Episode 6766

Extended Summary

Coco and Ziggy have just finished a surf while Ben and Maggie relax on the shore. Ben mentions to Maggie that the family is finally starting to settle in. Meanwhile, an unknown person (Maggie’s mother Diana) tries to enter their farm house. After a few attempts she finds a spare key hidden under a rock and enters.

Kat and Robbo chat about Scarlett moving to Adelaide, Kat will miss her. Robbo senses that Kat is acting a little off. After pressing her on this multiple times, with no luck, Kat decides to leave.

Marilyn, John and Alf arrive at the Surf club while discussing Ryder and his mischievous actions. Robbo enters. He’s clearly unnerved and trying to hide it. John calls him out – Novak is still at large. Alf offers Robbo the keys to a car as thanks for the fundraiser… and keeping the town safe. Robbo refuses.

Kat calls in sick for work and runs into the Pier apartment to vomit, Roo notices and follows. Inside the apartment Roo finds a pregnancy test, which explains Kat’s symptoms. Kat, seemingly not impressed, confirms the positive result to Roo.

The Astoni family arrive home to discover the car of the unknown person. Ben and Maggie immediately recognise it – Diana’s.

Robbo arrives home to find a broken mirror on the floor. This immediately pushes him into a past memory – a violent one where is choking a man on the floor. Marilyn enters to find a distressed Robbo clutching the broken mirror and leaves horrified.

Back at the farm house, Ben is trying to piece together the reason for Diana’s visit. Ben demands that Maggie, which she doesn’t do.

Roo and Kat discuss the shock pregnancy and how to tell Robbo. Kat’s really struggling to come to terms with any decision.

While working at the surf club John notices that Marilyn is elsewhere. He presses her, and she explains what happened at Robbo’s. John’s concerned that Marilyn was attacked – she assures him all is fine and goes on to explain. Robbo didn’t seem to be in control.

John goes to find Robbo, who is currently searching for Marilyn. Robbo falsely explains the Mirror Moment to John. Before John leaves, Robbo confesses that he remembers an unwelcome detail of his past. John advises Robbo to tells Kat all this. Robbo is unsure.

The Astonis give Diana a tour of their new house. After a brief moment of civility Dianna is back to the criticism. Maggie and Ben defend their choice to move… and then Dianna drops the big question. Why was Ben arrested for assault? She knows. And not only that, she reveals that she was the one who put up the money to bail Ben out.

Ben and Maggie fight. Maggie explains that she had no choice when taking the money from Diana. Ben is concerned that Diana will use this money to control the family. They both agree that Dianna cannot find out about Ziggy’s arrest.

Robbo goes to see Kat, who thinks he’s about to break up with her. Kat feels this explains his recent actions. In anger, she reveals to him that she’s pregnant.

Diana bakes for her family. After a few more insulting comments Diana tells the Astonis that she’s staying… but just for a night.

Kat explains how she found out about the baby. They are both confused about what to do. Robbo decides that now might not be the best time to reveal his past. Instead, he drops to his knee, and proposes.
