I know when Jesse went to Jail for killing Chloe in the car accident. Will and Gypsy looked after Rachel then asked if they could adopt her. Red Ranger 1 Posted January 30, 2009 Report Share Posted January 30, 2009 When Will came back for Hayley and Noah's wedding, he told Jesse that he and Gypsy had been looking after Rachel and she wanted them to adopt her.He eventually agreed and we were left to assume the adoption went through. Blaxland 89 Posted December 5, 2011 Report Share Posted December 5, 2011 Oh gosh.Rachel continued to live with Jesse until he left the show at the beginning of 2000, at which point he left her with Joel and Natalie.Natalie took her with her when she left later that year.She was seen briefly in 2002 when Jesse visited her and she was later adopted by Will and Gypsy off-screen.At the time Will said Rachel had no interest in Jesse but she apparently changed her mind because he spoke to her on the phone just before he turned himself in for accidentally killing Chloe. Exactly right. And in Will and Gypsy's most recent return there has been no mention of poor Rachel!! Well, she was mentioned when Will first came back last year, he said she was at boarding school.
