Take a trip to Summer Bay tonight

Tonight marks the launch of “Summer Bay Online”, a unique experience that takes viewers beyond the box and into an interactive Summer Bay. At this stage, while only available to Australian viewers, Summer Bay Online will run for 4 weeks, beginning tonight as a lead up to the 2008 Olympic Cliffhanger.

While Home & Away will be on hiatus for 2 weeks in Australia, with Summer Bay Online, the action in Summer Bay will keep those withdrawals at bay. Users will interact with characters such as Irene and Alf, with tasks to complete around Summer Bay and in central locations such as the Pier Diner, Surf Club etc.

Clues to the Olympic Cliffhanger will be discovered, perhaps letting the viewers work it out before H&A returns to Australian screens on August 25. Summer Bay Online launches Monday August 4 at 730pm.
