Roo lifted her glasses. “Oh that’s Elijah” she said. “Elijah hey? And what’s he like?” I asked. “Oh he’s really very nice. He is a reverend for the church and he runs a shelter” “Yeah? He looks hot” I said. “Laura honestly. You think every guy you see is hot” Roo said. “Not true” I disagreed. “Oh look he is coming this way” “Oh shut up” Roo hissed. “Hey Roo” Elijah said. “Hi Elijah how are you?” “I’m great and you?” he asked. “Great thanks” she said. I nudged her. “Oh right. This is my friend Laura” “Hi it’s nice to meet you Elijah” I said. “Lovely to meet you too Laura” he grinned at me. “Anyway I’ve got to go. I’ll see you both later” “Yeah I’m sure you will” I said. Roo laughed. “Bye” She said. We started walking again. “This beach is so nice” I said. “Yeah it is” Roo agreed. “Roo hey” some blonde woman said. “Hey Bianca. Welcome back” Roo gave her a hug. “How was the trip?” “Amazing” she gushed. “We went to Paris” “Wow Paris” I said. “That sounds great” “Oh yeah this is my friend Laura” Roo said. “Hi Laura. I’m Bianca Scott” she said. “Nice to meet you Bianca” I replied. “Anyway, is Liam at home?” She asked. “Oh, you’re Liam’s girl?” I asked. “Yes” she replied. “You’re lucky. He’s..” “Hot?” Roo interrupted with a laugh. “Oh shut up you” I said. Bianca shrugged. “She’s right. He is hot. But he’s mine so you keep your hands to yourself” she warned playfully. “Anyway, yes he is at home” Roo answered. “Okay good. I’ll probably see you there” she said. “How long have they been together?” I asked as she walked away. “Not too long, on and off for a bit but now back on. She was going to marry someone else last week but at the last minute she decided she loved Liam” Roo said. “So she left a guy at the altar?” I asked shocked. “Yeah but he was an Italian prince and wasn’t really very nice” “An Italian prince” I repeated. “Yeah she’s half Italian” Roo said. “She seems nice” I said. “She is very nice” Roo replied. Chapter 8 – Bianca & Liam. “Bianca” Charlie called. “Hey” I grinned giving her a hug. “Hi” she replied. “So how was it?” “Wait for me do not start anything, do not start anything” Leah said racing up to us. “Yeah hold up. I’m here too. Think we should order drinks or something first” Roo said. I smiled. “You guys come on. It’s not that big of a deal” I said. “Not a big deal?” Roo repeated. “You ran out of your wedding Bianca or do you not remember that” “Oh I remember that” I said. “Best day of my life” “See” Roo said. “Now wait. We need to order food and not have any interruptions” “Yes I agree” Charlie replied. “You guys I’m not going to tell you all the details” I protested. “I believe you should” Leah said. “Yes we need to know everything” Roo said. “Okay but some are a bit um how should I put this.... sexual” I said. “Yeah we didn’t know that was going to happen” Charlie said sarcastically. We had ordered our meals and I told them all about our trip. Of course left a few things out cos I like having some things private. “Well hello ladies” Liam appeared out of nowhere. He bent down and kissed me. “Hi Babe” I grinned. I noticed the looks. “Oh okay, what?” I sighed dramatically. Charlie laughed. “Nothing but that was pretty cute” she said. “Oh boy. I think I’ll leave you alone” Liam said. Roo laughed. “Too many females here for you?” she asked. “Definately. I need to protect my reputation you know” Liam answered. “Gee and here’s me thinking you’ve gone soft Liam” Leah said. “No not at all” Liam said. “Bianca you and I are going out tonight to celebrate” “Okay” I agreed. “Wait. Did you get it?” Liam smiled. “Yeah I got it” he said. I screamed and gave him a hug. “See I told you” I said. “Okay okay hold on” Roo said. “What did you get?” “A recording contract from Sony BMG” Liam announced. “OMG” Roo exclaimed. “Congratulations. Hey how come I didn’t know about this anyway, I am your manager” Liam shrugged. “I guess you weren’t there to take the call” “Wow congrats thats fantastic” Leah said. “Yeah that’s amazing” Charlie said. “Thankyou, Thankyou” Liam smiled. “Anyway going to go rehearse. So see you later” He kissed me and walked out of the diner. As I turned off the hall light I noticed there was a light coming out of a classroom so I opened the door. “You still here” I stated the obvious. “Yeah just trying to write in some piece and quite” Liam replied. “So where are we going tonight?” I asked. “I was just thinking about Angelo’s” he said. “Okay sounds good” I replied. “You sound a little stressed” “I just can’t get this song right” “Just leave it for a little bit and then go back to it” I suggested. “Yeah maybe” he replied. “Only maybe?” I said seductively. “We are all alone in this School” “Bianca Scott” Liam said stunned. “What?” I replied innocently. “Don’t tell me you haven’t thought about it” “Well of course I have but I didn’t think you were up for it” “Well think again” I said locking the door.
