Deano Posted May 8, 2011 Report Share Posted May 8, 2011 Thank you everyone: Chapter eight: Charlie rose in the morning to find Ruby had already left to meet Xavier before school, she smiled to herself before sitting down. ‘What should I eat?’ Charlie mumbled to her self. ‘You know talking to your self is the first sign of madness’ Angelo laughed, standing by the door. ‘When did you get here?’ Charlie asked. ‘Just now, I came to see if you want to try out Brax’s new breakfast?’ ‘Brax, you know he is no good, right’ Charlie said. ‘It’s free for police’ Angelo laughed. ‘Ok, wait up, I’ll go get changed’ Charlie giggled running back upstairs. Angelo just leaned against the wall, he remembers when he was once in love with Charlie, and then he went and stuffed that up, when he got transferred. He than met Abby on his first day, she was stunning. Angelo smiled as Charlie ran back down the stairs placing her shirt on. ‘Sorry’ Angelo mumbled before looking away. ‘Oh Angelo, you didn’t have to look away, I am wearing a bra’ ‘I know it just seems wrong checking you out’ ‘Well when you say it like that’ Charlie playfully hit him on the arm. ‘Let’s get out of here’ ‘Yeah’ They pulled up at Brax’s shop and got out. ‘Oh hi, let me get you a table’ Brax said as Charlie and Angelo entered. ‘Ok, but can we have one on the deck?’ Charlie asked. ‘Yeah, that’s fine’ Brax smiled ‘anything for you’ Angelo watched on as Charlie and Brax started to flirt. ‘I thought you said he was bad’ Angelo said to Charlie once Brax had left. ‘He’s not a bad person, I just believe he is hiding something dodgy’ ‘How dodgy?’ Angelo asked. ‘Well something just doesn’t seem right’ ‘Hey what would you like?’ Brax asked chewing on his pen. ‘Charlie?’ ‘I would like the Aussie breakfast please’ ‘Yep that’s fine’ Brax said still chewing on his pen. ‘Angelo’ Charlie smiled. ‘Same, please’ Angelo smiled smirking at Charlie. ‘Right two Aussie Breakfast’s’ Brax smiled, this time he had chewed the whole pen and ink began to roll down his face. Charlie gave a slight laugh before Brax walked away. ‘I am just going to freshen up’ Angelo said. ‘Ok’ Charlie smiled. Brax walked back over and sat next to Charlie. ‘So that officer, is he your boyfriend?’ Brax asked. ‘Angelo, oh god no’ Charlie laughed. ‘You two just look so close’ Brax smiled. ‘Why are you interrogating me?’ Charlie asked ‘Because your hot’ Brax smiled. Charlie cracked up laughing, ‘Are you serious?’ Charlie asked. ‘Yeah’ Brax smiled. ‘Oh’ Charlie blushed. ‘So, do you think maybe we could go out?’ Brax asked. ‘You know a cop and a bad boy dating is dangerous’ Charlie smiled. ‘So, we can be secret about it’ Brax smiled. ‘You’re really keen aren’t you?’ Charlie smiled Angelo had finished doing what he was doing, he walked around the corner to see Brax slightly rubbing Charlie’s arm. He did a double step and hid behind the wall, his face dropped in disgust that Charlie could be enjoying Brax’s company. ‘Hey I am done’ Angelo said smiling ‘I’ll get your food’ Brax smiled. ‘That’ll be great’ Charlie blushed again. ‘Aww someone’s in love’ Angelo smiled. ‘Angelo, stop it’ Charlie demanded. ‘Here you are’ Brax smiled placing the food down. ‘Thank you Brax’ Angelo smirked. ‘So you’ll get back to me?’ Brax asked Charlie. ‘Give me an hour or two’ Charlie smiled. ‘Sweet, free of charge for you today sweetheart’ Brax smiled. ‘Um I do believe that it was free for cops anyway?’ Angelo asked. ‘Oh whoops’ Brax laughed. ‘You so funny’ Charlie giggled. ‘Who?’ Brax and Angelo asked at the same time. ‘No one’ Charlie smiled. ‘What so I’m not funny’ Angelo moaned. ‘Well I am hotter’ Brax smiled. ‘Really, cops are proven to be hotter’ Angelo smiled. ‘There’s no scientific proof’ Brax laughed. ‘Oh really’ Angelo stood up. ‘Yeah yeah’ Brax giggled. ‘Well its my proof and Charlie’s’ Angelo said pointing to her. ‘Hey, I never said that’ She blushed. ‘What about the other night?’ Angelo asked. ‘Well Charlie doesn’t think you’re hot’ Brax laughed. ‘ Boys calm down, Brax you are hot and Angelo..’ Angelo cut her off, ‘I don’t care Charlie’ Angelo said walking off. ‘Angelo’ Charlie trailed off. Angelo just kept walking and got into the police car and drove away. ‘Crap’ Charlie whispered under her breath. ‘What’s wrong?’ Brax asked ‘Um Angelo just drove away in our car’’ ‘Oh that’s not too good’ Brax smiled as he started to eat Angelo’s breakfast. ‘You know he is my ex right’ Charlie smiled. ‘No not really, but can we go on a date tonight’ ‘Ok, but lets go somewhere out of the bay’ ‘So I have a date tonight?’ Brax smiled. ‘You do indeed’ ‘7pm, here?’ Brax asked. ‘I’ll see you at 7’ Charlie smiled getting up. ‘What about finishing your breakfast’ ‘I have to get to the station, before word gets around about me and you’ ‘Ok, I’ll get my keys’ ‘Thank you’ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
