Somebody posted earlier "Rachel Marie Armstrong" as that's what was said at her wedding. Though Grace would suit her well. It's funny how limited the oppotunities are for finding out middle names. Weddings, tellings-off when their whole names get shouted at them, wrriten on documents and a few other occasions like christenings etc., but a lot of the characters' middle names probably remain unknown.
