Tired of Billie’s deception, Nate gives her until the end of the day to tell VJ that he isn’t her child’s father. But the horrible consequences ahead turn Billie into an absolute mess, and she breaks down crying in her room. Deeply concerned, Leah alerts VJ, and he comes home to find Billie clutching her stomach in pain. When they rush her to the hospital, Nate checks she’s not faking, before realising the pressure he put on her to come clean has brought her in. He’s flooded with guilt and gives her something to get her blood pressure down. Later, Nate tells Billie he’s not going to tell VJ or Leah her secret, but warns her that it will still have to come out at some point. Back at home, Billie makes VJ promise that he’ll never leave her no matter what.

When Matt tries to take a firmer line with Ellie, she plans a scheme with Raffy to get him off her back – get him a girlfriend. And when Evelyn arrives to tutor her, the girls have found the perfect candidate! With the tutoring session well underway, Ellie changes the subject to Matt’s crush on Evelyn. But she doesn’t believe it, and disappears fast when he enters the room. They can’t convince Matt either, but Ellie’s determined not to give up. Using flowers and fake text messages, Ellie and Raffy set them up for a date at Salt. But when Matt and Evelyn try to let each other down gently, they quickly figure out what’s going on. And Matt’s mind begins to turn to revenge…

Worried that Decker may have brain damage when they take him off life support, Tori breaks the news as gently as possible to Hope and Raffy. But Raffy’s confident she can handle it, and still wants to be there when he wakes up, impressing Tori with her bravery. When Tori disconnects the ventilator, Decker goes into respiratory arrest and she calls a Code Blue – will he survive?
