He moved himself so Charlie could rest on him, a fellow officer knocked on the door. 'Yeah' Angelo called out. 'We have a call out' 'Ok' Angelo yelled. 'Senior Constable Buckton's staying' Angelo called. 'No she has to come' the officer said. Angelo jolted his head down to Charlie, 'I'll sort him out' Angelo said. 'No, I want to come' Charlie said. 'Are you sure?' 'Yes' 'Ok, lets go' Angelo said grabbing the car keys. Charlie trailed Charlie sat in the car silent the whole time, she didn't want to talk about the rape or anything, to be honest she only told Angelo, because she was pregnant and it could be his' 'So are you going to keep the baby?' Angelo asked. 'I don't know, I mean I want to, if its yours but if its Ryan's no' 'Ryan?' Angelo questioned. 'He is the guy who raped me or also known as my ex boyfriend' 'Do you have any idea why'd he do this then?' 'I sort of do' Charlie said. 'Well do you want to talk about it' Angelo said rubbing her hand. 'Later' Charlie said as they pulled up to the crash. 'What've we got?' Angelo said undoing his seat belt. 'Two fatal and three still trapped' Angelo sighed as he looked over to the mangled mess, three cars mushed together like ice cream, he looked at Charlie before walking down, to see if he could ID the victims. Angelo bent down at the blue Ford Falcon looking in, he saw the victim, the man grabbed Angelo's arm and pulled him. 'Hey mate you can't do this' Angelo said pulling out. 'Why I need your help' 'What's your name?' Angelo asked as Charlie bent down next to him. 'Ryan' The man said, as Charlie looked into the car, Charlie's mouth opened in shock, she got up and ran away. 'You know her' Angelo said. 'Yes, my girlfriend, please can you get her' 'No, thats am awful idea, considering what you did to her' 'Please' Ryan said. Angelo shook his head. *** Later that afternoon. Charlie rested her head on Angelo's chest. 'You know, thank you for today' 'No probs' 'You know Ryan called you his girlfriend' 'Well thats not true, when I'm your girlfriend' 'Huh' Angelo said sitting up. 'I hope thats alright' 'Yeah Yeah its fine, I just never expected that' 'Well I don't want you sleeping on the couch' Charlie said playing with a hair on his arm. 'Its quite comfy' Charlie hit his arm, 'You know I am quite comfortable sharing' 'I know Charlie, but I think you need some space, I mean we have just started out'. 'I know babe, but I really really like you' 'I have feelings for you two' Angelo smiled kissing her. Charlie laid back into the sand, she felt safe there, away from Ryan and all her fears. Angelo kissed her forehead before he went to get up. 'Where you going?' Charlie asked, pulling him back down by his board shorts. 'For a swim' Angelo smiled. 'Wanna come' Angelo said picking her up and carrying her down to the water. 'Angelo put me down right now' She screamed playfully as he ran down to the water and with her kicking a screaming. 'I wont hurt you' he promised. 'I know baby' Angelo threw Charlie into the water were it was deep enough for her to land safely with out hitting the bottom, Angelo turned around to refreshen, before he knew it Charlie had tackled him into the water taking him under. After a few seconds Angelo had not re floated, 'Angelo, Angelo, Angelo' Charlie called . Still no response so Charlie dived under, Angelo rose to the top, scaring Charlie from behind. 'Oh gosh you scared me' Charlie said kissing him. 'Its a pretty good view from down here' Angelo smiled as Charlie kissed him. Charlie ran her fingers down Angelo's face, she knew they moved a bit quickly, but she really had feelings her him. 'Lets go home' Charlie mentioned. I'm hoping that Angelo isn't just a "security" type thing because she's scared of Ryan. They've moved fast, but its a nice fast. Can't wait to see where you take this. Update soon please! Angelo puffed before looking at Charlie, 'That was incredible' 'I know, even though I am pregnant' Angelo smiled, 'You are so hot and I want to keep you' 'Even when I have a belly the size of an elephant?' 'Yes' Angelo smiled. 'You are so cheeky' 'I know' Angelo said kissing her neck. 'We better get up' 'No' 'Angelo' 'Ok' Angelo said getting up and putting his jeans on. Charlie took a quick peak before looking away when Angelo caught her. 'Hey' Angelo said jumping over the bed. Charlie laughed before curling up in a ball while Angelo tickled her. 'Stop Please' Charlie yelled. 'No' Angelo said tickling her more. 'Angelo, NOW' Charlie screamed. Angelo stopped at looked at her. 'Charlie' Angelo whimpered. 'Well I told you to stop' Charlie said Angelo looked at her, he was about to cry. Charlie breathed in before laughing. 'What?' 'I was joking babe, you are so hot, I thought that you were gonna hurt me' 'I would never do that' 'I know' 'So you excited about the scan today' 'Yes' 'Really?' 'Yes cause I get to hold your hand' Angelo smiled before kissing Charlie and pulling on his shirt. He threw Charlie's clothes at her before leaving the room for her to get changed. *** At the hospital Angelo was sitting next to Charlie holding her hand and smiling he was so excited. 'Charlie Buckton' A nurse called. Charlie stood up and took Angelo with her. They walked into the hospital room together, Charlie laid on the bed and rolled her t-shirt, the woman squeezed the gel on her stomach and placed the ultrasound machine on her stomach. Angelo watched the screen. He saw something strange and pointed to the doctor. 'What?' Charlie asked 'There isn't a heart' 'What' Charlie screamed. 'Calm down babe' Angelo said. 'Calm Down, my baby is dead' 'NO' The doctor said. 'What?' Charlie asked. 'There's two hearts' Angelo smiled. 'What my child has two hearts' 'No' Angelo said. 'Better' 'You have two babies' The doctor replied Angelo looked to Charlie who kissed him, she was so happy. Angelo smiled before kissing her belly, 'I love you two' 'Only two?' Charlie asked. 'And Of Course you' 'You know this may not be yours' 'I know' 'But' 'Theres a bigger chance I am' 'Angelo' Charlie said slapping him. 'Ouch' 'I am so sorry' Charlie said kissing his lips. 'Its time for you two to go' The doctor said. 'Ok' Angelo said grabbing Charlie's hand. They walked out of the hospital like the perfect married couple. *** Next Time: Charlie has some dramas with the babies Angelo gets in trouble at work.
