Butter is good for you though, if you use proper butter and not crappy margarine. And not too much! But you need some fat in your diet.

I'm eating a raspberry and white chocolate danish. Perhaps not so healthy then!


I really can't stand butter. My sister loves it so we come to arguments each time we have mashed potato :rolleyes: The only thing I have butter on is crumpets (mmmmm by next week it will be crumpet time :wub: )

I've just eatten a sweet and I'm about to cook my dinner - spag bolognaise :wub:
