bothered about Tori. Jasmine notes there was a lot of forced laughter when she saw her earlier. They wonder if she’s upset about them making plans together after ending hers. At the caravan park house, Alf fills Martha in on what’s happened with Colby, Chelsea and Bella. Martha notes she’s often wondered what would have happened if she’d stayed but it still might not have worked out. Alf asks if she’s booked in anywhere, saying Roo’s room is free. Martha says she can take a van but Alf says Roo would never forgive him. He goes to get her bag.

Tori tells Raffy a story about how she brought Zachary, a boy she’d been crushing on for ages, home and Brody and Mason read him excerpts from her diary about him. However, when Zachary dumped her for another girl two months later and she was worried about going past his house to school, Justin gave her a lift in on his motorbike. She says sometimes brothers can be great. Justin listens through the window. Next morning, Tori prompts Mason to go and see Ryder to let him off the hook. Justin tells her he’s thought they could video everything that happens in the first trimester so Robbo doesn’t lose out. Tori agrees that it might make her feel less guilty.

Jasmine is on the phone at the hospital, chasing up results. She looks up Tori on the computer and learns she had an HCG test which returned a positive pregnancy result.
