I like that they're bringing back some of the elements that made the first few seasons great: for starters, a villain who used to be Jack's friend (like Saunders in Day 3 and Henderson in Day 5). Another would be Henry Taylor's story, which brings to mind Keith Palmer. A promising beginning, and one which looks to be much better than Live Free or Die Hard. maccaz Posted January 4, 2010 Report Share Posted January 4, 2010 The new season (Season 8) will start in the US on the 17th in the US with a 2-night premiere event. The UK will get it at 9pm on Sunday the 24th on Sky1 and the Australian premiere will be on Tuesday Februaary 2 on 7TWO at 8:30pm with double episodes for the first two weeks.
