Mason takes desperate measures to help his sister. Raffy offers Ryder a way out of their relationship. Alf develops a newfound respect for Martha, and is keen to make up for lost time.
Extended Summary
After her seizure, Raffy awakens. Mason comforts her, but her biggest worry is that school starts tomorrow and she’s still seizing. At the Summer Bay House, Ryder believes Martha’s memory game could benefit Raffy. Following Martha, Alf thanks her for her support in looking after Ryder. He asks about her illness, and she assures she is on top of it. Back at the Morgan house, John and Marilyn rush to Raffy’s side. Mason believes it may have something to do with her going off of her meds, but she’s adamant she doesn’t want to go back on them.
Marilyn suggests that maybe yoga could help her, but Raffy says she’s just stressed about Year 12. When Ryder calls, Raffy tells Mason not to pick it up. They talk her around, but she doesn’t want him to know about the seizure. Confused why he couldn’t get onto her, Ryder explains that he’s worried about her. Mason tries to buoy Raffy by explaining that they may adjust her meds slightly so the seizures don’t happen again. They are interrupted by Ryder who learns of the seizure. He reassures her that he is her boyfriend, and he will always be there for her.
Elsewhere, Maggie battles the Department of Education on the phone about getting extra funding to hire a support teacher for Bella, but they can’t justify due to the position only benefitting one student. Later, she’s met by John and Marilyn who fill her in on the HSC pressure flaring Raffy’s epilepsy. They ask her to organise more support, which prompts her to readdress the idea of a support teacher with the Department.
Still upset, Raffy offers Ryder an out should he want it, but Ryder is by her every step of the way. There’s nothing that he can do to fix her epilepsy after all. That night, Ryder reaches out to Maggie for a way to help Raffy more at school. She explains that his being there for her is more than enough. The next day, Raffy, Marilyn and John meet with Maggie who confirms that a teacher will be hired to help her through school. She will have the support she needs to get her through her HSC. Comforted, Raffy agrees that it will be good. Meanwhile, Mason does some research into medical cannabis to keep epilepsy under control.
Running into Leah, Alf asks her to put a hamper together for him and Martha. Down by the water, Martha paints a net that Alf has left out, and when he approaches, she ensures him that she is happier than ever. The following day, Alf asks Martha to join him on the Blaxland and the pair head out for an afternoon on the boat together.

Trivia
Continuity blip: Martha Stewart says that she has been on the Blaxland before. However, the boat was first purchased off Snapper McCracken in 1997 by Travis Nash and eventually sold to Alf Stewart in 2001. Whilst it’s not out of the realm of possibility that Alf and Martha borrowed it, it’s unlikely.
