Extended Summary

Tori exits the Diner with Grace. Colby follows her and asks if she’s okay. Tori thinks she should have seen what was going on and notes she’s been worried about Grace’s things going missing only to find them in Jasmine’s secret stash. Colby tells her to take Grace home and they’ll deal with Jasmine. Willow comes along and notes she doesn’t need to ask how it went. Inside, Jasmine tries to insist to Irene that Tori can’t cut her out of her step-daughter’s life. She wants to go and see her to explain but Irene advises against it, saying it won’t be forever but Tori’s doing what she thinks is right for everyone. Colby comes in but Jasmine snappily tells him to go and ruin someone else’s life.

Nikau and Bella are walking along in awkward silence. Nikau finally points out that they kissed and asks what that means. Bella isn’t sure but says she didn’t hate it. They hold hands. Later, Colby is coming down from the Diner flat and stumbles across the pair, still holding hands. He says Bella said she’d stay home tonight and Bella points out that it isn’t night yet. After a few more uncomfortable moments, Nikau leaves and Colby tells Bella he wants to talk to her.

Irene, Willow and Jasmine arrive home. Jasmine pours scorn on Irene offering to put the kettle on and asks how Colby found out about the forum, realising Willow told him. Willow says she was trying to help but Jasmine says she’s lost the one good thing in her life and knows she can’t trust her friends. She heads off to her room. At the Morgan house, Tori is relating things to Justin. She is worried about Jasmine but Justin says it had to be done, no matter how sorry they feel for her, and wonders if she’s even taken the photos down. Justin thinks Tori should go to the police anyway and tries to get her to think about it overnight. Tori thinks banning Jasmine from seeing Grace will be enough of a wake-up call.

Irene and Willow continue to debate Jasmine; Willow regrets not speaking up sooner and Irene says they all wanted to believe Jasmine was doing better. Willow decides to go and check on Jasmine and finds her room empty and the window open. Later, Irene tries to call Jasmine while Willow checks for signs of her outside. Irene decides to drive round and look for her but chooses against calling Tori and panicking her. At the Diner flat, Colby asks Bella what’s going on with Nikau. Bella doesn’t really know and points out Colby chased him off before they could make plans for the evening. Colby gets a call from Willow and says he has to go. He points out Bella thought she knew what she was doing last time and he doesn’t want something like that to happen again.

Jasmine turns up at the Morgan house. Tori tells her to go but Jasmine says Grace is her husband’s baby and she just needs to talk to Tori. Justin emerges and ushers Tori and Grace into the kitchen area, telling Jasmine that if she doesn’t go he’ll call the police. Meanwhile, Bella joins Nikau down on the wharf where he’s working. After briefly chatting about Colby, Bella suggests they have dinner together, proposing pizzas at Salt. Nikau says he doesn’t have money at the moment but offers to cook at his place. Bella seems uncertain but agrees.

Colby has joined Irene and Willow at the beach house. They tell him about Jasmine and admit they’re worried she’s gone to see Tori. Colby then gets a call on the police radio about a domestic disturbance at 13 Healey Street: the Morgans’. At the house, Jasmine is continuing to beg to see Grace while Tori tells her to leave and Justin stands between them. Colby turns up and eventually manages to convince Jasmine to go. He says hopefully that’ll be the last they see of her today. Justin tells him to make sure.

Colby escorts Jasmine back to Irene and Willow at the beach house and warns her to stay away from the Morgans, saying if she turns up again she could be charged. Jasmine reminds him that he promised Robbo he’d look out for her. Colby says he’s trying to but Jasmine calls him weak and pathetic and heads off to her room. At the Parata house, Nikau arrives with Bella and quickly tidies up, saying things have got lax since Gemma’s not been around. He confirms they’re alone: Tane’s still gone and Ari’s working late, since Nikau isn’t earning enough to help with rent. He checks the fridge and offers to make pasta.

Willow finds Jasmine in her room texting furiously and correctly guesses that she’s contacting Tori. Jasmine says she has nothing without Grace: No husband, no family and today has proved she’s got no friends. Willow tries to convince her that herself, Colby, Irene and Robbo’s parents are all on her side. At the Morgan house, Tori gets the latest begging text from Jasmine. She tells Justin there’s been fifteen so far and she can’t turn her phone off because she’s on call. She says she won’t sleep anyway but Justin says Jasmine isn’t listening and Tori needs to take out an AVO.

Bella and Nikau finish off their meal. Nikau tries to get Bella to stay and watch a movie but Bella says Ziggy and Dean will tell Colby if she doesn’t come home. Nikau goes to kiss her goodbye; Bella turns her head so he just brushes her cheek and quickly leaves. Next morning, Colby chats on the phone to Willow outside the Diner flat. He sees Nikau down on the pier. Nikau goes to walk away and accuses Colby of turning Bella against him. Colby says Bella makes her own choices but he’d be happy if she stayed away from Nik. Nikau says his family had nothing to do with the Diner robbery. Colby wonders if they also had nothing to do with the carjacking and insists that one day Nikau will slip up.

Irene finds Willow has slept on the couch to keep an eye on Jasmine. Jasmine emerges from her room and apologises for everything she said yesterday, saying she was scared of losing Grace and just snapped. Irene suggests Tori might feel differently once everything’s settled down. At the Morgan house, Tori admits to Justin that neither she nor Grace got any sleep. Justin says Ziggy’s looking after the garage and he’s going to be at home doing paperwork. Tori asks him to look after Grace for a couple of hours while she goes to the police station to sort out an AVO. Justin thinks it’s the right decision but Tori doesn’t seem as certain.
