Jasmine works through her grief. Owen wants to learn more about his family. Justin has a setback.
Extended Summary
After her latest counselling session, Jasmine doesn’t want to be pushed into visiting Robbo’s grave. She then gives up the chance to see Grace, which sends Tori into a spin. Tori tries to offer support but when Jasmine shuts her down, Tori confesses about her own grief over Mason. It gives Jasmine a moment to rethink everything and in a snap decision, she decides it’s now or never and asks Tori to go with her to the cemetery. When they arrive, Jasmine struggles to get out of the car and she stalls when she finally sees his headstone. Tori takes Grace to see him where she begins talking to him, Jasmine arrives beside Tori, and together, they work through their grief.
Owen still tries his best to make sense of everything he’s discovered but he feels selfish for unloading on Roo and Ryder. Ryder presents Owen with Evan’s old guitar for him to feel a sense of connection with his brother. When they hear Owen strumming away, they’re all reminded of Evan. Roo finally confesses to her family about her true feelings towards Evan.
Justin still pushes back on his surgery and tries to talk about it with Alf, who tells him he needs to really consider what his sister is telling him. When he walks up the stairs to the Diner, his back spasms so much he can’t move. It leaves Tori devastated, knowing what the future holds for her brother.
