Denni’s vendetta with Drew ends in tragedy. Lucas and Lisa’s friendship takes a shocking turn. Annie makes a difficult decision about her future.
Extended Summary
While Annie is mortified over being caught shoplifting, Irene is starting to realise she needs a mother figure in her life right now. Irene goes to Geoff and suggests Annie should move in with her. Geoff initially knocks back the suggestion, but Fisher later helps him realise that Irene might be right. Reluctantly, Geoff leaves the decision to Annie. Although it’s incredibly hard for her, she takes Irene up on her offer.
Meanwhile, Lisa and Lucas are gravitating closer together and end up spending the night. Denni becomes suspicious of their involvement, so threatens to hurt Lucas unless Drew agrees to another race. Lisa goes to Denni to try to talk some sense into him, but he responds violently.
While Lucas manages to arrive in time to save her, he soon becomes the target for Denni’s rage. Fortunately, Drew and Ric are able to rescue Lucas and drive away. Denni bundles Lisa into his car and pursues the boys – determined to force them off the road. However, Denni fails to take a corner and crashes horrifically… Will Denni and Lisa survive?
