If we’re talking just during their time on screen including close friends, Sally lost Tom, Dale, Bobby, Michael, Coral (off screen), Charlotte, Vinnie, her baby Sophie carried, Chloe, Flynn, Rocco and Dan (if you count him as her friend).

Irene has lost Mud, Ken, Ailsa, Chloe, Belle, Lou and Dan who was like a son to her .

I don't think her ex-husband was much of a loss to her.  He leaves her to raise 3 kids on her own, rocks up in the Bay 10 years later and after persuading Irene to give it another go he blows it when she catches him sexually harassing Selena.
