Five’s bloody edits

Posted on Author Categories Home and Away

‘sFive’s
made a small edit to tonight’ss UK episode of Home and Away.
The episode featured a flashback of Kane Phillips’s father
beating him as a child.

In the Australian screening of the
episode, just before Kane collapses down onto the rock, we
hear Kane’ss father say:

"<something> clean it up. When are you gonna bloody grow
up?"

However, this line was missing from the UK screening.
It’ss presumed the line was cut due to language, but it has
left many members of our

Message Board fuming. If an edit was made over such
a trivial matter, just how will five treat the PG episodes
of the show, which are due to air in the UK later in the
year?
