It was her home base when she was on set for Home And Away. Set among tropical landscaped gardens, the Central Road townhouse is now superfluous to her needs. It has been listed through Raine & Horne Palm Beach agent Glenn Lee. The townhouse has stained timber beams and modern interiors. There are three bedrooms upstairs with the master suite having a private treetop balcony. Cartright and Lleyton Hewitt have a Kenthurst house and a Palm Beach weekender. Exceeding the previous Kenthurst record for a two-hectare property by $350,000, the couple paid $3 million for their single-level, six-bedroom modern home with resort-style pool, but no tennis court. The wife of tennis ace Lleyton, Hewitt has listed her three-bedroom townhouse for sale at more than $1 million. Agent Glenn Lee, of Raine & Horne, said the property was set among tropical landscaped gardens in Central Rd, Avalon and featured stained timber beams and a stylish, modern interior. The townhouse was Hewitt's home when she starred in the Channel 7 soap before she married the tennis champion and had baby daughter Mia. The family recently bought a $3 million house at Kenthurst on the outskirts of Sydney, smashing the local real estate record price for a 2ha property by $350,000.
