Hope looking after the twins makes Brax re-evaluate things!!!! LOOOOOVED the Ruby-Matt naked moment!!!! That was cooooooooooooooooooool, especially ...... “I don’t think you are frigid.” “You know, you wouldn’t do it for 5 months while I was pregnant. And seven weeks after I had twins and I’m not ready...” Charlie shook her head as she trailed off. “If anyone has been frigid recently it’s you.” “It helps me forgot how my little brother is dead and I’ll never see him again and the girls have been a lot harder than I thought it’d be so if I need a drink to help me through the day then so be it.” Brax yelled. “Brax, you don’t need a drink though.” Charlie shook her head. “That only makes things worse in the long run. as Jacob came running into the kitchen and hit Brax’s leg. “Daddy stop shouting to Mummy.” Jacob cried. “We’s no like it.” Jacob said as he continued to hit his leg. “Oi.” Brax shouted as he bent down to Jacob’s level. “You don’t hit.” “You no shout.” Jacob cried. “You don’t tell me what to do either mate.” Brax raised his voice. Jacob continued to cry as he ran over to Charlie and put his hands up to go to her. Charlie shook her head at Brax as she lifted Jacob into her arms. “Shh it’s okay.” Charlie said as she gave Brax a disapproving look. “You going to come help Mummy get the girls fed and dressed?” “Y...y-e..s” Jacob cried as he held onto his Mother. Charlie turned around and walked out of the room, leaving Brax standing alone in the kitchen. before she began to undress herself. Just as she was about to step into the shower, the bathroom door opened and Matt walked sleepily into the bathroom, in only his boxers. “Ahh. Get out.” Ruby screamed as she reached for her towel to cover her body from Matt’s view. “Well since I live on my own I didn’t really think I’d need a lock, so no.” Matt shook his head. “And any girl who was going to be using my shower during that time.....well obviously it would be okay if I walked in on her naked....well you know what I mean, she’d be my girlfriend so....” Matt trailed off as Ruby nodded her head slightly. “Well maybe for the time being with me staying here and not being your girlfriend you could possibly get a new lock?” Ruby questioned. “Sure.” Matt smiled lightly. “Thanks.” Ruby smiled. “And eh.....you didn’t see me.....did you?” “Eh....” Matt cleared his throat, the both of them suddenly feeling even more embarrassed. “You can trust me with them.” Brax said. “Can I?” Charlie questioned. “All you’ve done the last 3 days is go get drunk. What if you start drinking and the one of the girls needs you and -” “Charlie I’m not going to drink if I am looking after the kids.” Brax sighed. Charlie exhaled lightly before she bit her lip. She hated that she now felt wary of leaving the girls in Brax’s care, but giving his behaviour the last few days, she thought it was understandable. “C’mon Charlie, you don’t need to go over-reacting here. And besides their my girls. You can’t not let me spend time with them.” Charlie nodded lightly as she took a deep breath. “I’m just scared you’re going to start drinking.” “I’m sure Daddy didn’t mean to shout.” Charlie said before she shot Brax an annoyed look. “Did you?” “No no.” Brax shook his head. “Of course not.” “You’s don’t shout.” Jacob shook his head. “Look mate, Daddy is very sorry for shouting at you. He didn’t mean too. He’s just sad right now.” Brax said. “Now, how about we build a pirate ship with the lego?” “No, I no stay.” Jacob shook his head. “I’s want to be with Mummy and Bee-Bee.”

It’s almost got to the stage of Saint Charlie …. putting up with Brax and his woes !!!!!! LOVING this, especially ...... “Anything you want to talk about?” Bianca asked and Charlie nodded lightly before turning the nod into a shake of the head. “Not in front of Jacob.” Charlie whispered as she looked in Bianca’s direction. “You’re Mummy isn’t a pirate.” Bianca laughed feeling confused. “No.” Jacob shook his head. “She big and grown silly.” “Oh.” Bianca laughed lightly at her misunderstanding of the boy. “Well I hope you’ll be a nice one.” Bianca said and Jacob nodded. “Yeah.” Jacob said. “I be the friendliest” “I told you that you don’t get any cake because you didn’t eat your lunch.” “But I wasn’t ungry.” Jacob shook his head. “But you are now?” Charlie questioned and Jacob nodded. “For cake.” Jacob smiled as he looked to Charlie with puppy dog eyes. “Ah you’re hungry for cake?” Charlie questioned and Jacob nodded as he continued to give his Mother the eyes. “Sorry sweetie. Mummy said you wouldn’t get cake if you didn’t eat lunch.” Jacob pouted as he looked down to the floor with sad eyes. “Aww still look at his little face.” Bianca said as she looked down to Jacob. “He’s looks really sad.” “I know and it kills me when he is upset with me, but part of being a parent is that you sometimes will do things you’re little one won’t like.” “Aww no, I’d always want my little one to be happy.” Bianca smiled. “If I ever get lucky enough to have a child.” “You might think that now, but once the kid gets here you’d realise that can’t always be the case. I’m not going to treat him with cake if he hasn’t eaten lunch.” Charlie said as she looked down to her son, and knew that no matter how much of the toastie he ate, he probably would get his wish and get his cake anyways, after all, she did find it extremely hard saying no to his little face. “Hopefully it’ll blow over soon enough. Or maybe I should announce my split from Xav, maybe that will get people talking about that instead of my rape.” “We could if I had food in the house.” Matt laughed. “Seriously you have nothing?” Ruby asked as she opened a cupboard to find it was empty. “Like you don’t have anything at all. Not even milk, flour, butter, cheese and pasta?” “I have some milk and some cheerios.” Matt said “But that’s all. What you want to make with those ingredients?” “Pasta with a cheese sauce.” Ruby sighed. “Seriously you don’t even know how to make that?” “Nah.” Matt shook his head. “You’re even worse than my Mother.” Ruby sighed. “When was the last time you had a home cooked meal?” Ruby questioned. “Well my Mum died when I was 6 and my Dad never was great in the kitchen.” Matt shook his head. “So you lied to me.” Charlie sighed. “Well just a little white lie.” Brax laughed. “But I’ve been a lot drunker than this before.” “Well maybe if you weren’t such a frigid bitch I wouldn’t need to go out and get drunk.” Brax yelled. “I’m not going to sit here and listen to this.” Charlie shook her head as she stood up from the couch. “No, you run away to the guest room.” Brax sighed. “Anything to not sleep with me, eh.” “I didn’t spend last night in the guest room to not sleep with you.” Charlie spat. “I’m just not happy with the way you’re acting right now.” “Oh so you are little miss perfect are we?” “I didn’t say that.” Charlie spat. “But I’m not the one who is going out and getting drunk every night.” “No, no, you just sit at home doing nothing all day.” Brax yelled. “You think looking after a toddler and 7 week old twins is doing nothing?” Charlie shouted.

That was sooooooooooooooooooooo ACE !!!!!! REALLY loved that, especially ...... April slammed the order slip down on the counter.“One double cheeseburger with a large fries,”she snapped,“Like the guy taking up two seats needs them.” Molly looked at her bemused.“Okay, this job makes me cranky sometimes but you seem to be at a whole new level today. Is this a hormone thing?” “No, it’s not hormones! Why is it whenever a pregnant woman’s upset about something people think it’s hormones?” Molly took her by the arm.“Okay, outside before you kill a customer.Harry! We’re taking our break now.” “The problem is we’re having a baby together!I thought I could do this on my own but I can’t, I need him to be there for us.But on the other hand, he’s a nice guy and he deserves to be happy and I don’t want to stand in the way of him being happy.”She groaned.“Oh, this is so messed up!” Xavier gaped at what he saw.The table was set up with a lavish meal, a bottle of wine and candles. April was standing by it and she looked gorgeous:She was wearing a black dress that showed off her figure, even after five months of pregnancy, and had had her hair and make-up done. The whole thing must have taken her hours. “Wow,”he said at last. “Doesn’t have to be over yet.” “Oh, you had something else planned?” “Yes.”She leaned forward and kissed him. Xavier responded to the kiss for several seconds then pulled away slightly.“Are you sure..?” “Don’t question it.” “Okay.”They kissed again and staggered over to the bed, beginning to remove each other’s clothes as they lay down together. Being in the same bed wasn’t exactly an unusual experience for them. However, being naked and feeling the warmth of post-coital bliss was a bit more rare.“What exactly was that?”Xavier asked. “What, you didn’t recognise it?” “No, I mean…was that just us letting off steam or…”He rolled over and looked right at her.“Are we together?” “Do you want to be?” He tried to look serious even though he couldn’t help grinning.“Will you be my girlfriend?” “I think I could cope with that.” “I love you.” The falter of her smile was so slight he didn’t even notice it.“I love you too,”she replied. And kissed him again. -
That was cooooool, especially ...... “So I see.” Charlie said as she glanced down at the tray. “So is this an I’m sorry I got so drunk breakfast? Or an I’m sorry I blamed you for Casey’s death? Or something completely different?” “I was drunk.” Brax sighed. “I didn’t know what I was saying.” “Funny that.” Charlie said. “They say the truth comes out when you’re drunk.” “Charlie.” Brax shook his head as he stepped closer to her. “Baby please, believe me.” “I eh....need to go get Jacob and the girls up.” Charlie said as she tried to walk away, but Brax pulled her back. “I’m sure an extra 5 minutes sleep won’t harm them.” “I think it’s going to take longer than 5 minutes to sort out this.” “Yeah.” Brax nodded. “I won’t drink, I promise.” “Forgive me if I say I don’t believe you.” Charlie exhaled lightly as she looked away from Brax. “Well you’re first single topped the charts at number 1, and then you’re second single came straight in to number 1 as well. So that’s two for two, how are you feeling?” “Eh...good.” Ruby laughed. “I didn’t really expect to get so big so soon, so really it’s been a bit of a shock. I thought we’d have to work harder but it’s great we have a lot of fans already.” “How did you feel when you found out you were a product of such a terrible act?” Lisa questioned. “I eh....it was a hard time for me and my Mum.” Ruby sighed. “I know now that I’m in the public eye, to expect articles like these, but they didn’t need to go into my Mum’s past. She doesn’t deserve it.” “What was it like for you, having to then go through that?” Scott questioned. Ruby took a deep breath before she felt Matt’s hand slipping into hers and squeezing it gently. “I don’t really think this is something we need to talk about.” Matt said. “Going home for sure.” Ruby smiled. “Spending Christmas with my Mum and siblings.”

ADORED that soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much, especially ...... AprilD2 beeped sadly, and fired a beam at Palmer, burning his ankles. “You little droid!” He shouted, lifting her up into the air using the Force and spinning her round. “Oi!” snapped Xavier. “I’m the main threat here! Put her down!” He slashed at Palmer with his father’s lightsabre, making the black cloaked one drop AprilD2 and concentrate on his foe. It wasn’t hard to find them as Dex3PO was crooning love songs to Liambacca. The noise had made Palmer’s troops retreat from their cell with their hands over their ears. Sasha and company soon beguiled the Rivertroopers by waving shiny coins in front of their eyes. From that point, it was easy to knock them out with one blow. “Er… we only have fourteen hours to save the Earth?” “What?” said everyone. “Oops, sorry, wrong film. Palmer blackmailed me by threatening with HSC failure, but I can overlook that to save your boyfriend, Princess!” “He’s not my- oh, I suppose he is-” she admitted. Sasha freed the captives, then they all ran past the hypnotized Rivertroopers, along endless corridors, the lovesick Dex3PO still strapped to Liambacca’s broad, hairy, manly back and enjoying every minute of it. “There’s the landing pad!” shouted Indigo, but they were too late. Mink Fett’s distinctive ship fired its thrusters and roared into hyperspace. Xavier Skywalker dueled with Palmer, crossing many types of floor space: linoleum, carpet, tiles, cobbles. “Activate!” he boomed to no one in particular, as he didn’t need an assistant. The controls to the carbon freezer could be Force activated. After passing over yet another selection of floorings: gravel, wooden decking, tarmac, grass, “Okay. Let me give you some advice then. If a bigger boy at school hits you, hit him back twice as hard.” “What?” “Work hard and get all your exams and don’t be afraid to make mistakes, we all do.” Palmer stood in front of the puzzled Xavier, not attacking him. “What the hell are you talking about?” “And of course, eat right. Plenty of fruit and veggies.” “You’re insane!” shouted Xavier, preparing to throw himself off the balcony. “For God’s sake!” snapped Palmer. “I can’t keep hinting! I am your father, Xavier!” There was only one person he could rely on, he knew she wasn’t dead, whatever Palmer- his father? had told him. He sent forth a silent thought into the Force. She’d been reading her copy of the ‘Rebel Gazette’ aloud to Dex3PO to amuse him. “Oi!” shouted Dex3PO. “He’s my boyfriend!” “No he isn’t!” “Girls, please!” shouted Indigo. She had better things to do than referee a bitch fight between a droid and the mayor of Cloud City. “We must turn back. I have a funny feeling Xavier needs us!” “A funny feeling? Oh yes? He is quite pretty,” said Sasha, overwhelmed by strange female lust she must have been suppressing for years. “Not THAT sort of feeling. Come on!” Somehow AprilD2 had got aboard the ship and mended it while everything else was going on, and the hyperdrive worked perfectly. “The point is, my boyfriend is frozen in carbonite and they have to find him or- or-” She looked at Xavier. “Or the next episode can’t happen!” Everyone gasped. “How did you know where to find me anyway?” he asked her. “Just a funny feeling I had. Like you were talking telepathically to me.” “That’s odd. I was.” “Anyone would think we were related.” “I hope not,” said Xavier. “I’ve had enough unknown relatives revealing themselves today.” He bit his lip. “What?” said everyone. “Never mind. I’ll tell you next episode.”

I know he’s hurting, but Brax is sooooooooooooooo being a total PIG atm !!!!! LOVED that, especially ...... “You know a few days ago you hated him too.” Charlie spat. “And now just because he died everything is forgotten? Well I’m sorry Brax but I will never forget what he did and neither will Ruby. She has to live with what he did for the rest of her life.” “Yeah and what do you think Casey felt?” Brax shouted. “He wasn’t a bad person, Charlie.” Brax yelled. “He read the signals wrong and he made a mistake. Now, because of you he is dead.” “Me?” Charlie questioned. “How is this my fault?” Right well I guess I should be glad you’ve told me how you really feel.” Charlie said as she sniffed back a tear. “I eh....here.” Charlie said as she took the promise ring from her finger and handed it out for Brax to take. “Sure.” Matt said. “So...eh....I saw the magazine article....is it true?” Ruby bit her lip as she looked away. “Ruby, I’m so sorry.” “You’re Mum is dating your rapist’s brother?” Matt questioned. “Yeah.” Ruby nodded. “They were dating and in love way before Casey did it.” Ruby said. “Mum is happy and in love and that’s the most important thing and Brax is great, so I don’t mind at all.” “Well as long as you are okay with it, I guess.” Matt smiled lightly. “Daddy is just upset right now.” Charlie said. “Someone close to him went up to heaven. He doesn’t mean to shout.” Charlie explained. “I no like when Daddy shouts.” Jacob shook his head. “He look scary.” “Mummy doesn’t like it either.” Charlie shook her head. “I’s do it.” Jacob said as he took the sponge from Charlie and very gently wiped it over his sister’s stomach. “Riley likes the water.” Jacob grinned as he looked down to his sister who had a big gummy smile on her face as she kicked her legs. “Yeah, looks like she is trying to swim.” Charlie laughed. “I’s will show her how.” Jacob announced as he smiled up at his Mother. “When she is bigger.” “Yeah that’ll be really nice of you.” Charlie smiled. “I’s be a nice big brother.” Jacob smiled. “She no need the sham-oo” Jacob shook his head. “She got nones hair. But Paige needs it.” “Yeah.” Charlie smiled. “You know when you were a baby you had sticky up hair like Paige has.”

The Indi/Xavier stuff is just so WAAAAAY emotional !!!!! LOOOOVRD that, especially ...... Ruby was gently bouncing Julia on her lap as Romeo came home.He planted a kiss on the top of his girlfriend’s head.“ “Yeah, now we just have to worry about being poor after we’re married.” “Hello!”a female voice called from the kitchen,“International celebrity requiring warm welcome here!” Ruby was thrown by the unexpected interruption, although there was something naggingly familiar about the voice “I bewitched him with my evil powers.” “Thought so.”Mink sat down next to her soon-to-be sister-in-law and tickled Julia’s chin slightly. “Still I’ll say one thing for you two.You make cute babies.Has this little one got a smile for your Auntie Mink?” Even though he didn’t want to, Xavier could feel himself starting to get annoyed.“This was your idea!”he shouted,“You told me you wanted to make love! And now you’re acting like I’ve tried to force myself on you!” “I don’t want to get pregnant, okay?”Indigo shouted back,“I can’t go through that again!I can’t have sex with you, I’m sorry!”She got up and stormed out of the room. .“Don’t let your mum turn you into one of those girlie girls, okay?Being the tough chick’s a lot more fun.” “Hey, I might be blunt but I’m not heartless. “No, because me being here isn’t helping you.It isn’t helping either of us.I’ve just lost my daughter and I’m trying to help you through it and you won’t let me.Every time I try and do something for you you push me away. And I can’t cope with it any more, Indi.I can’t.” Indi scowled at him.“Fine, then, go!See if I care.” “Look, I’ll be in touch later, okay?”Xavier went to kiss her on the cheek but she pulled away from him.Sighing, he headed out the door. Indi didn’t think she had any tears left. But as she collapsed onto the sofa, somehow she found some. -
WHOA !!!! That was certainly a VERY different “take” on what happened to Bianca!!!! Soooooooo intense and GREAT, especially ...... Drink after drink was knocked back, he danced with everyone and made funny sarcastic jokes all night long to get out of going home. The way she looked at him was no longer in love but purely as though she despised him and that he made his skin crawl. “He does love you” Miles slurred looking at Brax impatiently. “Just like I love Leah but she doesn’t seem to appreciate it” he slurred again. Bianca put her hand on Miles’s arm sympathetically. Brax rolled his eyes as the pair became louder and slurred words at each other and the others they knew. “No” Bianca tried to act firm before letting out an explosive laugh which was seemingly contagious as Miles started aswell. “No mummy” grinning at Bianca who sobbed quietly although he couldn’t see her tears or hear her cries. Her entire body throbbed with the pain for what had turned out to be a simple mistake of a kiss had turned into an unforgivable crime. She became a social recluse, getting April or Irene to go out for her whenever possible. What he’d done was unforgivable to everyone including himself, he just didn’t want to face the consequences now he realised the extent he’d gone to. He switched off the light, leaving the computer to blare brightly for the first person to return home, to find that he was truly gone forever...

That was VERY cooool, especially ...... “I’m sorry.” Xavier exhaled as he stepped forward and wrapped his arms around Ruby. “I’ll always love you, Rubes.” Xavier smiled. “But I think we need this break. I’ll finish school and you go off and be the best artist you can be.” “Hey, I saw the article that was in the magazine, you okay?” Ruby nodded lightly. “I think being home with Mum was a good thing.” “No.” Ruby shook her head. “So eh....I’ll just pack my things and move out.” Xavier nodded lightly as he watched Ruby walking down the hall towards their bedroom and wondered if he was making the right choice. “Yer brother just died. The little inconsiderate bitc -” “Mum.” Brax interrupted as he shook his head. “I think I deserved it. Going out and getting drunk isn’t the right thing to do. My problems are still going to be there no matter how drunk I got.” And it’s not just Jacob.” Brax shook his head. “She just had my twins 6 and a half weeks ago.” “I’m a Grandmother?” Cheryl smiled lightly as Brax nodded as he fished into his back pocket and pulled out his wallet and opened it to reveal a picture of his girls. “They’re only about 4 weeks old here, but..” Brax smiled. “That’s Paige and that’s Riley.” “They’re lovely.” Cheryl smiled lightly. “This one looks a lot like ya.” “Riley.” Brax smiled. “She’s going to be a little terror.” “So really like her Dad then?” Cheryl smiled. “Don’t you tell him what to do.” Cheryl spat. “Oh but it’s okay for you too?” Charlie questioned. “And where have you been the last 2 years of his life?” “Well I made an error.” Cheryl admitted. “I should never have turned my back on him. I see now he was only trying to get away from the bad life the boys had and you know if he hadn’t all 3 of my boys would probably be in jail by now.” Leave the babies, eh.” Cheryl smiled. “I’d love to meet my Granddaughters.” “No chance.” Charlie said as she turned back around. “If you think you are going anywhere near my girls when you’ve just sat and drank half a bottle of bourbon then you are hugely mistaken.” Charlie shook her head before she turned back around and walked out of the restaurant, just as Brax poured himself and his Mother another drink.

LOOOOOOOOOVED that, especially ...... Ahead of Charlie's response in which he knew she was sure to keep protesting, Brax quickly swung her over his shoulder placing his arm under her bum as he walked towards the beach. "Brax put me down", now in fits of laughter Charlie strived to realise herself from his embrace. Brax walked slowly towards the beach as he blocked out her constant demand to be put down. Reaching the point where the others had placed their things Brax came to a standstill making sure his grasp on Charlie never loosened. "Either you agree to stay for a little while and I'll put you down or you keep protesting and we go for a swim... fully clothed". Brax slowly began walking towards their friends Knowing her constant protest was futile she decided it was best to wave the white flag... Stripping down to her swimmers, Charlie looked over at all her friends goofing around in the water and then at Brax sending a sudden but expected beam of happiness rushing through her body . How did she get so lucky? She had grown to love all these people that brought so much to her life. She had found herself best friends in the girls and close friends in the guys and a home in Summer Bay. These guys weren't just her friends they had become her family, Brax most especially. He had become a very big part of her family. Both her parents had really taken to him, most especially her father. She could see him and Brax had somewhat grown close and was grateful to her father that he could offer Brax the support and relationship his own father had failed to give him. Smirking to herself she thought of the friendship that she had also developed with Heath and the friendship that had also formed between Ruby and Casey. This was it she thought, this was her life and nothing was going to ruin that. Snapping out of her thoughts at the sound of her friends as they beckoned her over, Charlie dropped her top with the rest of her stuff and ran towards the water to join her friends. "Ok so when is it going down?" Bianca was eager to get some information on what Charlie had planned "Going down? Really...you make it seem like I'm planning a drive by", Charlie and Bianca laughed under their breath not wanting to attract the attention of their friends, so Bianca was always the third wheel, well in this case the seventh, and she never failed to show how annoyed this made her. "Actually I have a better Idea, how about we watch a film and relax for a little bit longer", Charlie looked over at Brax knowing that he would love this idea "Serious..." Brax looked at her with one eyebrow raised. "Yh seriously unless you want me to change my mind" "Nope nope, but I get to pick the film, there is only so much Ryan Reynolds a guy can take". He knew that although he objected to her choice of film it was pointless voicing this seeing as she somehow always got her own way. Instead of giving him a response Charlie stood up and stretched her hand out, indicating that she wanted Brax to take hold of it. Brax curiously placed his hand in Charlie's as he stood up onto his feet, not sure if he was going to like whatever she had planned. Charlie turned around not releasing Brax's hand from hers as she walked down the hall into his room. Entering the room Charlie turned around moving her body closer to Brax, who had now realised what she was referring to. "What, you want to..." Brax was surprised to say the least. "Err yh... unless you don't want to?" Charlie looked down a little disappointed and embarrassed. "No no it's not that", Brax swiftly put his hand under Charlie chin lifting her face up until their eyes were parallel, "I just didn't think you wanted to yet, I don't mind waiting till you are, we're in no rush". He placed a kiss on her forehead. "I know but I'm ready", She leaned in and kissed him before pulling him towards the bed as he shut the door with his free hand. Pulling away from their kiss, Brax looked up at Charlie who was now lying beneath him. All the memories of that night came racing through her mind causing her to panic and as if she was no longer in control of her actions or her body Charlie jumped up from under Brax as she sprinted out of the room tears cascading down her face. "Charlie I already know you love me, you being here with me is enough for me" "But..." "No buts ok, Charlie I love you and nothing is ever going to change that. Sex isn't important; we'll get there when we get there. Don't go telling anyone this but I really like just sitting here cuddling up with you". Brax gave her one his famous grins. Still looking at him Charlie just simply nodded before placing her head against his chest. Brax and Charlie stayed in that same position for a few minutes... "So how about we finish watching the film... We don't want Ryan Reynolds thinking you've abandoned him do we", "Err Charlie what did you do to my room", Brax didn't know if this was something he wanted to see. He had heard of girls decorating their boyfriends room, although Charlie didn't seem like the type of girl to do that it didn't stop him from worrying. Charlie laughed lightly as she could sense the worried tone in Brax's voice, "Don't worry this is a good surprise, I promise". Charlie slowly opened the door as her and Brax entered the room. Seeing as only Brax and Heath now lived at the house there wasn't much for her to work with so she had lit a few candles that she had found in the bathroom on Brax's bed side table and closed the curtains allowing the candle light to glow lightly in the room, she had even changed from her swimmers into a nice black lingerie set that Bianca had helped her pick out. She wanted to keep it simple but at the same time romantic. She turned around to see the expression on his face before speaking, She gave him a smile lifting her top over her head and dropping it on the ground, before taking off her shorts and placing them with her top. Bearing a cheeky grin she nodded over at Brax "I think it's a little unfair me standing here in next to nothing while you've got all them layers on." She glided her right hand up her back to where Brax's was as she unclasped her bra sliding it slowly down her arms as she dropped it to the floor. Brax watched on as her bra slowly slid down her arms till she let them hit the floor. He stared at how beautiful she was before looking up noticing that she was now blushing. Unable to contain the grin that threatened to take over his face he leant down slowly taking in the sweet taste of her lips, moving closer to her ears he whispered "You are absolutely perfect", he diverted his gaze directly meeting Charlie's This time it was going to be different for her, it was going to be done under the act of love, the love she had for Brax.

LOOOOOOVE that this continues to be soooooooooo mysterious !!!!! It’s VERY coooooooooool, especially ...... Mr Copeland keeps pausing at various intervals during his long spiels about character and symbolism, and ends with a flourish of, “Right, Dex?” Like he’s expecting something. All Dex does is smile curtly, and Mr Copeland gives him a disappointed nod and returns to the board. Dex goes home at lunchtime because he just can’t bare it any longer. He’s just becoming frustrated because he knows that he used to be good at school -- it was his thing, but now. Now, he has a novel he doesn’t understand and an essay he’s supposed to write and it’s all becoming too much. Dex has to remember to keep breathing, because it’s like he’s been punched in the gut. He’s just watched himself from a few months earlier and this person, the one in the videos, is barely recognisable. He’s lively and entertaining and compelling, making a stand about things that matter to him. And now it’s like Dex is watching through a plate glass window, viewing the scene from somewhere in the distance. Because while that is undeniably him in those videos, he doesn’t remember it at all. He feels himself getting desperate -- breaths shorter and heart beginning to pound harder -- then immediately feels stupid, because God he should be used to this by now. The feeling of being so close, and yet a million miles away. Sid insists on paying too, which Dex guesses, is supposed to be some sort of incentive. They’ve got a table in the corner, away from the main congestion of patrons wanting coffee or families ordering dinner. Indi is working tonight, and she keeps glancing over at Dex at intermittent intervals, keeping a close eye on him -- ready to step in if he gets overwhelmed. Dex hasn’t really been in a serious social setting since the accident. Dex can feel the eyes on him -- not just his sister, who is glancing at him like it’s her job -- but Irene, and Colleen, and other diners who stare at his yellowing skin where the bruises are beginning to fade. Summer Bay is a small town, so naturally, everyone seems to know what happened. Or at least, they think they do. There has been speculation, Dex knows. He heard the murmurs at school. Hushed words passed from lips to ears at the lockers or written down on paper and passed in class. Everyone seems to have a theory about what actually happened to Dex, except Dex himself. April reaches out and takes his hand across the table. “The Dexter Walker I knew didn’t do the things that were expected of him either, so I don’t really see the difference.” Casey looks across, a small ripple of shock crossing his features handing it to Casey, then he’s walking out, without so much as a backward glance.

I can understand Brax’s frustration with Charlie, but I’m sooooooooooo on her side in this That was ACE !!!!, especially ...... “Think it’ll take more than a banana and a sports drink to get rid of this hangover.” He wanted to learn how to ride a bike. He saw the neighbour’s kid out on it all the time and he didn’t understand how he couldn’t get one. So I spoke nice to the lady next door and she let us borrow it for the afternoon. He was a little natural.” Brax smiled as he felt his eyes welling up with tears. “He wanted pictures taken of him on the bike, but we didn’t even have a camera.” Brax shook his head. “So again, the lady next door took these for us.” now I’m never going to get the chance to make things right with him. To let him know that I didn’t hate him and that he was a good kid.” I can’t go to the funeral of the man who ra....who attacked my daughter. I’m sorry but it’ll be like saying that what he did was okay now because he died but it’ll never be okay and I can’t stand there and hear all the good thing about him when he hurt my baby so badly.” “Right.” Brax nodded as he stood up from the bed, letting the photo album fall to the floor. “So all you said there was just a load of bull?” “No.” Charlie shook her head as she stood up and took a step closer to Brax. “I am sorry for your loss and I feel for you, I really do, but asking me to go to the funeral...” Charlie shook her head. “I’m sorry Brax but that’s the one thing I can’t do. Anything else and I’ll be here for you, but I can’t do that.” “But I need you Charlie, please do this for me.” “I’m sorry.” Charlie said almost in a whisper. “I can’t.” Brax took a deep breath before he nodded his head and walked out of the bedroom, before he walked out of the house, slamming the front door shut behind him. “But you really promise?” Jacob asked. “I really really do.” Ruby nodded as she ruffled Jacob’s hair. “I’ll be back to see you two again, won’t I?” Ruby cooed. She bent down and placed gentle kisses on their foreheads before once again giving her Mother a hug. “Brax will learn to cope with this.” Ruby whispered before she pulled back. Charlie smiled lightly at her daughter as she watched her get into her car and drive off back to the city.

GREAT that it doesn’t SOUND like anything happened tween Brax & Bianca!!!!! That was coooooooooooooooooool !!!, especially ...... Charlie sighed lightly before biting her lip. “No. It’s not.” Charlie said. “But you know it’s not a healthy way of grieving.” Ruby and Jacob were outside playing soccer, Jacob loving all the time he was getting with his big sister. “I’m going to take this one for a drive. Sometimes it’ll settle her.” Charlie pulled up the car at the beach. She’d finally managed to get Riley to stop crying after almost an hour of driving around. She switched of the ignition before she got out of the car and walked around to the back door and opened it, lifting Riley out into her arms before walking down and talking a seat on the beach, resting her daughter against her legs. “Now Riley isn’t it better when you’re all happy and quiet like this.” Charlie cooed as she lightly rubbed her daughter’s cheek. Riley looked up to Charlie and her big blue eyes widened as she listened to her Mother. “It is.” Charlie nodded. Riley let out a gurgle of excitement as she kicked her legs excitedly before giving her mother a big gummy smile. “Aww baby.” Charlie grinned. “You got your first smile for Mummy. Aww it’s awfully nice.” Charlie said as once again Riley let out a gurgle. “All you have to do is be there for him.” “I don’t know how.” Charlie shook her head. “Bianca, I hated Casey for what he did. How am I supposed to help Brax if the person he is grieving for was my daughter’s ra....” Charlie trailed off, still unable to say the word rape. “Because no matter what he did, he was still Brax’s brother.” Bianca sighed. “Don’t think about what Casey did, but just of Casey the person, Casey Braxton. Brax’s little brother.” “It’s fine.” Ruby smiled. “We’ve had a great morning, eh Jacob.” “Yeah.” Jacob nodded before he took a bite of his toastie. “Was bestest fun.” “I no have school.” Jacob shook his head. “Thems are closed for us holiday.” “Eh.” Ruby said forgetting the fact that the schools were off this week. “The schools in Sydney are different.” “Oh.” Jacob nodded accepting his sister’s answer

Soooooo hope nothing happens to Bianca !!! Neither she nor Brax are in great shape atm !!!! That was ACE !!!, especially ...... “Don’t.” Charlie said as she managed to pull herself free. “I’m not going to sleep with you. You ‘ve just lost your brother and you smell like alcohol.” “Who’s fault is that?” Charlie shouted. “It could have been a lot less if you would do it when I was pregnant. Don’t go blaming me because I am not ready six weeks after I pushed two babies from there then had to get lifesaving surgery.” Charlie spat. “And while I am at it, you have had much more than one drink.” “Okay so I had two...three...I had four okay, four drinks, but my brother just died.” Brax yelled. “I think that entitles me to some drinks.” “Whys you shouting?” Jacob asked as he ran into the room and rubbed his eyes as he came into the light. “Sorry mate.” Brax said as he walked over to him. “Mummy is just in a bad mood.” Charlie quickly walked forward and pushed Brax to the side before she lifted her son up. “You’re not going to go near him when you are drunk.” Charlie said. “I’m not drunk yet.” Brax laughed. Charlie shook her head before she walked down the hall with her son and took him back to bed. Coming back out into the hall minutes later to see Brax walking back out the front door and slamming it shut. “Seemed to be make fun of the single girl hour so I decided to get away for a bit.” Bianca sighed as she sat down on the stool next to Brax. “So, what sorrows have you got to be drowning?” Bianca questioned. “You’ve got the gorgeous girlfriend, the adorable toddler son and the cutie twins.” “Weren’t you the one who didn’t want it while she was pregnant?” Bianca questioned. “So this is sort of your fault, in a way.” “Oh right, that’s how it’s going to be?” Brax said as he looked to Bianca. “I’m just saying it how I see it.” Bianca said. “And besides seven months is nothing on me. I’m a born-again virgin.” Bianca sighed as she rested her head against her hands. “And I told him that if anything happened like that again he lose me and the kids. I can’t risk staying with him if he is going to turn into a violent drunk.” “Well it’s in his genes” Ruby said. “Wasn’t his Dad a violent drunk? And then there is his Mum. She’s pretty nasty even when she is sober. I wouldn’t want to imagine her completely out of it.” “Yeah but she’s just so serious most of the time. I know she is a mother and the kids are her main priority now, but still a bit of fun every now and then wouldn’t go a miss “I will talk to her about the sex for you because by God one of us should be getting some.” Bianca sang before she let go on Brax’s hand and ran off out of sight. “Bianca.” Brax shouted. “Wait.” Brax ran till he caught up with Bianca and agreed to walk with her. There was no way he was going to leave her on her own when she was as drunk as she was. “I’ll walk with you.” Brax said and Bianca smiled as they began to walk down the road.

That was ACE !!!!, especially ...... and looked around the hospital waiting room.It seemed to be full of couples.Pregnant women accompanied by their loving husbands. They had probably been trying for children for ages, looking forward to the positive test result and the following scan. And probably to the birth and the having a baby that came afterwards. April cast a look back towards the doorway, hoping for a miracle. But there was no-one there. She hesitated.“Can I wait a bit longer?I’m waiting for my…”She broke off, unsure how she could describe their relationship.“I’m waiting for the father.” April paused. When she’d first decided to run away, it had all seemed fairly straightforward.Xavier coming along too had been a help but she knew she could have managed on her own if he hadn’t.But now…now she was beginning to feel as though she relied on him and she had no idea what she’d do if he wasn’t there. “And you’re eating okay?” April paused slightly.“As well as I can.” “Well, you need to keep your strength up.” “She hasn’t been going hungry,”Xavier insisted defensively. The ENTIRE last secne in particular …….. .“Well, I’m sorry to be such a burden to you, Xavier,”she snapped and stormed on ahead. -
WHOA about Casey !!!! That ending is kinda ominous too !!!! LOOOVED that, especially ...... Charlie looked from the men to Brax before she lifted Riley from the moses basket so she was now holding both her girls. “I’m afraid you’re brother Casey was involved in a scrap and he suffered from some quiet serious head injuries.” “But he’s going to be okay, right?” Brax questioned. “I’m afraid he didn’t make it.” The officer shook his head as he spoke softly. “I turned my back on him and now I’m never going to see him again.” “Who’s dead?” Charlie questioned. “Casey.” Brax said. “He eh....there was a fight and he...” Brax trailed off as Charlie pulled him into a hug. “He was my brother Charlie.” Brax cried. “And I.....he’s died thinking I hated him for what he did. And while it did disgust me I don’t believe he intended to do it. He’s not like that.” With help from Ruby, Charlie fed, bathed and changed the girls and Jacob and settled them down to bed. Ruby reading her little a brother a story, and just spending some quality time with him, before she gave Paige a bottle as Charlie fed Riley. They put the girls down in their cots to sleep before they walked through to the living room and took a seat on the couch. “Is it bad that I don’t feel sorry for what happened to Casey?” Ruby asked shyly as she looked away from her Mother. “It’s not that I was wishing death on him or anything, I mean he went to jail and was paying for what he did, but when you told me what happened there was a part of me that felt relieved.” Ruby admitted. “He wasn’t ever going to be to free to hurt me again.” “What he did to you....Rubes, it was horrible and you don’t need to feel bad for feeling like this, okay?” Ruby nodded lightly as she leaned into her Mother, resting her head against her chest. “Well if you were in my position?” Ruby questioned. “I chose Brax.” Charlie said quietly. “Part of the reason I lost my job on the force was because of my relationship with him. So I have been in your position Rubes, and it was the hardest choice I’ve ever had to make. And while I don’t regret my decision because of what we have now, sometimes, during the start of our relationship when I didn’t have another job, I did feel like maybe I’d made the wrong choice, maybe I shouldn’t have thrown my career away for some guy who maybe I wouldn’t even have been with a few years down the road. But then when things started to fall into place us, you know, when I got the job at the spa and he moved back in, Jacob started calling him Daddy, I saw we’d become a proper little family and I loved that. I loved what I had, and any regrets that I did have about not choosing my career vanished.” “I said I don’t care. You’re dead to me. So run off back to your fancy house with your pig of a girlfriend and her little brat.” “Nah.” Cheryl shook her head. “I don’t believe it. You’re just trying to get me talking with ya again.” “Look Mum.” Brax shook his head. “I wish this wasn’t true, but it is. Why would I lie about this?” “I dunno who are since you left us for that woman.” Cheryl sighed. “Now get out, go on.” Brax exhaled lightly as he walked over to the bar and opened a new bottle of bourbon and poured himself a glass.

That was ACE !!!!, especially ...... “Oh Paige.” Brax held his breath. “You’re supposed to leave the stinky ones for Mummy.” Brax cooed as he looked down to his daughter, who was staring up at him, her eyes widening as he spoke. “I’s not.” Jacob grinned. “Cos I a big boy. I 3 an a aff” “You need the bag.” “The what?” Brax questioned. “The bag.” Jacob exhaled lightly. “Like Mummy takes for them girls.” “Oh yes.” Brax nodded. “The nappy bag.” “And thems milk.” Jacob told Brax. “Yes, of course.” Brax nodded as he walked over to the fridge and took out some milk bottles for the girls. “You got it alls?” Jacob asked and Brax nodded as he hung the bag over the handles of the pram before they left the house, for their day at the beach. Brax had drawn a simple treasure map for Jacob, and had quickly buried something when the boy wasn’t looking. “Did you dress Paige today?” “Well after her nappy change I did, why?” “Just that her dress is on back to front.” Bianca laughed. “What, no it’s not.” Brax said. “It is.” Bianca laughed. “Look at Riley’s, then look at Paige’s” “Oh crap.....please don’t tell Charlie.” Brax said as Bianca laughed once more. “It’s been almost seven months since we’ve...well you know...had sex.” “Oh.” Bianca said. “But you know she’s been pregnant, then actually had twins and with her surgery too. It’s expected.” “I know. But I’m really ready for it.” Brax said. “I know I’ll wait till Charlie is ready, but still.” “Well looks like that’s a problem both me and you have right now.” Bianca said as she took the empty bottle from Paige’s mouth and winded her. “Brax, what did you do to Paige?” Charlie questioned as she lifted her out of the moses basket. “You’ve put her dress on back to front.” Charlie laughed. “Crap” Brax muttered. He remembered Bianca had told him this, but he’s still forgot to change her. “How did that happen?” Charlie asked. “I was changing her nappy so I must have done it then.” Brax explained. “Why did you take her dress off anyways?” “The last time I changed a dirty nappy I got some poop on her dress so I didn’t want to mess it again.” Brax explained. “Oh.” Charlie laughed lightly. “Well we’ll just have to get you changed hmm.” Charlie cooed. “Oh God you didn’t take her to the beach like this, did you?” That ending is ominious……to do with Heath most likely !!!!

That was cooooooooooooool!!!!!, especially ...... “Come an see.” Jacob said as he continued to pull on her hand. Charlie followed her son as he pulled her all the way to his bedroom before he jumped excitedly as he pointed to his bed. “I’s mades it nice.” Jacob smiled as he looked up to Charlie. Charlie smiled lightly as she lifted Jacob into a hug, looking over his shoulder at the bed, the covers thrown not so neatly over the mattress, his two favourite teddy bears sitting on top of his pillow. She let out a small laugh before she walked back through to the living room, placing Jacob back down on the floor. Jacob put his hands on the side of one of the moses baskets and stood on his tiptoes as he looked in at his little sister. The baby greeted the face with a smile as she kicked her legs in excitement. “I like Paige bestest.” Jacob grinned. “No’s Riley. She cry too much and no smile at me.” “Aww Jacob.” Ruby said. “That’s not very nice. She’s your baby sister.” “No.” Jacob shook his head. “Just Paige is.” Just then, Riley let out an ear piercing scream before she began to cry. “Aww see you upset her.” Ruby said as she watched her Mother picking the baby up to comfort her. “I no cares.” Jacob shrugged his shoulders as he stepped away from the moses baskets and ran over to his toy box, lifting out his pirate ship. Charlie nodded before she took another deep breath, she was a little nervous leaving the babies alone with Brax for the first time. “Because we need someone here to help Daddy with the girls.” Charlie said. “He’s not been with them without Mummy yet, but you know what to do, don’t you?” “Eh...yeah I knows.” Jacob nodded. “He’s lost.” Brax said. “And I’m going to show him how to get back onto the road to the city.” “You know the girls will be fine with Brax.” Ruby said as they sat down at the table, ready for some lunch after a morning of retail therapy. “I know.” Charlie said. “I didn’t say anything.” “No, the look on your face is saying enough.” Ruby laughed. The waitress muttered as she dropped the glass, letting the water spill over Ruby. “I’m so sorry....I just....I’m so nervous” The girl stopped talking as she pulled the cloth from being tucked over the side of her apron. She started to dab the table, trying to pick up as much of the water as she could. “I’m so sorry” The girl said again. “This is such a small coastal town and there’s never anyone famous here.....I just...I....oh God I am so sorry.” “Oh so I’m only getting this day because you get a discount?” Ruby said, mocking offence. “Mmm well as tempting as it would be to say yes, no.” Charlie laughed. “I’m pretty sure I’d still give you this day.” “Because you feel sorry for me?” Ruby questioned. “I many well be a singer now, but I’ve just lost me fiancé and had my past spread over the magazines.” “It wasn’t just your past.” Charlie snapped and Ruby bowed her head down.

That was ACE !!!!!, especially ...... Dexter fingered with his tie.“Is this too black?” Sid looked as though he wasn’t quite sure how to answer.“It’s fine, Dex,”he said at last. “And it’s those cute little weird bits that keep a guy interested,”Casey noted. Xavier came in and sat next to her.“Look, I know this is going to be hard, it’s going to be hard on both of us.But…we’ve just got to get through today. If we don’t, then we’re just going to feel like we let her down. All right?” Ruby found her gaze drawn slightly to where Casey was sitting with Dexter and Sasha in the second row from the front. She forced herself to look away and turn her attention to where Xavier and Indi were sitting in the front row, along with Sid, Gina and John. he snapped without looking at her,“Let’s just do this and then we can argue when we get home.” I think it demonstrates the strength of a family’s commitment to each other that they’re willing to help each other through the pain. ,“About her first smile, her first word, the first time she looked at us.But I can’t, because she never got to do any of those things. We never really got to say hello to her.We just get to say goodbye.”He turned and looked at the tiny coffin.“So, I guess all I can say is that we love you and we’re never going to forget you.” Casey sighed.“Look…I’m not saying that what you did didn’t hurt me at the time but it’s nearly two years ago now and I’m happy with Dexter so, maybe we should put it behind us?” Ruby breathed a sigh of relief.“I’d be happy to do that.” “Julia?Yeah, she’s well. She’s at the grabbing stage at the moment, where anything you put within reach of her gets picked up and played with.” Xavier tried hard not to take the comment personally but it still felt like a rejection.“Okay,”he replied. He kissed her on the cheek before walking away from her, both of them alone again. -
So, it WAS Colleen [kinda hoping it was Xave, cos I soooooo don’t like him] !!!! That was ACE !!!!!, especially ...... Brax said before looking to Ruby then Charlie, not sure which one of them were more angry looking. “But she told a journo.” Ruby raised her voice. “I care what they write about me and more especially you. You don’t deserve to have your private life splashed all over the mags. At least it’s expected with my job.” Ruby said. “Look, it’s happened now.” Charlie said. “You just need to ignore stories like these.” “But she told them I was raped. She told them I was a product of rape, so not only does everyone know I was raped, but you too. She didn’t need to bring you into this.” Ruby sighed. “And how am I supposed to ignore it? I’m going to be questioned about it non-stop now.” Ruby said as she felt herself close to tears. “I don’t want to talk about it.” Ruby shook her head. “I just want to leave it in past.” “Oh so you just talk to any Tom, Dick or Harry about Charlie and Ruby’s ra....past?” Brax said loudly, causing a few other customers to stare in their direction. Deciding not to say the word rape in front of Jacob, as he was at a stage where he would as a lot of questions if he didn’t know what they were talking about. “Like I said...I...eh...I didn’t know....I was....” Colleen started to stutter as she saw a very angry looking Brax staring up at her. “Brax, you’re scaring her.” Charlie said. “I don’t care.” Brax said. “I don’t want her to get away with telling people what happened to you and to Ruby. It’s not right.” Brax said, keeping his voice raised. “Daddy no shout at Colleen” Jacob shook his head. “Sorry mate but she deserves this. She did something bad.” “Oh. She go on the naughty spot?” Jacob said which caused all the adults to laugh, lightening the mood slightly. “But until you’ve found a place.” Charlie said. “You’re more that welcome to and Jacob would love it if you stayed a little longer, and the girls too, they told me.” Charlie grinned. “I don’t....I don’t want to go back to the city.” Ruby cried. “Aww sweetie you don’t have too” Charlie said softly as she pulled her into a hug. “You can stay here with me as long as you need. You don’t need to put this brave front on with me.” Ruby nodded lightly as she clung tightly onto her Mother. “So listen, tomorrow, we’ll go to the Spa like we talked about and have a nice day, just me and you, yeah?” Charlie questioned and Charlie heard a mumbled response of what she took as a yes coming from Ruby. “Oh right.” Charlie smiled. “Sounds....lovely, although I’m not sure I should drink while I’m feeding the girls.” “Well you’re not exactly feeding them right this minute.” Brax said. “No.” Charlie shook her head. “But I don’t want to risk harming them or anything. You know it can pass through in the milk.” Charlie smiled lightly before she took a drink. “Okay, but you’re getting up to feed the girls all night.” “Mmm, Brax.” Charlie said as she pulled back. “I don’t want too....I mean....I’m not....” Charlie shook her head as she trialled off, looking away from Brax. “I’m not ready for sex yet.” “And you’ve only got yourself to blame. You are the one who didn’t want to do it while I was pregnant. I was all for that, but you didn’t want it then.” “No’s.” Jacob shook his head. “I no obest.” Charlie laughed lightly.

That was ACE !!!!!, especially ...... Not letting Jack finish his sentence Charlie stopped turning to face him, "Please I just wanna know why he is avoiding me, did I do something wrong". Charlie couldn't understand how just yesterday everything seemed perfect and now it felt as if he was going out of his way to avoid her. "If I've done something wrong..." "No I promise its nothing about you, I can't tell you wants wrong but he's fine I'm sure he will call you back soon", Charlie had gone form a little frantic to plain hysterical. In the space of Five minutes she had came up with a dozen worrying theories as to what was going on with Brax. "Hi Lottie... we going to the beach, is Lottie coming?" Ruby looked up at Charlie clearly excited. "Err no, not today Ruby maybe another time", Charlie smiled at ruby before walking towards the front door. As she was about to rush after Charlie, Elise felt a tug at her hand, looking down at Ruby who held up her plastic spade and bucket. Brax shook his head, he wished that was all it was. Being robbed he could deal with but this, he felt like he was in way over his head. "No we haven't we erm... we had to sell some of our things, that's why I wasn't at school today", Brax spoke refusing to look up from the ground that lay beneath him Now more confused than he initially was Ross responded "Why did you have to sell all your stuff, you already work two jobs and your mum still brings home a little something ... right?" Ross instantly noticed the hesitant look on Brax face "She's gone", Brax looked up at Ross "Who your mum?" Brax just simply nodded in response "Ok where did she go and what does that have to do with you selling your stuff". Ross still hadn't caught on to what Brax had meant by gone "No I mean she's gone... She's left us and gone, apparently she needed a fresh start so she's gone with some guys and she's not coming back", Brax held back the tears that were threatening to fall from his eyes. His mother may not have been his favourite person but she was his mum he needed her surely she knew that and Heath and Casey how was he supposed to look after them properly now. There was no way he could go to school, work two jobs and take care of them properly. "Maybe Bwax should go sleep so he no tired" "Casey can come stay with me and Elise", Both Brax and Heath head shot up at what Ross had just suggested. Ross quickly continued before they had time to protest "He can stay with Ruby in her room, you guys can bring him back here whenever you want but if he stays with us, you know he is in safe hands and you already know you guys are welcome to come and go whenever you want. Brax this will give you more time to study". Ross paused looking from Brax to heath he could tell that they were starting to consider it. So he continued "I know. I think Ruby will like having Casey around and this is just an excuse for your mother to mother someone else apart from us three", Ross chuckled as he looked over at Elise "Yh she's gonna love that just not sure the guys will feel the same way, I hope they survive it", Charlie laughed as she looked over at her mum "Hy I'm not that bad", she said laughing as she nudged Charlie Brax couldn't believe how much his life had changed in the past 3 months. He couldn't remember the last time his life was this stable. He no longer struggled to put food on the table, he was doing really well at school, even Heath had improved at school, and he actually had savings. He tightened his grip on the girl that sat between his legs. He had her to thank for everything he had in his life, both his parents may have left him and his brothers but they found a family in Charlie, Ross, Elise and Ruby. "Lottie Ruby want to swim", Brax looked down as Ruby tugged on Charlie's arm causing her to release herself from Brax grasp as she turned around to face him He turned his focus to Charlie silently thanking her, she was more than the girl he loved she had turned out to be his saving grace.

Jen, I find this the easiest way to do my comments ….cutting & pasting what I think are the best bits of the various fics I read!!! I LOOOVE that I have NO idea where this is necessarily going !!!! It’s ACE !!!!, especially ...... It appears that five days is the maximum time limit that anyone is Summer Bay can go without stickybeaking into other people’s business. And to be honest, Dex is mildly surprised and amused that it’s taken them this long to want to come around and see the town freak show -- The Boy Who Can’t Remember. “Fine,” Dex replies automatically. He’s becoming used to saying it now, and he figures that if he says it enough, Dex might almost believe it Dex nods obediently, because he is definitely not ungrateful to not have to eat that weird green jelly at the hospital, but his bed feels different and every time he walks into a room the conversation always stops. With Sid’s cautious gaze following him twenty-four-seven, Dex can’t help but feel he has a permanent shadow. And there it is again. That miniscule of hope. That by some miracle Dex is going to open one of the Calculus or Literature or Music -- Why was he even studying that? -- text books and it’s all going to come flooding back. And while Dex tries to stay strong about it, he knows that with every passing day the likelihood of his memory coming back diminishes. He falls asleep to blackness, and wakes to the same. He doesn’t dream, doesn’t relive moments inside his head, and it’s almost like he’s slipping back under because the darkness seems to engulf him, drowning him like a sea of emptiness. Dex looks up, momentarily confused, because last time he checked friends was a plural, implying more than one, and April seems to be the only person interested in him right now who isn’t immediate family or just wanting to openly stare. But Dex isn’t about to start an argument about semantics. Dex is still worried; about the work, the kids, the teachers -- but he already feels like he’s disappointing his dad so much, that he can’t bear the thought of adding to that by refusing to go.
