I know I started with: 1. crop 2. resize 3. duplicate layer, set to screen 4. merge 5. duplicate layer --> gaussian blur (1.7) 6. brightness/ (whatever the second is) +28, +24 7. set layer to soft light Because that is how I start most icons.
