Home and Away season finale dates revealed

The 2013 Home and Away season finale will air as in Australia a special triple-length episode on Wednesday 27th November, before the show takes its annual Christmas break.

Home and Away will also take a winter break in the UK, with the final episode airing on 13th December. The show will return to UK screens a month later on 13th January.

The season finale will air in the UK over three consecutive days, culminating on Friday 28th February 2014.
