Tamxxx Posted March 2, 2006 Report Posted March 2, 2006 Can anyone give me a good programe to download where I can use it to make avatars, I use photoshop but it doesnt have many effects , I really like the avatars people make and would really want to make my own with writing and good effects, can anyone recommend a good programe, please thanks
.Cat. Posted March 2, 2006 Report Posted March 2, 2006 Hmm..do you know every inch of the program you have? If not, if you keep mucking around on it, you'll probably find that you CAN make good avatars. Adobe photoshop elements is good, but not the best
