Well I did hear good things from friends and sources I know in Australia about what they are like as one H&A mate signs on his break? I cant talk about certain actors as on other forums its caused problems and N for example is not forgiving when you post things they dont like!

Your welcomed. My issue has been most of the actors that I would "have' enjoyed contacting either are not working or their shows have been cancelled? Yet I have heard some bad stories and news that some actors do not do fan mail and that is very disapointing. Yet life too short to be angry however Im very disapointed at 6 well known and some working now Aussies. Out of over 20 replies I made in the past years I only had 5 replies. Not a good record. H&A was one of my good replies so feel good about that!

Nice to know they are at least trying. Thats alot more than can be said for other shows. I though the USA was bad with the exception of H&A and Neighbours its very difficult to get replies before I stopped in 2011. yet I dont know if anyone else has had better luck from other series. CH9 use to be great with fan mail yet most of their good shows are gone now and I am very disapointed with the runaround and lack of interest.

Thats great to hear for H&A fans. Im guessing they will have new cards when they bring in new characters in the future. Although I dont collect cards or autographs anymore I wish those of you wanting you fav to reply all the best of luck!.

According to the colectible H&A magazine article about Nicole she kind of "Retired" from Acting and taking care of her family? Yet it would be nice if she appeared on Aussie TV again. I think with a recent H&A actor going to Neighbours I would like to see a Transfer of talent between the shows as they were many N who I feel bad for and would like to see working again.

So true Racheal the series was never the same after losing Bobby. Nicole was such a good actress and she is missed. Im not surprised her death got ratings it worked for other series as well such as when Neighbours killed off Bridget Parker for example. Yet it would have been nice if she had left with a happy ending leaving the door open for a later visit?

Thats interesting as I bragged to my friend in Chicago USA about how great of a show and Cast H&A was! I share your feelings I am shocked it hearing of no replies even thoses out of over a year! And to know that the main office has not replied is a reason to worry! I know alot of other shows dont do fan mail yet maybe becuase they are no longer around. Yet shows like Packed to the Rafters which I hate for thier rudeness and a personel reason is noted for silent treatment and others from ABC are guilty of the runaround and silent treatment as well. I did hear one story from a source that years ago one H&A actor signed his fan cards on his breaks during filming! My mate went on the set once and said he though the cast was good people so I would hope they would be more responible in replies. It might be the office? yet I dont want to place blame yet? I did talk to some former sources once and they replied to my complaint with "Oh they changed agents?" I always trusted a show over an agent any day! Yet if a person did want to do fan mail they would.I would hate to Think H&A joined that club as it only leaves Neighbours which Im dispointed with! My advice is do as I did last year and get on facebook and twitter and if the actor is real they will reply to you as some actors did?

She was one of my favs I wished she had stayed longer. They never had another Bobby I agree with you Racheal. When I think of 90s H&A Bobby comes to mind! Im sad she retired now apart from Survivor appearance. I would liked to seen her do guest spots on other shows.

Im was very pleased to help many here with some older cards I had. Reading your list above WWDC those actors cards are very hard to find and I did have Ryan yet gave it away along time ago! Good luck though. I wonder if anyone has gotten any replies lately? I bragged to someone here in America about how great H&A was? I notice theres a lack of posting on that?

Hi, I feel your pain as well. I stopped asking for fancards along time ago due to reasons I cant discuss openly. I do have a friend in New York and she says she getting replies from the UK yet I cant speak about Down Under. Ill ask someone I know and let you know what they tell me? I agree with you H&A use to be very good as did Neighbours? I am disapointed over the lack of replies from many people all over the world, here in the States and in Australia. I had about 10 to Australia, that number here in the States and a few to canada and UK? Im glad to help other fans as Ill be moving later on. It hurts not to get replies evem more when a letter returned!

I do like Neighbours as I did H&A, I do miss the old actors and understand people move on. sadly both shows just do not appeal to me right now and as Im planning to go away later on I would rather see these cards go to people who would appricate them. Im very unhappy with many things that has went on in the last few years such as The departures of many people and not all went as they said which is why I dont believe any thing they say anymore The rudness from other Forums and Im not surprised CH 10 took down its sites which i feel will not be a good thing in the future? And the loss of many good friends "sources" which have been shut up! Yet Im happy to help others!

The cards I listed above have been sent out today to 3 people. When I have more cards to give away Ill post them here.

My advice is to do so quickly as you never know what may happen as character or actor may leave?

Im sure the Aussie post know what the address in Australia is for H&A! whether you use network or Productions! I would use the one you posted with HOME & AWAY as Im sure that address is use for other CH 7 shows! To add here is the fan cards I have left. I hope it wasnt lost too. I was lucky to send some gifts to a few actors. best is to know someoen who knows them or they have a good agent! Once my friends sent a gift to a studio here in the USA and the mate NEVER got it! Its rare alot of stars DO NOT accept gifts! That was the last address they sent me in 2012. To Guru I will try to send the cards this weekend depending on the weather here.

I have a collection from H&A, Neighbours and other shows. I really like my Mcleods Daughters and Blue Heelers cast photos and Sea patrol did one as well. I am disapointed some actors didnt have a fan card or stay long enough to be considered a Regular and given that others dont have a decent contact source and others have older address it is disapointing sometimes. Sadly dont expect a reply from really big stars here and some actors dont do fan mail! I sent fan cards to others so If I can help ask?

I hope so too! I been very lucky in the past yet theres some actors Im disapointed in that are hard to contact or they are unable to reply!
