Foreman at the planned demolition of the house on Palmer Street that the majority of the Summer Bay teens were planning to turn into a drop-in centre. Harry had spotted a demolition notice whilst performing his early morning jog and informed the kids at the school of this. Mitch ran to the proposed demolition and began arguing with Mr Gill.

Eventually Harry managed to postpone the demolition for one day and found out that the council had been acting against the law in trying to push the demolition through.
