Because I found that Sid's family was just becoming interesting then they left suddenly. But now they are back, which could get more interesting!!! He had always supported Dani and her career but just before she left they turned him into this jealous, possesive guy who woulldn't support her moving to the city. I think that they could have easily parted on good terms rather than breaking up before she left. Once she did leave he turned back into the guy he always was before. I wonder, was Annie's return meant to be permanent but Charlotte decided to leave? Or perhaps the character was suddenly axed due to poor public opinion?
