The way you describe things is just ,,,,,, soooooooooooo ACE !!!!! LOOOOOOOOVED that, especially ….. Dex is running, taking shallow, erratic breaths, feet tripping over the uneven slabs and he staggers, trying to regain his footing. He runs, now reaching the outskirts of town, the opposite direction of the farm, just wanting to put as much distance between himself and Casey as possible. At just the thought of him, Dex’s scar seems to seer. Tears prickle in his eyes and Dex scrubs roughly at his face with his fists. He’s still running, until his foot catches on something and he goes sprawling on the bitumen. On instinct Dex slams his hands out in front of him, stopping himself from face-planting into the cement, but a stab of pain shoots up from his palms to his wrists on impact. Dex’s breathing is short and sharp, tears now streaming down his face as he tries to pull himself together, but he’s exhausted. His wrist hurts from where he landed on it, his mind is drumming against his skull and Dex just gives up. He pulls his knees to his chest, and falls apart on the side of the road All Dex knows now, is that he can’t go back. He won’t, because if he has to see Casey again he will, he’ll -- he doesn’t know what he’ll do -- probably stop breathing entirely. Dex doesn’t know how long he stays there. The ground is hard and rough, his hands are cut up, the knees of his jeans spotted with blood, but Dex doesn’t move -- it’s like he’s forgotten how. He doesn’t say anything as she cautiously steps into the room and closes the door behind her. She crosses the room and sits on the edge of Dex’s bed, reaching out she puts her hand under Dex’s pillow and threads her fingers through his. “Dex,” April says, soft and sad, and Dex can feel the tears welling up behind his eyes. The room is beginning to go blurry and Dex blinks, feeling a tear escape, running down his cheek. “Oh, Dex.” And that is when Dex finally breaks. He sits up and April pulls him into a hug, and Dex clings to her shoulders, tugging her body close. It’s warm and solid and feels so good, comfortable, that Dex cries even harder. Dex tries his hardest to just turn his head and bury himself in April’s neck. He’s fisting at April’s cardigan and pushing his face into her shoulder, but April is strong, and she grips on to Dex just as tight, refusing to let him go, refusing to let him forget. Finally Dex pulls away, using his hands to haphazardly wipe at his face, dry the last of his tears before finally catching April’s eye. It looks like she’s been crying too. Her eyes are red-rimmed and she’s sniffling a bit as Dex crosses his legs and sits up on the bed. April kicks her feet up too and sits opposite. She reaches out and takes his hands, intertwining their fingers, and this Dex thinks, is what it’s supposed to feel like. April doesn’t ask him to talk about it. She doesn’t want details or even vague assurance that Dex’s memory is actually all intact. She just nods understandably when Dex opens his mouth to talk, her way of saying, ‘I know’..

Three REALLY ACE updates, especially ….. Brax glared at him ‘She is one of the best thing to happen to you, don’t mess it up’ Casey felt something wet on his chest and then cursed under his breath as he realised she was crying. ‘It is really goodbye isn’t it?’ Casey asked ‘I think it is’ she said with a sad experession. ‘Lets just sleep, we can do this tomorrow’ he said holding onto his tears, there would be plenty of time for that’ ‘Of course you are, its not every day you find out you are pregnant’ ‘True, but I am not exactly dealing with it right’ she argued Charlie shot her a bemused look ‘Is there a book that tells you exactly how to behave when you find out?’ Bianca looked at her ‘Overreacting?’ ‘No, but you need to remember, it’s a big thing to deal with.’ ‘So do I tell him?’ ‘He’s the father’ she simply stated. ‘So yes essentially?’ She nodded realising she had to talk to Heath; she had no right to deprive him of his child. He might not even harbour any desire to have any involvement, which if she was perfectly honest with her actually scared her. It had been two weeks since Bianca realised she was pregnant and she had fast come to the conclusion that she couldn’t tell Heath. He was too busy with his own life and she didn’t want to pause it for a baby. She wanted the baby but she knew staying in Summer Bay with a child was not what she wanted to do when the father didn’t even know. April sighed ‘You really have to go?’ ‘April. I need this, I need to go’ April sighed ‘You and Ruby, who else do I have?’ ‘Me’ Charlie said and April smiled at her ‘Thanks’ ‘I will be back just I need this, and I really really do need this’ ‘Okay I get it’ Bianca smiled ‘Thanks sis’ ‘Ready?’ Ruby heard as she prepared to go to the hotel as an escort for the first time. She couldn’t even believe that she was doing this but she needed the money and Charlie couldn’t know why. No one could know the reason she was actually in London. It wasn’t fair to worry them or to make them feel anxious. ‘Ready as I ever will be’ she replied as she looked at her reflection; someone she didn’t even recognise She hated the way she looked and she had wished that her father hadn’t put her in this position. How could he? She thought as her anger bubbled over the top of her head but she had to do it, Grant would hurt Casey, and Charlie and every single person that she cared about. Unfortunately this was her only option; ‘Ruby Bledcoe’ she shuddered inwardly when she said it but she had to appease Grant. She had no choice, ‘Nervous?’ ‘First time’ ‘Ah.’ He leant down to her lips and whispered ‘I will be gentle’ ‘Not first time having you know, but first client’ she clarified ‘I can’t do this’ she admitted as tears fell. ‘Hey, it’s okay’ ‘No its not’ she said as the tears fell thick and fast ‘My father is going to kill me’ ‘Is he?’ he asked as he led her to the bed and sat her down and kneeled down so that he was at eye contact level. ‘Yes. He said I had to do what you wanted and if you were upset then I would be in trouble’ she sobbed as she struggled to regain control of her emotions. She felt so alone and scared. There was no way out of this, she would have to do whatever this man wanted, she didn’t even know his first name just that she was expected to sleep with him. ‘Your father told you, you had to what I said right?’ he asked her and she nodded. ‘Well you look shattered, so why don’t you get in the bed and sleep, when your father asks, I will be here to ell him that you did whatever I asked.’ She rubbed her eyes but tears still fell. Her face was in shock ‘Why would you do that for me?’ ‘Because I don’t believe in exploiting people’ ‘But you sleep with people and pay for it’ ‘Yes, I do, but I am human, I don’t always make the right decisions but I do my best’ Ruby watched as the world went by, she hadn’t been in summer bay for nearly 6 years now and she missed it, she really missed it but she was happy. Ryan loved her, she had a baby girl that she adored and the world had been good to her. The biggest surprise of her time in London had to be when Ryan turned out to be an undercover cop who was working to bring down her father. She had to testify but her father got 12 years for prostituting women, she was not that shocked to realise that her father was the leader of a prostitution ring that spanned the entire region of London. ‘You know what you need to say, I cant do it for you’ Ryan said gently brushing away her hair and her tears. ‘I am here for you but you know you need to do this’ Bianca’s back’ Casey said as he walked into the room closely followed by April. It had shocked a lot of people when Casey and April announced they were dating, but it had been two years and well they were happy with each other. ‘I didn’t think you would embrace it’ she admitted ‘Yes marriage or I go for full custody, and I promise you I will win’

The Angelo bit was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay coooool !!! LOOOOVED that, especially ….. “Oh.” Liam exhaled lightly. “Well hey at least he ate something. He’s been pretty picky since Chelsea’s accident.” Brax smiled before Charlie walked over to the office and went inside and over to the desk, and opened the drawer where the books were. As she picked up the books, she couldn’t help but notice a small blue box, and even thought she knew she shouldn’t, she picked it up and opened it and a huge smile swept across her face as she looked down at the white gold ring set with 2 diamonds. She smiled as she put the box back in the drawer and left the office with the books. “Just wear one of your pretty dresses.” Brax smiled. “Oh and keep your hair down.” “Well. These workbooks say Jacob Buckton-Rosetta.” Jacob said. “And you are Charlie Buckton and Dad is Darryl Braxton and Paige and Riley are Paige and Riley Braxton. And now Ruby is Ruby Austin.” Jacob exhaled lightly. “Why are we all different?” Charlie put the pen down on the table before she bit her lip. She exhaled lightly before remaining silent. Was now the time to tell him? Should she tell him without Brax being present? Should she discuss this with Brax first? She sighed lightly as she looked at Jacob who was staring up at her, his eyes full of wonder, and decided now was the time to tell him, after all, Brax would probably just say it’s up to Charlie how she deals with the situation and that Jacob one day did deserve to know about Angelo. “Well Mummy?” “But can I see Angelo?” “Yeah.” Charlie smiled lightly as she stood up and walked into her bedroom with Jacob following behind her. She pulled out Jacob’s baby book and opened it up to some pictures. “Here he is.” harlie said as she handed Jacob the picture of Angelo and himself, when he was just a few hours old. “I’m really little.” Jacob giggled. “He looks happy.” “Yeah, he was so happy to be a daddy and he loved you very much.” “So why he go to heaven and leave me?” Jacob questioned. “He didn’t want to go, sweetie.” Charlie said as she bent down to her sons level. “But there was an accident and he was hurt.” “So like Ash’s mum?” Jacob questioned. “Yeah.” Charlie nodded. “Just like Ash’s mum.” “Can I keep this picture of my tummy daddy?” Jacob asked and Charlie nodded lightly as she pulled her son into a hug. “And if you have any more questions you just ask me or daddy okay?” Charlie said. “Well I have one.” Jacob said as they parted from the hug. “Can I be Braxton like daddy and the girls?” Charlie exhaled lightly as she nodded lightly. “I’ll tell you what. Once mummy and daddy finally get married, we’ll both change our names to Braxton, deal?” “Deal.” Jacob giggled. “And you really promise I can be a Braxton like daddy?” “Yeah.” Charlie smiled. “I really promise.”

That was coooooooooooooooool, especially ….. "Err why don't you guys go and catch up in Aprils room", Ruby and April looked over at Bianca before looking at each other knowing that was code for 'get out we need to talk', they had heard it so many times over the years. Charlie's eyes finally wondered down to Bianca bump "Wow you've gone so big; I can't believe you're already eight months gone" Charlie placed her hand on Bianca's baby bump almost in awe Bianca giggled as she looked down at Charlie's hand "Yh I know, this little one isn't really making things easy for me, you should see me trying to get up the stairs, Reece says I look like a penguin", all four girls burst out laughing They all talked for a little while longer as Charlie caught up on the things she had missed. Leah and Miles had been married five year with two kids VJ who four and lily who was two, Martha had also gotten married six years prior and had a little girl Sophia who was four and Bianca and Heath were now engaged too and would soon be married, they had a boy Reece who was four and were now expecting their second child. Charlie admired her friends as they spoke; she was happy that their lives had turned out so perfect but felt a pang of jealousy at the turn her life had taken. "Guys please... I'm so sorry I know it must have been hard for you but I can't, I have to think about Ruby, she doesn't know he was here, she doesn't even know he's the reason we left, I don't want people looking at her differently because of his mistakes, I just..." Charlie looked over at her friends as their glare burned holes into her, and finally a tear rolled down her face. Moving closer to Charlie Martha caught her eye as she spoke "Charlie we know you're scared but he needs to pay for what he did, why should he laugh when all he has done is brought tears to your eyes and fear in your life?, he's the reason you gave Brax up he's the reason you left, how can you be willing to forget that, he doesn't deserve to breath the same air as you" "But Ruby..." Charlie sniffed away her tears Bianca quickly spoke "Charlie Ruby is a beautiful kid, no one is gonna look at her differently, she can't be judged based on whom her father is, and I know she would want justice just as much as we do... Charlie don't you need Brax, Heath and even Casey to know why you guys left, don't they deserve that? They need to know you guys didn't just leave because you didn't care" Ruby and Charlie looked at each other as their smiles took their faces captive. ... Standing in the kitchen of Bianca's house she along with Leah and Martha watched Ruby, April and Charlie in the living room as they shared jokes between one another. They were proud as to how far Charlie had come; she seemed so different compared to the fragile girl that had left ten years ago. Sighing lightly Bianca wasn't sure if it was right that they were keeping her in the dark, she knew Charlie was bound to find out eventually. They had managed to convince themselves that she probably wouldn't have even cared but she knew as well as Martha and Leah that it wasn't true. "Guys do you think we're doing the right thing by not telling her I mean she is gonna find out eventually don't you think she should be prepared" Bianca turned to Leah and Martha; they both nstantly picked up on what she was referring to. "If we had told her she probably wouldn't have come back... we couldn't take that risk." replied Leah. "And you never know it might not even bother her" Both Leah and Bianca glared at Martha "Ok so she probably will be bothered but what other choice do we have" asked Martha "We could just tell her" suggested Bianca "And how do we do that? Oh yeah sorry Charlie we just forgot to mention a little something to you. We have spoken to her tons of times and seen her twice since and we still failed to mention it" replied Martha "Right and when she sees them you don't think it would be worse that we knew and hadn't mentioned it or even given her a heads up?" retorted Bianca "Look guys can we just worry about that bridge when we get to it. She only just got here we don't want to give her any reason to go running again... ok? Leah looked at both Martha and Bianca as she spoke; they simply nodded before turning at the sound of Charlie's voice

LOOOOOOOOOVED that !!!! cooool about the Bianca sitch questions being mostly answered !!!!!! That was coooooooooooooooooooool, especially ….. “Wiley.” Bella grinned. “Hey.” Charlie smiled as she, Paige and Jacob took a seat at the table. “Mum.” Jacob whispered. “Who is that boy?” “Jacob this is Ash. He is Liam’s son.” Bianca smiled as she looked from Ash to Jacob. “Chalie.” Bella grinned as she looked up at her. “Papà a casa.” “Bella.” Bianca said. “Charlie speaks English. God I wish I didnt teach her Italian now.” “I think it cute. And it’s really clever that she knows both.” Charlie smiled. Bianca smiled at Charlie’s comment before she looked back down to her daughter. “You can only talk Italian if I talk Italian too you, okay? If you are speaking to anyone else it has to be nglish.” “No.” Bella shook her head. “Italy.” Bella grinned. “Isabella Scott.” Bianca exhaled. “You listen to mummy. We talk English.” “Oh Bee-Bee you know what? Mummy killed my fish.” Jacob said. “Jacob.” Charlie gasped. “I did nothing of the sort.” “Well yeah.” Jacob sighed. “It was floating on the top of the bowl this morning.” “It wasn’t my fault.” Charlie said. “They are your fish to look after.” “I did it all good.” Jacob argued. “You must have hurt him when you cleaned the water.” “Jacob.” Charlie said. “I got you a new fish and we had a very lovely flushing ceremony for Captain Jack.” “Yeah. Down the toilet.” Riley giggled. “It went woo woo woo.” Paige laughed as she made a circular motion with her hand. “Hey guys.” Leah smiled as she walked over to the table. “What can I get you all today?” Leah asked before she was bombarded with requested of chocolate cake, ice-cream and jelly from acob, Paige, Riley and Bella. “Whoa whoa.” Leah laughed lightly. “One at a time.” “And I don’t think we will be having any cake or ice-cream.” Charlie said. “Riley and Paige will have the nuggets and chips and I’ll have the chili chicken wrap please.” Charlie said. “Riley a chocolate milkshake and Paige a banana milkshake, and a glass of orange for me please.” “Sure.” Leah smiled as she wrote the order down. “And for Jacob?” “Ehm....the burger with extra cheese.” Jacob grinned. “And lots of chips and a coke.....oh can I have a coke Mum? Just the one glass, please.” Once again Ash pointed to the notepad and pen. “I think he wants to write it.” Charlie said as she looked up at Leah. “Ahh.” Leah handed Ash the notepad and pen and they all watched as he scribbled something down on the pad before handing it back to Leah. “Nuggets, chips and an apple juice coming up.” Leah smiled at the young boy. “Thanks Leah.” Bianca smiled. “Grazie.” Bella grinned and Leah laughed lightly before she walked over to the kitchen to make their order. “Well you’re going to make it right now, aren’t you?” “Under terrible circumstances.” Liam shook his head. “It’s times like this where I wish I could drink.” “I’m not sure yet.” Liam smiled. “But I just saw this ring when I was in the city and I was....wow...I just had to buy it.”

That was soooooooooooooooooo funny and ACE, especially ….. Duncan, “I take it you are talking about your secret love affair?” Miles lets out a loud nervous laugh. Miles, “What a secret affair with Rabbit not likely.” Duncan, “Rabbit? Why are you talking about a rabbit now? I’m confused.” Miles, “So your not here to take me away then?” Duncan Foster, “No why would you think that?” Miles, “Because of your long white coat, You know the saying the men in white coats will be coming for you soon, especially if you start talking to little girls called Rabbit again.” Duncan, “Well that’s good Its nothing to worry about I have come to give Heath his vaccine shots that’s all.” Milles, “I see.” Duncan, “Yes I don’t really make home visits but Mrs Patterson said it was quite difficult to make it down to the surgery.” Miles, “Yes you could say that. In fact that is some understatement your making there.” Duncan, “Well you are always finishing the offer off by insulting me.” Miles, I am? What’s insulting about offering you a biscuit? Ginger nut?” Duncan, “There you go again insulting me.” Miles, “Errr ok but I have got to say I don’t find anything I am saying insulting. All I’m saying is would you like a biscuit? Ginger nut?” Duncan, “NO I WOULDN’T LIKE ONE OF YOUR BISCUITS.” Miles, “Ok then jezz Duncan, “I have never been so insulted about my hair colour before.” Miles, “Oh I am sorry I never thought. Oh my dearly me we just can’t seem to get it right now can we?” Duncan, “What by himself where has he gone?” Miles, “His girlfriends.” Duncan, “Your dog has a girlfriend?” VJ, “Yep I share him with her.” Duncan shuffles back in his seat as he tries to understand what the hell was happening to him. LOOOOOOVED that, especially ….. “Xavier, get up.” Xavier shifted slightly as the voice broke through his sleep.“In a minute,”he muttered. “You don’t really have a minute.” Xavier thought hard.“Is something important happening today?” “Only that I’m getting married and you’re supposed to be best man.” “Surprisingly good, actually.I thought I’d be all nervous and wracked with doubts and having nightmares about still being with her when we’re old and wrinkly and got seventeen grandchildren running around the place but…actually I really want to be married to her.” Charlie had been putting on her bridesmaid dress in her room. When she came out, she was confronted by the sight of Ruby in her wedding dress.Ruby spread her arms nervously.“How do I look?” Charlie felt a prickling sensation behind her eyes.“All grown up,”she commented before grabbing her daughter in an impromptu hug. “Mum, you’re creasing the dress!”Ruby protested. “Sorry.”Charlie released her.“Just…promise me you’ll be happy, Ruby, okay?” Ruby nodded.“I promise.” “Hey there!”Nicole called as she came through from the kitchen, already in her dress.Miles was with her.She kissed Ruby on the cheek.“Wow, you look amazing.” “No need to sound so surprised,”Ruby replied in mock admonishment. Nicole patted Miles’ arm.“Found someone wandering around outside.” “I was trying not to intrude!”Miles protested. He turned back to Ruby.“Are you sure you want me to give you away?” “Miles…do you remember when Romeo and I first got together? When Mum was giving us the third degree and Nicole was slapping us both round the face?” “Could have done without being reminded of that today,”Nicole sighed. “And even though you told us we’d done the wrong thing, you let us sit at the table and eat breakfast like a proper couple. That meant a lot.” “Bet you never knew you were that great, Miles,”Charlie commented. Miles looked at Ruby and gave her a slight smile.“Then it will be an honour to walk you down the aisle.” The next few minutes were a blur, even though every detail remained etched on their minds. There were vows and rings, tears and smiles. All of it leading up to nine words that would change their lives. “I now pronounce that you are husband and wife.” Their first kiss as a married couple felt like their best yet. A large crowd gathered outside the reception to see them off.Charlie had taken over holding Julia as Ruby said a worried goodbye.“Remember, if she so much as sniffles wrong, I want to be told.” “I promise I’ll keep a chart,”Charlie told her. “Actually, I was hoping to get a dance with the mother of the bride here.” Charlie noticed Ruby’s suggestive look.“We’re just friends,”she promised. “When’s she going to throw the bouquet?”Colleen grumbled. “Here, Colleen, catch!”Ruby responded, tossing the flowers in the air. They sailed over Colleen’s head and landed in Indigo’s arms. Romeo grinned at Xavier.“Result, mate.” Xavier looked at Indi, locking eyes with her smiling face for a moment, and he smiled too.“I guess so.”He banged his fist against Romeo’s.“Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do.” “Lots of scope then,”Ruby retorted, before pushing Romeo into the car,“Come on or it’ll be time to come back.” Romeo rolled over in bed and caught sight of Ruby staring out the window, still wearing the clothes they’d slept in.“Something on your mind, Mrs.Smith?”he asked. Ruby shot him a bemused backward look.“Well, for a start, you could have given me a more interesting surname. How about you change your name to Buckton?Romeo Buckton, that’s got a nice ring to it.” Romeo got out of bed and came up behind her, putting his arms round her waist and gently kissing her neck.“Ruby Smith?I guess we’ll get used to it.” “Yeah, it’s an odd one.Exotic sounding first name, ordinary sounding last name, how did you cope?” “So we’re on our honeymoon and the best thing you can think about is name formation?” “Do you want to move in with me?”Indi grimaced slightly as she realised what she’d just said.“I was planning to lead up to that. What I mean to say is, we were living together before…well, before everything and I was wondering if you wanted to move back in.” Xavier considered this.“The two of us living with your dad and your sister?” “Could be worse, Dexter could still be around.I know it’s not ideal but what else can we do?” “We could get our own place.” Indi looked surprised.“You really think we could do that?” “Why not? You’ve only got a year left at uni and I’ve been working for a while.Okay, it doesn’t pay that well but it’s still work.We can look into it, can’t we?” Indi was silent for a moment then she smiled.“Well, I guess we’re looking for a place to live then.” -
Bianca’s sitch sounds intriguing !!!! That was coooooooooooooool, especially ….. Charlie stood at the edge of the dance floor watching the husband and wife dancing together, looking so much in love. She watched as Jacob and Paige were dancing with each other and Riley and Isabella were holding hands and running around in circles. “Can you believe you’re little girl is married?” Brax asked as he wrapped his arms around her and softly kissed her neck. “I can’t believe she is 23 and married before me. Nope.” Charlie shook her head and turned around to face Brax. “And you realise she will probably make you a grandmother when you are still in you 30’s.” Brax laughed, choosing to ignore Charlie’s comment about not being married yet. “No.” Charlie shook her head. “But, I hope you and Dex weren’t forceful when getting rid of them.” Brax laughed lightly. “Dex? Forceful? I know he was the best man, but c’mon Charlie, I dealt with them.” “Daddy you dance wiff me.” Paige smiled as she pulled on Brax’s hand. “I was just going to give your Mummy a dance.” Brax smiled down at his daughter. “No.” Paige shook her head. “You dance wiff me.” “Of course Daddy will dance with you.” Charlie said as she pushed Brax forward lightly and he went off to dance with his daughter. “Mummy I so tired.” Riley yawned as she ran over to her mother and Charlie lifted her up into her arms. Riley had managed to make it through the ceremony and the meal in her dress, but, Charlie had to change her as soon as she had finished her cake. She was now wearing a pair of jeans with little purple flowers on the top left hand pocket and a simple white t-shirt. Charlie smiled as she placed a soft kiss on her daughters head and walked across the room to the chairs to find Bella was already cuddling into Bianca. “Hey, Bella you tired too?” Charlie questioned as she sat down next to her friend. Bella nodded lightly before she looked up to her mother. “Buonanotte.” Bella said quietly before she yawned. “Buonanotte.” Bianca laughed lightly at her daughter before she stroked her soft brown hair with her hand. “Ti amo tesoro.” “Ti amo mamma.” Bella smiled before she yawned once again before closing her eyes. “What you saying Bee-Bee?” Riley asked. “I said I love you sweetie.” “And what Bella say?” “She said I love you mummy.” Bianca smiled. “You no say that to me” Riley said sadly as she looked up to Charlie. “Yeah, I tell you I love you all the time.” Charlie said. “No in those words.” Riley shook her head. “I dont speak Italian.” Charlie laughed. Riley sighed lightly before she cuddled into Charlie to sleep. “How was the wedding?” He asked as they made their way out of the kitchen and up the stairs into Bella’s room. “Ruby I come?” Riley asked as she pulled on her dress. “Ha no I’m afraid not.” Ruby said as she placed Paige back onto the ground. “We need someone here to look after Mummy and Daddy don’t we?” “I bet the waves there would be cool.” Jacob smiled. “Will you surf?” “Oh I might.” Xavier answered. “Depends how busy we are.” Xavier and Ruby gave each other a cheeky grin. “Oh well on that note.” Brax laughed. “You guys best get off to the airport.”

Tomboy Riley is soooooooo funny !!!! That was ACE, especially ….. Charlie and Ruby stood in the room staring up at the dress that was hanging on the back of the door. “It’s gorgeous.” Ruby smiled as ran her hand over the wedding dress. It was white and strapless, and sat on her body perfectly. The number of times she wore it just to test it out showed that. Charlie smiled nervously as she too ran her hand over the dress. “It is. It’s just....” Charlie trailed off not finding a word to describe the dress. The bridesmaids dresses that were lying on the bed were a gorgeous greeny-blue, and the flower girl dresses that Paige, Riley and Isabella were going to wear where a simple white dress with a bow tied at the back, the bouquets of lily’s were sitting on the dresser, and there were 3 little baskets with petals inside for the girls to throw down on the aisle in a few hours time. “Mummy I no wear a dress.” Riley shook her head as she climbed up onto the seat and folded her arms, presenting her mother with a big frown. “You’ve got too. You need to look pretty for the wedding.” “I pretty with no dress.” The almost 3-year-old announced. “Aww you are sweetie.” Charlie smiled. “But Mummy thinks you look like a Princess in this dress so would love you to wear it.” “I no want to be a Princess.” Riley shook her head. “Dresses are stupid.” “I like it.” Paige smiled as she twirled around the room. “It’s the prettyfulliest.” “Riley you need to wear it.” Ruby said. “It’s what the flower girls wear.” “I no want to be a flower girl.” Riley shook her head. “I just sit an watch.” “If you don’t wear the dress you don’t get any cake at the reception.” Charlie said, hoping the simple act of bribery would work on her daughter. “Mummy.” Riley gasped. “That not fair.” “Well it’s your choice. No dress, no cake.” Riley sighed as she scratched the side of her head. “I wear it just for a little bit okay?” “Fine by me.” “Pretty.” Isabella smiled as she ran over to the bed and pointed to the greeny-blue bridesmaid dresses. “That’s not yours darling.” Bianca smiled as walked over to the bed and took her daughters hand. “Perché?” Isabella sighed. “Per what?” Ruby said. “Perché.” Bianca laughed. “She means why.” “Oh she’s speaking Italian.” Ruby laughed. “Yeah. Bella, we speak English here.” “Perché?” Isabella asked. “Poiché ho detto così....because I said so.” Bianca said. “Ohh. Okay.” Isabella sighed. “Where mines?” “You dress is over there.” Bianca pointed to the wardrobe where the 3 little dresses were hanging. “I no like it anyways.” Riley said. “Can I ruin mine?” “No.” Charlie shook her head. “Then you wouldn’t get any cake.” “Oh yeah.” Riley said before she sat down on the chair. “We ready yet. It takes forever.” Riley sighed. “I sit with Apil.” Isabella smiled as she ran over to her Auntie. “Aww thank you Bella.” April smiled. Isabella giggled as she wrapped her arms around April’s legs. “My bestest Apil.” “What about Mummy?” Bianca questioned. “You don’t want to sit with Mummy?” “No.” Isabella shook her head. “Just Apil.” “It’s going to be different now isn’t it? After the wedding?” “Yeah, but, not entirely. We’re still going to be the same family that we always have been.” “So nothing will change between us?” Ruby questioned. “Of course not. I’m still going to be your mother and you’ll still be my daughter. Wedding or no wedding.” Charlie said as she wrapped her arm around her daughter. “You got Riley in a dress.” Jacob laughed. “Yeah cos I gets cake.” Riley smiled up at her brother. “Oh wedding cake.” Jacob said. “I bet its real good.” “Ready.” Charlie said and all the women nodded before Leah helped to get them positioned. April and Bianca were going to walk down the aisle first, then Jacob with the rings on top of a satin blue pillow to be passed to the best man, then Leah, followed by Isabella, Paige and Riley who would throw flower petals down on the aisle, before Charlie and Ruby would walk down together. The music started and everyone walked down the aisle, the girls, Isabella and Paige in particular loving their roll, before they were seated at the front, as Leah, Bianca, and April stood in their places at the front, waiting for the bride to arrive. Ruby and Charlie walked down the aisle, their arms linked around each other’s, Charlie the proudest mother in the world at this exact moment, having the privilege to walk down the aisle with her daughter on her wedding day. As Ruby approached the front to see Xavier looking down to her giving her a big smile, all the nerves she had disappeared. She couldn’t wait to be Mrs Xavier Austin.

"Dex is gonna ask Indi if she and Romeo will!" Indi and Romeo were taking Felix for a walk in the park. "Indi I have something to ask you...." Indi turned to face him as he got on one knee. "Will you marry me?" Indi jumped up down almost forgetting she was pushing Felix. "I will!" Indi kissed Romeo. "Felix what do you think?" Felix was asleep but his head moved down just as Romeo asked. Ruby and Dex were watching a movie when Dex put his hand on Ruby's belly. "My belly isn't that big!" "I know! I was just seeing if they would kick!" Ruby moves into Dex's arms. "I love you!" Felix did as he was told. "Did you hit Mazey?" "I didn't mean to!" Ruby was very angry now. "We're going now!Ty and Mazey we're leaving!" When they were near the car Ruby turned to face Mazey. "Your going to bed at six o'clock tonight!"Mazey was crying now. "Your the worst!" Sasha rolled over and looked at her beautiful daughter Lyla. "How are you feeling?" Sasha turned to face her fiance. "I'm buggered so please let me rest?" Xav nods and leaves Sasha alone. April was a School Teacher at Summer bay high. "Stressful! That new boy Aden graffitied the lockers!" Heath shakes his head. "I remember doing that!" April turns to face Heath. "What?" "I did the same thing when I was in high school!" "Thats terrible!" -
That was VERY ace !!!!!!, especially ….. I did think about making Brax the father, but I think I would have been tracked down and killed! “Please tell me you haven’t had a drink.” Brax looked behind at Charlie and laughed lightly before turning back around again, lifting the glass and taking a drink. “What do you care?” Brax questioned. “I’m a failure as a partner....as a father....I’m useless anyways so what does it matter if I drink.” Brax said before he took another drink. “You’re not useless.” Charlie shook her head as she stepped forward and took a seat next to Brax. “You as good as said so.” Brax sighed. “Brax, I -” “You’re right though.” Brax said. “I am my father.” You’re not. I didn’t mean that.” Charlie said. “It’s okay. I know you did.” Brax said. “I am....I’m turning into him Charlie and I don’t want. Please help me.” “You can get it right.” Charlie said. “The girls are young enough to not remember any of this bother and, Brax; you can be a great father.” “I just need to learn how to do it fulltime.” Brax sighed. “And you can.” Charlie said. “Brax we can work everything out and I know that you’ll be a great father. You’ve already showed me that you can be.” “So you still want me?” Brax questioned. “You still want to be with me and give me a chance after all the crap I’ve put you through recently?” “If you’ll have me.” Charlie said. “I said some pretty nasty things too.” “You said the truth.” “Da...da...dadda.” Riley shouted. “Ahh I’m her first word.” Brax grinned. “Aww Riley.” Charlie grinned. “Clever baby.” Charlie smiled as she rubbed her daughters head, as Jacob swam back over to them and Charlie took him into her arms. “Dadda dadda dadda.” Riley grinned. “Can you say Mamma?” Charlie questioned. Riley looked to Charlie and screwed up her face. “Dadda.” Riley giggled. “Mamma.” Charlie said. “Dadda.” Riley smiled as she put her hand on Brax’s chest. “She no no Mamma yet.” Jacob said as he looked up to Charlie. “No, she doesn’t.” Charlie said sadly. “Paige you say Mamma.” Jacob smiled as he sat down next to his sister. Paige let out a gurgle as she smiled up at Charlie. “Say Mamma.” Charlie smiled. Paige giggled as he held her hands up for Charlie to pick her up. Charlie lifted her daughter into her arms and placed a soft kiss on her forehead. “Ma...mamamamam....” Paige squealed. “That’s not it.” Jacob giggled. “Mamma.” “Mam....Mamma.” Paige smiled. “Ahh yeah, getting in their first hey.” Brax laughed as he stopped walking next to Charlie. “Paige you’re supposed to say Dadda.” “Mamma.” Paige said. “Dadda.” Riley smiled. “Aww bless they are so cute.” Bianca smiled. “I love how you have one each.” “Well I think we need some Daddy and Paige time.” Brax said as he took Paige from Charlie and handed her Riley. “I’m going to make you like this water girl....persistence will pull off.” “Don’t go forcing her if she doesn’t like it.” Charlie said. “Jacob and Riley are your water babies. Let me have Paigy.” “Irene’s been a great help....and April.” Bianca smiled. “Although the other day April, Bella and I were out and someone thought she was April’s.” Bianca laughed lightly. “I can see why. She has dark hair and brown eyes, just like Isabella does. April was quick to correct them though. I guess I should be glad she doesn’t seem like she’s going to want kids any time soon.”

Such a RELIEF that Brax isn’t the dad !!!! That was cooooooooooool, especially ….. The little baby so peaceful having no idea of the commotion her birth had caused. The pain that Charlie, Brax, and Bianca were all feeling was all very different, but equally there. More than anything Bianca wanted to know who the father of her daughter was, for Isabella more than anything, but did she really want it to be Brax? For if it was, so much would be ruined and never able to be fixed. What was more important to her? Her daughter knowing Brax was her father, or her friendship and Charlie and Charlie and Brax’s relationship being able to last. As she saw the couple sitting on the bench at the beach, she stopped for a second, seeing they were both silence, not looking at each other, just waiting on Bianca to arrive. Bianca exhaled lightly as she walked over to them. “Hey....thanks for meeting me here.” “Why did you pick a public place?” Charlie asked. “Why couldn’t we just go to your place?” “I just thought Bella could do with some fresh air....and maybe if we weren’t in the privacy of a house, if need be, things would be discussed more calmly.” Charlie nodded lightly. “Did you go to the doctors the other day? Is she okay?” “Fine.” Bianca smiled. “Milk spots just like you said.” “Can we just open the results?” Brax questioned. “I need to know.” Bianca slowly brought the envelope out of her bag and took a deep breath as she ripped it open and very slowly pulled the sheet of paper out of it and scanned the information. Bianca shook her head lightly. “She’s not yours.” Bianca said as she handed the piece of paper out to Brax, but he stood there, his hands on his waist and bit his lip. Charlie breathed a sigh of relief as she took the sheet from Bianca and read it over twice, just to make sure. Brax took a deep breath as Charlie looked up to him and saw tears forming in his eyes. Brax let out a scream of upset before walking away from them, making his way down the beach. Bianca sighed lightly as she sat down on the bench next to Charlie. “He’ll get over it.” “All that matters right now is that I do the best job I can raising that little one. And who knows, maybe I won’t find her biological father, but I’d love to think one day that I’d meet a man who can be a father to her.” “You know, you still can be.” Bianca said. “She’ll need a father figure...someone to go to when she feels she can’t talk to me....a fun uncle, maybe?” “Not biologically though is it?” Brax said. “I thought I had a daughter.” “Brax, you have two beautiful daughters already.” Bianca replied. Brax exhaled lightly as he looked round to the pram. “Can I hold her?” Brax asked. Bianca nodded lightly as she stood up and lifted Isabella from the pram and handed her to Brax. “Hey Isabella...I’m Darryl, but you can call me Brax.” Brax smiled lightly. “I may not be your father, but you can count on me if you need me.” Brax said. “I’m gonna be your uncle Brax.” Bianca smiled lightly as she watched Brax looking down at her daughter. Ruby breathed a sigh of relief. “So where is he now?” “He’s.....sulking on the beach.” “Ahh and this little missy screamed when you put her in right?” Charlie asked as she looked down at Paige. “That’s one word for it.” Ruby laughed. “She really does hate water doesn’t she?” “Yeah.” Charlie nodded. “Bath time is so not fun when it comes to Paige.” Ruby laughed lightly as she and Charlie made their way outside to see Jacob and Riley having fun in the pool with Xavier.

That was ALL soooooooooooooo powerful & gripping & ACE!!!!! So, Heath & the river boys did this!!! LOOVED that, especially ….. “Little boys should be tucked in bed,” Heath says menacingly. The one fluorescent light flickers off the side of the building, covering half his face in shadow. “Being out this late, it looks like you might be up to something.” “Forgot my science book,” you reply, although in the back of your head you are wondering why you owe him any sort of explanation. “Hypothetically speaking, what would happen if he was some kind of fairy, thinking he could spread his pixie dust wherever he pleased?” Before you can do anything, say anything, explain that it’s all been one giant misunderstanding, the hand on your arm is gone and you stumble to regain your footing. There are River Boys blocking both the top and bottom of the staircase and closing in with every passing moment. You can’t fight back, and although you want to scream -- you know Casey is still inside -- your tongue is firmly lodged inside your mouth, unwilling to move no matter what your brain is telling it to do. You feel yourself falling backwards before you blackout. Dex’s head is thumping, his brain is practically pushing at his scalp trying to escape, to cope with the rush of everything. He’s got adrenaline pumping through his veins and Dex has to bite down on his bottom lip to stop himself from screaming, but holymotherofGod, it hurts! But Dex knows -- He knows that Nicole had a baby boy, that George was living with them; that Marilyn moved out sometime after that; that Indi and Romeo broke up because Romeo slept with Ruby and she was with Casey; that he had a blog and made videos and April helped, and he really liked the way she smiled when they were finished. Then Casey is beaming from somewhere inside his head, and Dex understands everything. All the sidelong glances, the staring, and the indescribable pull towards this other boy, like nothing he’s ever felt before. In the midst of it all, Dex realises what it all means. And for a moment wonders whether it would have been simpler if he just never remembered at all. “I just thought -- When I first heard that you didn’t remember anything, it was the universe’s way of telling me to let you go. The world was giving you a chance to start over, and to get it right. Who was I to take that away from you?” “Your brothers beat me up and put me in a coma. You knew they did this and you didn’t say anything.” Casey opens his mouth to object (again), but Dex isn’t finished. He’s been living in a haze of confusion for so long, feeling frustrated with everything, and he’s now got perfect clarity. He’s not walking away or backing down. “You’re a coward,” Dex tells Casey. “I don’t know what I saw in you, why I put myself in that position in the first place, so maybe it is supposed to end up like this.” Casey, the one who was cool, and confident, and always in control is now cautious and timid, and it’s almost sad to see him looking this pathetic. But then he seems to pull himself together, catching Dex’s eye, and it’s like he’s pleading with Dex. Refusing to drop his gaze, he closes the gap between them, until he’s right there. Casey leans in, whispering, “Believe me,” right into Dex’s skin before he’s pressing their lips together. Dex wants to object, to turn and run, but Casey reaches up and uses his hand to cradle Dex’s neck and he pushes their mouths together. It’s too much, too overwhelming as Dex feels the warmth of Casey’s tongue. Then Casey is pulling away and Dex hates himself for refusing to let him go. He pushes their lips back together, because it’s not enough, and Dex remembers why he became so addicted to this, why he risked everything to do this -- with Casey. Casey is cupping Dex’s cheek, his fingers trailing lightly over his scar. It burns white hot, as Dex gets a flash behind his eyes -- of Heath’s menacing smile, the taste of copper in his mouth, the suffocating darkness -- and Dex rips himself out of Casey’s grasp. “I’m sorry I’m sorry I’m sorry,” Dex repeats, hushed and too fast. Casey’s eyes are wide, lips still wet from where they were just against Dex’s. He’s just staring, mouth slightly agape as Dex backs away. “Dex --" Casey begins, but this time Dex does turn, and he runs, and he doesn’t look back.

THREE updates for me to catch p on …….all of them TOTALLY ACE, especially ….. Sid looks at his newly found daughter who he had first friended on Facebook. Where she had insisted that she was his daughter, Sid had first waved this motion aside until Sasha had taken it upon herself to send a countless number of messages to his Facebook inbox, as well as finding him on Twitter which Sid only used as a virtual way of seeing his patients. Sasha had even faked illness to see him at the hospital so after a month of Sasha stalking him Sid had agreed to see her. Sasha, “Hey is this about eating you favourite cereal? Because that was Dex.” Sid, “No its not but that is just greedy of him to do that. I only brought him that cereal to teach him what the different hospital tools looked like, before he started his internship at the hospital. I didn’t expect him to gobble the whole box down.” Sasha, “What’s wrong then?” Sid, “I have lost my stethoscope.” Sasha starts to giggle. Sid, “Now tell me have you and Xavier taken to playing doctors and nurses with it in your bedroom?” Sid, “Who’s Marty?” Sasha, “Oh have you got a new little friend?” Dex, “Marty is my robot I have been building.” Sid sighs. Sid, “I know I am probably going to regret asking this but how and why have you been building a robot Dex?” Dex, “Well it all started about this time last year after I come to the realization of the fact that the man of my dreams was in fact a werewolf.” Sid, “I wonder what he is doing with my stethoscope.” Sasha, “Do you really want to know?” Sid, “Now to come to think of it no I don’t makes me shudder to even think about it.” Just then there is loud yelp of utter delight coming from Dex’s room. Dex, “IT’S ALIVE, MARTY’S ALIVE.” Elijah watched as she seductively slid her blue police shirt slowly down her body. She then unbuckled her black trousers and let them slide down her legs slowly taking a step out of her trousers Watson turned giving him the eye as she quickly removed her bra and underwear.. Elijah smiled back nervously praying to God he wasn’t going to lose control again. Watson, “Well are your hands of magic ready to give me utter bliss?” Elijah smiles at her as she crawls slowly against the bed covers. Watson, “Oh come on Elijah don’t go all shy on me.” Elijah, “Your naked.” Watson, “Yes I am I’m just too tired to get into my pyjamas. Now hurry it up with that massage.” Elijah dashes into the bathroom to collect some massage oils he is getting more and more nervous as he glances down at his sliver robot hand that Sid had cursed him with on that fateful night a year ago when he was being a scary cat. Elijah, “It would seem I can’t let go.” Watson, “What do you mean? Just lift your hand away from my shoulder.” Elijah, “Oh it sounds so simple when you say it like that.” Watson, “OWWWWWWWWWWW I thought your hand was back to normal now since Sid operated on it?” Elijah, “Er I have a confession about that. Its a funny story really you know that night Sid fixed my hand?” Watson moans with pain. Watson, “Oh I don’t know I was thinking we could catch the bus.” Elijah, “Oh I never thought of that.” Watson rolls her eyes. Watson, “Now I’m not too sure here but have you ever heard of a thing called a ambulance? We could give that a go.” Ruby, “I have the chance to appear in a modelling fashion show.” Casey, “That’s great Rubes.” Ruby, “Only thing is I need to find someone to come as my modelling partner.” Casey, “Oh well that wont be me no way, Heath would you like to go and do some modelling with Ruby?” Heath is too busy barking with excitement to hear the question as he watches Indi walk over to them. Indi, “Aww my boyfriend is glad to see me.” Ruby, “Who do I take Cas?” Casey, “Errrrrrrrrrr MMMM………” Indi, “How about Charlie? She’s pretty.” Ruby, “Yeah Charlie, now to come to think of it she does look like a model.” Charlie, “Because I’m no model, no sorry modelling isn’t for me. Plus I don’t have anything sexy enough to wear do I Brax? Brax?” Ruby, “Where’s his gone did you see him go Case?” Casey, “Nope.” Charlie, “Oh my God his left me.” Brax then reappears in the doorway of the lounge holding up several mouth watering and some very revealing skimpy binkies and tops. Charlie, “Brax take my clothes back upstairs.” Ruby, “WOOOOOOO let’s have a fashion show, Charlie go on.” Charlie, “Go on with what?” Brax, “Model for us babe.” Casey, “OH YES GO ON PLEASE.” Brax and Ruby turn to glare at Casey. Ruby, “Hey behave that’s my Mother.” Brax, “Yeah behave that’s my……errrr…easily manipulated girlfriend there.” Charlie, “Hey.” Charlie places her hands on her hips as she swishes her long brown hair back. Just like most of the women did in those hair shampoo adverts on tv. Then very slowly she stretches one of her long legs out from behind the armchair. Miles, “Quiet little man don’t be so noi…………………” Miles chokes on his ice cream as he sees a very sexy and sweaty looking Charlie wearing her black bikini sitting in his armchair. Bam- Bam, “WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PRETTY.” Charlie blushes as she looks back at Brax, Casey, Ruby and now Miles as they all watch her in awe. Charlie, “You know what that was kind of fun I’m coming with you Rubes. Hey what do you think of the name as Esther Anderson for a modelling name does that sound sexy enough? I have always liked the name Esther for some reason. Dex, “Yes Roo would be very impressed.” Sid, “Roo and I are just good friends Dex. And the reason I’m trying to get a six pack has nothing to do with her.” Dex, “Then your not trying to get a well toned body like Heath then?” Sid, “No.” Dex, “Listen Dad it’s not your fault that Marilyn went all gaga over Heath just like the rest of us.” Just then Sid’s pager starts to beep. Dex, “WOW what is Dad? Has someone get mulled by a tiger or is it someone with their head stuck in a bucket? Or do they have coco coco pops stuck in their ears?” Or…………” Sid, “It just says emergency let’s go.” Dex, “Right you are Batman lead the way.” Sid sighs. Sid, “Ok boy wonder lets go.” Watson, “Oh didn’t you ask our good Lord to take your pain away?” Elijah, “Yes I did.” Watson, “And what did he say?” Elijah, “Nothing he was too busy laughing at me to listen.” Dex, “Hey Dad? Errr Dr Walker?” Sid, “Yes Nurse Walker?” Dex, “Why has Elijah got Marty hand? I just knew he was missing something.” Watson, “Marty who’s Marty?” Sid causally says like it is the most normal thing in the world. Sid, “Dex’s robot.” Everyone takes one look at Dex and quickly just accepts it as the most normal thing in the world for Dex to have. Indi, “Well of course it is. Who else would have a sign on their door saying genius at work.” Heath, “Well I guess its just me you two losers wait………” Marty, “STOP WHERE YOU ARE.” Heath just stares ahead not quite believing what he is seeing. Heath, “What the hell, Why is there a talking tin can in your brothers room?” Marty, “I AM NO TIN CAN I AM A HIGHLY INTELLIGENT DROID/ROBOT, SENT FROM THE FUTURE TO STOP THE INMPENDING DOOM OF THE HUMANS. PLUS I DO DOMETIC CHORES ROUND THE HOUSE AND SCHOOL HOMEWORK. Heath takes a step into the room. Marty, “STOP YOU ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO ENTER. ONLY THE ONE NAMED DEX THE GENIUS WALKER CAN ENTER. ALSO SOME GUY NAMED SID TO COLLECT DRITY LAUNDRY.

That was soooooooooooooooooooooooooo ACE !!!!! Bonus points of the Gilmores reference !!!!!!! LOOOOOOOVED it, especially ….. The thing is, Dex knows Ruby must be a mess. She’s lost her mum and that must be the worst thing ever. Dex doesn’t really speak to his mother anymore, but he knows what it’s like to miss her, and if he ever wants to he can call or email her and she’ll reply. If Ruby misses her mum, then what? Charlie has no way of replying, and that must hurt. “Ah,” Dallas muses, “The Saving People thing.” “What ‘Saving People’ thing?” “Me,” she rolls her eyes in that awesome self-deprecating way, “now Ruby. You have a compulsive need to help people.” Dex can’t do much; he averts his eyes, toeing his sneaker into the dirt. “It’s not a bad thing,” Dallas rushes on. “If it wasn’t for you then I wouldn’t be able to do this.” She gestures to the already packed boxes. “And it’s the reason you’re going to be a great nurse. Despite what your dad might say.” What he sees is much more than the mess he had built up in his head. Ruby is slumped against her headboard, cradling a bottle of vodka like it’s a small child, eyelids drooping closed. She perks up slightly when she notices Dex, dangling the bottle from sloppy fingers towards him - which Dex notices is under half full, and God, he’s hoping she didn’t drink all of it; maybe it was partially, or mostly all gone when Ruby became attached to the bottle? - but he can smell it on her breath when he unceremoniously yanks her hand and pricks her finger. Ruby is pouting at him now, clearly not happy with his lack of sympathy. Sure, he feels sorry for her. Her mum inelegantly getting shot and everything, but this - Ruby pretty much wasted, alone, in her caravan on a Thursday night - this is all self-inflicted, so he doesn’t really worry about being too harsh with her. She probably won’t remember it in the morning anyway. Dex tucks her into the cramped little caravan bed and gets the hell out of there as fast as he can because right now Ruby is cracking stupid jokes and giggling to herself, but her eyes are suspiciously watery and it looks like she might start crying at any second. “Well, I’m not dead,” Ruby replies, deadpan, head still in the fridge. “Thanks for caring.” Things only go downhill from there. Ruby pulls bottle after bottle from the small fridge, and Dex is mildly concerned that she has substituted all remnants of food for colourful alcopops. It’s vaguely like something out of Alice in Wonderland with these magical drinks having various effects on Ruby’s personality. Dex knows it’s not actually possible for the colour of the liquid to be dictating how Ruby acts, but all the same, the drunker she becomes, the messier it is. Brax. And Casey. I hate them. This is their fault! None of this wouldn’t be happening if it wasn’t for them! Charlie wouldn’t be dead if it wasn’t for them!” “Ruby, I’m sure Brax feels just as bad about this -“ Dex begins, but he doesn’t get to finish, because Ruby in all her built up anger, spins around rapidly, knocking a box off the small kitchen counter, sending pictures and small objects crashing to the floor. “Shut up!” Ruby demands. Her cheeks are wet, eyes wide and wild, and she actually reaches out and slaps him across the arm. “Ow!” “Just shut up! I don’t need you!” she yells. Ruby doesn’t seem to hear him. She just takes another sip, swallows hard, trying to stop the barrage of tears streaming down her cheeks. Dex can’t just sit back and do nothing. By not walking out when Ruby gave him the chance, Dex basically signed a contract to helping Ruby deal with this. To ride out her waves of grief and loneliness, and not run away when things got awkward or emotional. At home, when Indi or Sasha get upset they usually lock themselves in their bedrooms so Dex doesn’t have to see them cry. It’s a preservation thing on their part, and a small consideration to remove all embarrassment when it passes and Dex has seen them with snot running down their faces. But Ruby is so far gone that she doesn’t care, and she can’t stop now even if she wanted to. Ruby is smiling up at him, all broad faced and young, with Charlie beside her, doing the same. They are both so full of life, and Dex sees the resemblance between them. It’s in their smile, so unlike the Ruby in a crumbled heap beside him right now. She’s pulled up her knees to her chest, head buried into her body and Dex reaches out and tugs her close. At first she seems to struggle, doesn’t want to be touched, but then she seems to give up, leaning heavily into Dex, her body wracking with sobs as he hugs her and rubs small circles into her back, the way his mum used to when he’d wake up in the middle of the night after having a nightmare about creepy aliens or getting lost at the supermarket and not being able to find his way home. “Do you know what happens when you let people in, Dex?” Ruby says slowly, obviously trying to curb the slur that’s becoming evident as her eyelids become heavier. “You let people in and they just trample over everything - they come in - let themselves in, or you let them in, either way - and then they’re in and you can’t make them leave, even if you want to. But then they do, Dex. They leave or they die and you can’t get them back. And it’s not like you can just fix it, you can’t fix it, because there’s this hole, where they were, and where they fit, and you can’t fix it. And it just hurts.” Ruby’s not crying, she’s sombre and quiet and talking rapidly, tripping over her words and Dex has to concentrate really hard in order to keep up, which is not something he normally needs to be concerned about. But here he is, sitting on Ruby’s bed, her beside him, flat on her back, staring at the ceiling, pouring out her soul to him in some drunken haze of candidness and it’s oddly intimate. Dex is worried about ruining it. About saying the wrong thing and Ruby clamming up again and shutting people out, and thinking she has to get through this on her own, which she doesn’t. He needs to make sure she understands that. She’s got her amber liquid courage in her hand, occasionally bringing it up to her lips to sip at it as she shuts her eyes and twirls around. Her hair bounces and flies around her face, and Dex watches as Ruby’s face begins to relax. The hard, deep worry lines beginning to ease, or at least lessen, as she moves from one foot to the other, spinning on the spot. “No, no no no,” Dex protests, trying to yank his hands out of her grasp, except Ruby doesn’t let go and tumbles down, and into Dex’s lap. It happens so fast that Dex doesn’t even register that he has Ruby, sitting on top of him, actually in his lap, until Ruby is whispering close to his ear, “You want to help me, don’t you?” Then she’s leaning in and kissing him. Dex doesn’t know what to do. He literally doesn’t react. Well, he sort of does react, by kissing Ruby back. Feeling her lips pressed to his, moving in time, together, and Ruby is grabbing at the back of Dex’s neck, pushing them closer together, deepening the kiss. Dex’s mind is spinning; probably more than Ruby’s at this stage, as Ruby skirts her tongue along his bottom lip. He doesn’t know what to do with his hands, which have somehow found their way to Ruby’s hips, sort of stroking at her sides, before Ruby removes her hands from his face and placing them over his. “It’s okay,” she says, low and hoarse as she pulls back for a moment. This time Dex kisses Ruby. With his hands firmly on her body he searches her mouth out, kisses her lips and waits for her to open. Sliding in his tongue Dex tastes the alcohol and sweetness of what she’s been drinking. It’s on her breath and in her skin as he sucks in a deep breath through his nose as Ruby shifts in his lap. Dex lets out an involuntary groan as she presses down into him, and Dex starts to feel himself harden under her. He’s single, she’s single, this doesn’t need to be an issue. She knows he’s never done more than make out, and that doesn’t seem to be a problem. So why then, is every brain cell in Dex’s head screaming, “Stop! Stop! Stop!” But at this stage, Dex is thinking less with his head, and more with another part of his anatomy. Ruby turns, facing Dex, and she reaches up and starts kissing him again. Her hands are trailing away from just his face and neck and beginning to explore his front as well. Even through his t-shirt it feels amazing, the heat from her fingers rippling through Dex’s chest, playing with the material - bundling it into her hands and pulling on it tight, dragging Dex closer to her, before releasing. He’s flush against her, the backs of Ruby’s knees hitting the end of the bed while she tugs at the hem of his shirt. She pulls away for a moment. “Lose the shirt,” she whispers, and Dex startles slightly at the request. Even when he was with April they never really did more than some over the shirt groping. He certainly never got undressed in front of her, because up until the point at which they broke up, their relationship wasn’t about the physical stuff. Dex knows he doesn’t look like Romeo or Xavier or Casey, the guys who surf and work out all the time and have actual muscles that girls find attractive. His hesitation must be obvious because Ruby says, “It’s okay,” in this reassuring way and she helps him lift the material up to his chest before tugging it over his head, so now he’s standing in front of her in nothing but his jeans and shoes. Dex sucks in a breath, hopes she can’t tell that he had a fourth helping of pizza last night for dinner, but she just smiles and leans in, pressing a kiss right over where his heart would be. It beats faster, harder - if that were possible - as their mouths meet again, finding an easy rhythm before Ruby is pulling her own top off, her black bra very very visible to Dex. And this is it, Dex thinks. Dex, who was sure he was going to be the re-incarnate of the 40-year-old virgin is actually going to have sex. In a caravan. With Ruby. Who is his friend. And mourning her dead mother. And been ingesting alcohol for the better part of the day. And if that isn’t the definition of ‘boner-killer’ then Dex doesn’t know what it is. He pulls back, their lips parting with a loud pop! Ruby blinks at him once. “What’s wrong?” she asks. “I can’t,” Dex replies. “Why?” “You’re a friend, and going through something really horrible, but mostly because you are very, very drunk,” Dex replies emphatically. He beings to climb off her, sitting on the edge of the bed with at least 30 centimetres between them, because Ruby is still in just a bra and her skirt and Dex isn’t wearing a shirt, and since they are no longer making out this has become really awkward, really fast. Ruby’s face falls, but her eyes are still dark, glazed over, searching Dex’s for something ... Dex doesn’t know what. “You don’t want me?” Ruby says in a whisper. “You don’t want me. No one wants me. Charlie left me, Dex. She left me and I can’t bring her back, and now you don’t want me.” “No, Ruby, it’s not like that,” Dex replies quickly, already trying to repair the damage he’s caused. He shouldn’t have let it get to this point; half-hard and lying on top of her in the dark, because now he has some serious backtracking to do. “I just think this would be a mistake.” “You think I’m a mistake?” she asks shakily, voice cracking as she slides up the bed to the headboard, tugging the blanket with her. “No, no no no. I just think -” Dex doesn’t know how he’s going to explain, particularly when Ruby is still very tipsy. “You’re my friend, and sex right now, with you, would be a bad idea. I don’t want to ruin our friendship.” Ruby rolls her eyes at him and scoffs. “How original. Let’s not ruin our friendship, like I haven’t heard that before.” “But I mean it, Rubes.” Dex sighs. He’s never had to reveal this much of himself before, let alone to Ruby - he never got to say this to April, but he hopes it was implied, even though for a while she thought he lost his virginity to Dallas. “Maybe it’s naive of me, but shouldn’t sex mean something? Shouldn’t it be between two people who actually love each other and want to be together? Not two friends who don’t have anything else to do. I want to help you in any way I can, Ruby - it’s some sort of weird complex - but not like that. I’m sorry.” Finally, Ruby steps back from the sink, spent, and Dex guides her back to bed. He barely notices that neither of them are not fully dressed, but that seems irrelevant right now. He tucks her in and offers her an aspirin he finds in the small cupboard under the sink. “I guess Dallas was right about the Saving People Complex,” Dex sighs. Gently, Dex brushes a stray piece of hair away from Ruby’s face and backs away from the bed. Before he leaves, Dex picks up his shirt, slipping it back over his head and placing the cardboard box back on the kitchen counter so Ruby won’t trip over it in the morning. Walking home it occurs to Dex that he almost lost his virginity. In all the alcohol-induced craziness, it actually nearly happened, and not at all in the way had he thought it would. He’s glad he didn’t go through with it, because those consequences would have been exponentially more severe than anything Ruby is going to experience when she wakes, but at the same time, he feels the disappointment, there’s a bitter taste in his mouth that only a long Gilmore Girls marathon is going to fix.

Two REALLY ACE updates !!!!! LOOOOOOOVED it, especially ….. Has her eyes fluttered open Charlie shifted at the sound coming from the opposite side of her bedroom door. Closing her eyes tightly she tries to capture the dream that had just escaped her, in which her and Brax lay peacefully entwined in each other's arms. In her sleep she had felt safe, being with him holding him, but her eyes quickly flung open as she tried to shake the image of Grant that had now invaded her mind reminding her of the happiness she had once lost and that which she was to lose again. Looking down at herself she lay in the same fetal Position she had drifted off in the night before. Looking down at her hands that were still clung tightly towards her chest, there laid her phone with a new message from Brax *Hy babe, hope you're felling better will come see you later this afternoon x* The message brought tears to her eyes as it sat comfortably on the screen, if only he knew he wouldn't get the chance to see her, to say bye to her, but she couldn't stay, seeing him would only make it harder for her to leave and she had to, she needed to get away from that monster. Bringing her back to life Charlie looked up as her mother entered her room. "Hy", Elise sent her a warm but weary smile, "How you feeling this morning?" Elise needed to know that moving away was what her daughter wanted. They had made too many unchangeable mistakes; she didn't want this to be something else they would live to regret. Knowing the real meaning behind her mother's question, Charlie sat up on her bed. "Hy, how you feeling?" Bianca knew that what she had asked was a stupid question. None of the three girls needed to be told that the girl before them was far from fine or ok, but what else could she have said "No it's not that", she could feel the palms of her hands sweating as her heart began pounding dangerously against her chest, but she knew she had to tell them, she was desperate to get the consuming weight of her past and secrets of her shoulders. "We were together for about four months but hadn't slept together, I wanted to be sure I was ready and he didn't seem to mind" the girls stared profoundly at her eagerly but almost afraid to hear the rest of her story. Feeling a lump form in her throat as that night played back in her mind, Charlie took a deep breath in trying to get rid of it as she continued "W... we went to a party one night and I wasn't feeling too well, so I went and laid down in one of the rooms", her tears had now turned to waterfalls as they ran down her face. Taking another deep breath she felt Martha's grip on her hand tighten. "After a while G...Grant came in to join me. He was so sympathetic and sweet to start off with but then he started kissing my neck" This time Charlie tightened her grip on Martha's hand looking for the courage to carry on. As she felt Leah's hand on her shoulder she proceeded "I... I told him n...no, that's when he flipped, it was like he was a totally different person". Charlie noticed that all three girls' eyes were now glazed over with tears; they knew what was coming just as much as she did. But she looked away; she couldn't see them like that especially not when the tears were for her "He p... pushed me up against the bed, I begged him to stop b... it was like he was no longer himself. At my attempt to scream he put his hand over my mouth as he smiled down at me, I told him to stop, I did... but he... he just wouldn't". By now Charlie could hear the almost silent cries of her friends. "I felt paralysed, like I was looking down at what was happening to me, I told him no, I promise I did" without warning her legs gave way as she tumbled down onto the sand. Bianca, Leah and Martha quickly followed suit as they dropped besides her trying to stable her, but unsure of what to do. All three girls had let their tears begin to fall freely knowing what was coming, the words she was about to say. Looking up at them Charlie finished off with the little strength she could muster "He... he ra... raped me, he raped me", Charlie tears filled the rough morning wind like lightening, the waves crashed harshly almost as if they could feel her pain, as the wind hit against her cheeks like knives. "I said no, I promise I told him to stop" Almost as if communicating with each other mentally all three girls wrapped their arms around Charlie as they let their own tears fall brutally against the sand at the sound of Charlie's pain. "Charlie we are so sorry", Bianca spoke as she wiped away the tears on Charlie's face "You said it happened nearly five years ago?" Martha asked wearily, but somehow working out what her friend was trying to ask Charlie decided to tell them the rest of her story "Yh it was nearly five years ago, but I dint report it until I found out I was pregnant, but by then it was too late" Leah and Bianca let out a gasp as their hands flew to their mouths "You... you was pregnant", asked Bianca trying to grasp what Charlie had just revealed to them, Charlie nodded slowly before turning to Martha at the sound of her voice "Oh my Gd she's yours isn't she?" Martha knew she was right, their uncanning resemblance and all their almost scary similarities, she had to be right. Charlie nodded in response knowing that Martha was talking about Ruby "Yh she is", Leah and Bianca watched on unsure of what or who Martha were talking about. "Who is yours?" Asked Bianca, Looking over at Bianca and Leah Charlie replied "Ruby", at this both girls let out an even bigger gasp as a knowing look sat upon Martha's face "Ruby is your daughter? Leah wasn't sure if she had heard correctly "Yh ruby is my daughter", a small smile broke out on Charlie face as she thought of Ruby, the only good thing to have come out of all her pain. "But... but", Bianca struggled for the right words, knowing what her friend was struggling to ask Charlie responded "When I had Ruby, I wasn't coping well, actually I wasn't coping at all, so when mum and dad offered to take full responsibility of her I thought it was the right thing to do, not for me but for Ruby. She deserved better than a mother like me and father like..." she came to a pause unable to continue. The thought of Grant being connected to her beautiful innocent daughter in any way made her stomach churn. All her friends sat before her trying to take inall Charlie had just told them. "You guys have to promise me you won't tell a soul aboutany of what I told you today, not even Jack or Miles and Brax especially Brax" All three girls responded at the same time "We promise" "I don't wants to go, I wants to stay here", Ruby cried as her mother loaded the car with the last of the things they were taking along with them "Ruby we have to ok" "No, I no go" Ruby ran over to Charlie hiding behind her legs "Lottie tell mummy we no go" Ruby let a tear roll down her cheeks. Bending down to her level Charlie pulled Ruby close to her "Dad got a new job so we have to go so we can be with him. I know, how about you come in my car with me?" Ruby looked up as Charlie wiped her tear from her cheek "But I no get to see Casey no mores and Bwax and Eat" "I'm sure we will come back one day and you will get to see them again", Ruby pondered it for a while "Lottie pwomise", Ruby held her pinkie finger up "Yh I promise", Charlie wrapped her pinkie finger around Ruby's as she pulled her in for a hug. "Ready to go?" Elise approached the girls, Ruby nodded her head "Yh but I go with Lottie" "Are you sure?" Elise looked over at Charlie "Yh" Charlie put Ruby car seat in her car strapping her in as she closed the door "Ok now drive safe" "Mum we'll be fine we're gonna be right behind you" Elsie smiled at her daughter as she made her way towards her car. Standing still for a moment, Charlie took in the beauty and the fresh air of Summer Bay, remembering all the wonderful memories she had made there and how big a difference it had made in her life, walking up to her front door she placed the envelope down hoping Brax would find it. Now sitting in her car she took a deep breath as she started the engine, this is it she thought, this was finally it. "Lottie music pwease" Charlie laughed at Ruby before turning the radio on and Drove out of Summer Bay. Looking at the summer Bay sign that now read 'thank you for coming to Summer Bay' Charlie wiped her tear away, she was the one that should have been saying thank you, this placed had returned laughter and happiness into her life. It had had taken the darkness in her life and shone light upon it, it had given her unbreakable friendships but most of all it had given her love, the kind of love many people were never blessed enough to have experienced and for that she was thankful. But her past had once again taken away her happiness and brought back the shallow darkness she had worked so hard to escape, and for this she would never forgive Grant. He had managed to take her away from the one thing that gave her back her life 'BRAX'. Looking down at her wrist, she admired the Bracelet that Brax had given her, reading the words on the pendant she smiled grievously to herself hoping that one day even if just for a slit second she would get to see his beautiful face once again. ... Knowing Brax wouldn't have yet finished work; Ross made his way over to the Braxton's house before leaving Summer Bay. He parked outside the front knowing that this may very well Break Brax, but hoped he would somehow find the strength to move on. Unsure of how it had happened or when, Ross now saw the three Braxton boys as family, he cared for them, worried about them and prayed for the best for them. He had found sons in all three boys, but now he had to leave, Charlie was his number one priority and for her he had to do this. He walked to the front door placing both envelopes in front of the door before making his way back to his car. He hoped Brax would do as the letter instructed and would find solace in knowing that if either he or Elise had another choice they wouldn't be leaving. Sat back in his car Ross started the engine as he too made his way to the city saying goodbye to summer bay. Ten years later Sighing lightly as she hung up the phone, she began rethinking the decision she was making. Was she right in going back, Could she face all the questions that she had left unanswered to so many people. What was she to say, how was she supposed to explain the blackness that had left her life for a season only to return unannounced sending her down that same lonely path that she had once departed from? There was no denying that even as the years had slowly but surely passed she had failed to fill the void that she had created by her actions, she had caused her own heart to break when she ran. Losing herself in her thoughts she wondered, was she such a coward that she couldn't have mustered up the courage to fight instead of fleeing or was it truly the fear that she had carried around since she met him, the fear of seeing another emotion other than love in the eyes of the person she had fallen so deeply in love with. She was sure her breath would have forever escaped her if she saw anger or disgust in his eyes and surly that would have been the result had he found out... wouldn't it? She kept him in the dark out of fear of him leaving her but this same fear still managed to take her away from him. "You ready?" a smile broke out on her face as she looked up at the beautiful girl that stood before her, "Come on we should have left time ago", the young girl ushered her to her feet "Someone's keen" she laughed at the young girl's eagerness "I know, now come on", the young girl pulled her along as they made their way out of the house, and back to the place that had once brought them both happiness. "Thank you" Unsure of what the young girl was referring to she took a quick but confused glance in her direction "For what?" she asked "For keeping your promise" the young girl replied. Still confused as to what exactly it was they were talking about, she raised her eyebrow... "What promise?" "When we left you promised me that we would come back one day... so thank you for keeping your promise", the young girl smiled over at her "You remember? I mean you were only little", Smiling over at her almost cunningly the young girl spoke "There are a lot of things I remember". Smiling at one another both girls sealed their lips letting the silence once again consume the car as they let their thoughts take them captive. 'There it is' she thought as they drove passed the familiar sign 'Welcome to Summer Bay'. Remembering the last time she had drove past that same spot and how different it was to that moment. She had left with regret, fear but most importantly she had left heartbroken, she had broken her own heart when she bid this place farewell and yet here she was, she had once again come face to face with the place that had taught her how to live, how to laugh and how to love. She may have left in fear but she wasn't to return in such form. She had long ago taken control of her life, defeating her fears and conquered that same darkness that had followed her like a shadow. No longer was she willing to let the demons of her past play puppet masters with her life, she needed to conquer them once and for all, so now she was running back in hope of regaining that happiness, joy, laughter and maybe even love that she had left behind. Making a detour, she parked the car as both girls made their way towards the beach; she hungered to feel the familiar sand between her toes hoping they would welcome her back openly. As her feet hit the softness of the sand, she sighed with gladness, there it was, that feeling, how she had missed this. Looking down at the blue crystal ocean as it sparkled against the hot sand, she smiled uncontrollably as her gaze feel upon that same spot that had not only changed her life but had resided in her mind, the memory was as clear as her present being. She automatically closed her eyes replying that beautiful night in her mind, she had met the ocean with sorrow that evening but then he came and turned that all around. His touch, his presence, their first kiss, they took her sorrow away and turned them into a distant memory and everyday with him felt like a beautiful dream. How she longed to relive that dream, that night, she would gladly take back the sorrow and the pain she felt that night if it meant she could have him come to her side and be with her. Letting the coolness of the water hit her feet as she edged closer to the ocean, she found herself wondering how she had managed to stay away for so long, she longed to allow the beauty and the familiarity of the ocean cascade down her body allowing her to relish in the memories that resided within them. Taking a step back she glance over at the young girl that was now stood beside her, she too seemed mesmerised by the crystal blue ocean. Her big brown eyes lit up as the water greeted her, running towards her feet. "I never want to leave this place", the young girl spoke but her eyes remained on the ocean before her "Neither do I", she smiled as they both settled themselves down onto the sand unable to tear themselves away. she was happy that the young girl was just as happy to be there as she was, but there was that one thing that worried her. But once again she shook away the feeling, he was gone she just hoped he would stay gone, for the both of them. Reaching the front door of the house she had been directed to she took a deep breath as she raised her hand to the door *knock knock* She lightly hit her hand against the door as her excitement began to overtake her, somewhat taken aback as the door swung open instantly, she giggled to herself as she was met by three eager faces. "Charlie, Ruby", all three faces leapt forward pulling them into a warm and much missed embrace

REALLY enjoyed that, especially ….. “Look, she has these little spots on her nose.” Bianca said. Charlie looked at Isabella one again and this time, she did noticed the little spots. “It’s probably just milk spots.” Charlie said as she looked back up at Bianca. “I don’t think you need to be orried.” “Are you really sure?” “Well that’s what it looks like.” Charlie answered. “But it wouldn’t hurt to go check it out if it would make you feel better.” “She has cried a lot.” Bianca answered. “She cries, eats, sleeps, poops and cries some more. It’s all she does.” Charlie laughed lightly. “Well she is only 3 days old.” Charlie answered. “It’s all she can do.” “I was running and I fell.” Jacob said as Charlie wiped the tears from his face. “And it hurt and I wanted you.” “He wouldn’t stop crying and shouting for you.” Brax said. “We were outside the diner after we had our lunch and were going back down to the beach when he fell. People were looking. It was embarrassing that I couldn’t comfort him so I just brought him home.” Charlie nodded lightly at Brax before she lifted her son onto the kitchen worktop and reached into the cupboard for the first-aid kid and took out a sanitized wipe. “Ouch it’s nippy.” Jacob squealed as he moved his knees away. Brax stood awkwardly at the door, trying not to look at Isabella, and Charlie had seemed to notice this. “You want her to be your child but you can’t even look at her?” Charlie questioned. “I just -” “I don’t want to talk to him.” Charlie shook her head. “Well you don’t need too.” Brax said. “Just let me do the talking. All you have to do is listen.” Charlie exhaled lightly as she looked from Bianca to Brax then down to Jacob, who was sitting making silly faces as Isabella lay in his arms. “I’ll give you five minutes.” “I just....I know what it’s like to not have a father around.” Brax sighed. “I want to be her Dad so she doesn’t have to feel that. It’s horrible Charlie.” Brax paused expecting Charlie to talk but she just continued to stare blankly at him. “And if I need to be honest...being around Jacob and the girls...it would have been nice to think that one day we could have more children.” “Well that’s never going to happen for us.” Charlie spoke coldly. “If you want more children then we can’t be together. As you said this morning, it’s something I can’t ever give you.” “I know and I thought I was okay with that until Bianca said she was pregnant and that I might be the Dad. It got me thinking how cute and great babies are and I....” “Funny you say that.” Charlie said. “You’ve not been here much for the girls thus far. You struggled to adjust to them being here then when you finally start to look promising you turn into an alcoholic and need to be shipped off to rehab, then when you get back, you spend days and days at a time away from them. You don’t even seem interested in them half the time, so why you want another one is beyond me.” “Charlie of course I’m interested. I love those little girls more than anything.” “Feeling love for them and being a good father to them are two totally different things.” “And you’re great with Jacob, but I feel I’ve done most of the work with the girls and between that and everything else that’s gone on, it’s not given me time to grieve properly and -” “Grieve for what?” Brax questioned. “The hysterectomy.” Charlie raised her voice. “I don’t have the time to think about myself because I’m always busy with Jacob and the girls.” “Charlie, I’m sorry.” Brax said as he tried to pull her into a hug but Charlie took a step back and shook her hands out in front of her. “Talk to me now.” “No.” Charlie shouted. “Why would I talk to you about it now? You’ve just told me you want more children. How can I possibly talk to you now about it when you’ve just admitted you want more? Something I can never give you.” “No, but Bianca might have just given me another child and then that’s enough.” Charlie laughed in disbelief at what Brax was saying to her. “Look Charlie, I don’t understand what you want me to say. I’m not going to apologise for wanting Isabella to be my daughter.” “I guess I’ll never understand.” Charlie shook her head. “I tried to tell you.” Brax sighed. “I don’t want that little girl growing up without a father. It’s not fair and no-one should ever have to do it. I hate my Dad for leaving us...what it did to us....I don’t want that for Bianca and I told myself I would never turn my back on my kids....I wouldn’t be like my Dad.” “Funny that.” Charlie said. “The one thing you didn’t want to be....you’ve started to turn into. You got drunk and hurt me, you’ve been to rehab, and you’re only a parent when you want to be...from what you’ve told me, you’re exactly like your father.” Charlie spat before she turned around and began quickly walking away from Brax.

LOOOOOOVED that, especially ….. The WHOLE clash tween Charlie & Brax !!!! Paige giggled as Charlie blew raspberries on her stomach. Charlie smiled lightly as she looked at her daughter, her big blue eyes staring intently at her mother, her mouth open slightly, like she was waiting on her to do it again. Charlie did it again as Paige giggled in excitement. Riley let out a gurgle as she crawled across the floor and pulled herself up on the couch. “Aww who’s a clever baby.” Charlie cooed as she lifted Riley up on her knee, before looking back down to Paige who was still lying on the couch. As she held Riley on her knee, and placed one hand onto Paige’s stomach, she couldn’t help but feel a little sad that her girls were growing up so fast. Although Brax had told her that she still had so much to look forward to with the girls, she was still finding it difficult to accept that she’d never be able to have more children, and Brax had just hurt her deeply by telling her that he wanted Isabella to be his. She exhaled lightly as she placed a kiss on Riley’s head, before stoking her hand through her very slight hair that had just started growing in. Although like Paige, she had brown hair too, hers was a fair bit lighter that her sisters. “Oh girls...Mummy loves you so much, she really does...but after I had you....I....” Charlie exhaled lightly as she looked down to Paige who was giving her a big gummy smile. She hated herself for feeling like she did. Deep down she knew it wasn’t the babies fault that she had to have a hysterectomy, but she’d came to the conclusion that if she hadn’t had the twins, she wouldn’t have had a hysterectomy. She still felt so empty, and didn’t know how to stop feeling like she did, and worse still, she never showed it. She couldn’t. She needed to be strong for Jacob and the girls, especially with everything else that had went on since their birth. “How long have they been crawling?” “Eh...Riley for about 7 weeks and Paige about 5.” Charlie answered as she looked to her girls who were sitting by her feet with big grins on their faces. “Come in.” Charlie said as she took the suitcase from Bianca, before she walked in, pushing the pram into the house and setting it to a stop behind the couch. Charlie closed the door and walked back over to the couch, with the girls once again setting off to crawl, as they followed their mother, giggling lightly, enjoying the game. Charlie shook her head as Paige pulled herself to standing and placed her hands on her mother’s knees. Charlie smiled at her daughter as she lifted her onto her knee. “Just being there and holding your new baby...” Charlie trailed off. “I can’t get over this hysterectomy, Bianca.” Charlie shook her head. “I’m just so empty and hurt...I love Jacob and the girls so much, but knowing that these two are my last little ones, that Jacob is going to be my only son...” Charlie trailed off as she felt herself welling up with tears. “I...” Charlie shook her head and avoided Bianca’s advice. “Do you want Isabella to be his?” “I eh....” Bianca pursed her lips together. “I’d love to know who Isabella’s father is, but it being Brax would just muck up so much...you and Brax’s relationship, mines and yours, it would make things harder for your kids and I guess Bella too. So, no.” Bianca shook her head. “I really hope she isn’t Brax’s.” “Bella.” Charlie smiled. “That’s very fitting, you know, you being half Italian....Bella...beautiful....she is Bella.”

That was ACE !!!!!!, especially ….. Summer Bay had seen its fair share of drama and heartache but it had also seen happiness even it if was at times fleeting and for one Summer Bay resident. She had just got the news that was destined to change her life. Bianca looked at the sink where she had just dropped the pregnancy test. Positive She never in a million years thought she would end up pregnant and to a river boy of all people! It had been over 2 weeks since she and Heath slept together again, she didn’t even think about the consequences, just that she had wanted him in her arms. She did in a way regret it, she was tied to him but as her hands fluttered to her stomach, she smiled. Now that she knew that she was carrying a baby, she wanted it more than anything despite the fact that Heath was the father. ‘To the conference, the medical conference in Paris!’ ‘Oh wow!’ April beamed and started talking about what she was going to do, when she was going to fly and the itinerary of the conference. Bianca managed to nod in all the right places as to not draw attention to the battle she had in her head as to whether or not she told Heath, and if she did tell Heath, when would she do it? ‘I was just saying, we should go to Angelo’s to celebrate, but you are obviously busy?’ she said framing it as a question. ‘Of course, we should’ Bianca enthused whilst her stomach was turning inwardly at the thought of it, how was she supposed to not drink alcohol? What’s more, how was she supposed to hide from Heath? His brother owned Angelo’s. ‘Great, I need to go and tell Ruby and Xavier, say 8 at Angelo’s?’ ‘I will meet you there’ she responded smiling at her and watched as April went to the stairs and practically ran up. ‘Since you spoke to Ruby?’ ‘Since she left’ he said with a forlorn expression. ‘Seriously?’ he asked with disbelief Casey nodded ‘We agreed a clean break so no contact at all’ Xavier didn’t even wait for Casey to respond, he just left him stood there to think. He watched the waves crashing against each other. He thought of Ruby in her bikini, and how much he just wanted to see her. ‘I like April’ Casey looked at him. ‘You do realise she’s with Xavier’ ‘I know but I don’t intend on getting together with her, just getting to know her’ Casey gave him a look which translated into I don’t believe you and he stood up. ‘Talk to her, but remember she’s in a relationship’ ‘Got it’ he said as Casey walked away to brood on whether or not he should call Ruby or not. He wasn’t sure, it was not an easy decision to make. They had decided to stop so was talking to her going to make it any easier? Probably not.

2 REALLY ACE updates !!!!!!! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY LOOOOOOOOVED that, especially ...... Indi gave a shy smile.“They were a bit, yeah.” “Were?”Romeo repeated. “Well, things kind of got derailed by your near death experience and since then we’ve been getting on fine but…let’s just say there hasn’t been any more lip action.” Romeo gave her a sympathetic face.“Anything I can do to help?” “Lock me in a room with him for a couple of hours?”She saw Romeo looking thoughtful.“That was a joke!” “Yeah, I know, but…I’ve been planning a surprise for Ruby.” Indi was confused by the sudden change of subject.“So?” “So…maybe it can be a surprise for Xavier as well.” Matilda linked her arm around his.“I’ve missed this,”she said quietly,“You’re not just my husband, you’re my oldest friend. Not being able to talk to you feels wrong.” Ric kissed her on the side of the head.“Yeah.I’ve missed you too.” “Let’s make sure next time we have a problem, we deal with it together.” “Oh, so who lives here then?” Romeo held up a bunch of keys. Xavier’s eyes slowly widened in understanding.“No way.” Romeo led the way up the stairs to the top flat.“I figured Ruby and I needed somewhere to live once we get married so I’ve been in touch with an agent.Rent isn’t bad, my shifts at the garage and our student loans should just about cover it.” “Does Ruby know?” “Nope.I’m planning to surprise her.”Romeo pushed the door open and ushered Xavier in. Indi was standing in the middle of the front room.“Surprise,”she told Xavier nervously. “I’ll just go and get Ruby now.”Romeo glanced at Indi.“I’ll be about half an hour.”He closed the door, leaving the two of them alone. Indi looked at Xavier awkwardly.“I think we kind of need to talk.” Indi took a deep breath.“I’m sorry I pushed you away after Jane died.” “Well, I’m sorry I let you.” “So much changed in such a short space of time and we were both hurting badly.I thought it would make things easier if I didn’t have to deal with you.” “Look, I was the one that moved out.I should have made more of an effort.” Indi shook his head.“I wouldn’t have let you.I think I needed to lose you to realise that that’s not really what I want. And I really love you.” “I really love you too.”Xavier paused.“Do we need to talk some more or do you want to get back to..?” “Hell, yeah.”They began kissing even more enthusiastically and toppled off the couch Ruby got a brief glimpse of an open door and the tangle of discarded clothes and naked bodies beyond it as Romeo removed his hands from her eyes before he slammed the door shut again.“Was that the surprise?”she asked. “Just think of it as a temporary delay.”Romeo banged on the door.“If you two could tell us when you’re done…” “Yep, just give us a few seconds!”called back a voice that Ruby recognised as Xavier’s. Romeo and Ruby stood fidgeting at the top of the stairs for another minute until Xavier and Indi emerged, still pulling on the last of their clothes, looking incredibly embarrassed and incredibly happy at the same time.“Hey, Rube,”Indi greeted her as they walked past. “Thanks for letting us use your flat,”Xavier added. Ruby stared after them openmouthed for a few seconds before turning back to Romeo.“Did he say…our flat?” Romeo gestured through the doorway as impressively as he could manage.“Surprise.” “About the fact that…we just had sex and…we weren’t even careful. And given what you said last time we tried that…” Indi held his hands tightly but let their arms swing loose.“I don’t think either of us is going to forget Jane,”she said at last,“But I want to have another baby one day and I want you to be the father.” Ruby was running around the flat like a kid in a sweet shop, looking in every cupboard and corner. “Is this really ours?” “You like it then?” “I really like it,”Ruby agreed,“It reminds me of when we had our own place in Perth.Except we didn’t have Julia then.” Romeo gestured to one of the doors.“Baby’s bedroom is just through there.” “Can we afford this?” “Yeah, I think so.So long as you cut down on the nail treatments.” Ruby hit him on the arm.“I do not go overboard on nail treatments.”She hugged him.“I love it and I love you.”She gave him a lingering kiss on the lips. “And you’re not too bothered about the fact that Xavier and Indi just, well, christened it?” Ruby kissed him again, even more intensely this time.“I guess we’ll just have to do a lot of christening ourselves,”she replied as she led him towards the bedroom. -

"Rubes stop it!" Ruby walked up to Dex and started to cry. "I'm not ready! Are you?" Dex sighed. "Maybe not! wait a minute....If your pregnant....It might be Casey's..." "Not possible!" "Miss Buckton." Ruby walked in and layed down on the bed and had gel put on her belly. "Wow! Miss Buckton... Your having twins!" Ruby smiled and looked at Dex. "There's going to bed two babies!" Dex nodded. -
BIIIIIIIG catch up for me …..THREE chapters !!! All of them TOTALLY ace, especially ...... She and Xavier were now back in the bay spending some time with Charlie, Brax and the kids, and also, Gina and John. After ending things Matt, he and Ruby had decided to remain friends, and Matt had recently began seeing a soap actress, and although things weren’t getting serious yet, Ruby was just glad that he had seemed to have moved on from her. “So Rubes, I’ve been thinking.” Xavier said as he poured himself some orange juice. “Oh yeah, what about?” Ruby questioned. “About you leaving the band.” Xavier said. “I don’t think you should.” “Xav -” “Rubes, you love singing and this career.” Xavier exhaled. “And I don’t want to stand in the way of that.” “You’re not.” Ruby shook her head. “This was my choice.” “Please just tell me you will think about it and not make a decision to soon.” “Okay.” Ruby sighed lightly. If she was going to be honest, she was having second thoughts about leaving the band anyways. “We can talk more about it later.” “Why Mummy no work?” Jacob asked. “Yeah, Mum, you were supposed to be going back when the twins were 6 months. They’re like 10 and a half months now.” “I just didn’t feel ready to go back.” Charlie answered. “But work are fine with it. They said there will still be a job for me when I decide to go back.” “Lucky you.” Ruby sighed. “Oh I no Mummy.” Jacob grinned. “We go surfing. I getting good Xava. Daddy been showing me on my boogie board.” “Yeah, I’d love to take you surfing mate.” “So can we Mummy?” Jacob questioned. “And Ruby and you and them girls can lay in the sun.” “Oi, Ruby can surf.” Ruby said. and the door swung open and a very heavily pregnant Bianca waddled into the diner and struggled to get the door shut again. Charlie bit her lip before she got up and walked over to the door, helping her get it shut. “Bianca.” Leah said as she walked over her two friends. “What are you doing out in this.” Bianca’s breathing was raspy as she took off her raincoat. “I was....I’m so sick of being pregnant....they said walks....long walks can start labour...I tried everything else....” Bianca was now 8 days overdue, and had been trying to induce labour. She took a deep breath as she felt a sharp pain in her lower stomach. She doubled over as she clutched onto her stomach. “Oh my God Bianca, are you in labour now?” Charlie questioned. “I need a doctor or nurse or...” Bianca trailed off as she breathed though a contraction. “Bianca look at me.” Charlie said as she kept eye contact with her. “We can’t get in touch with anyone right now because of the storm. Okay, so me and Leah are here and we’re not going anywhere.” “But you two aren’t doctors.” Bianca shook her head. “No, but we have 5 kids between us.” Leah said as she knelt down next to Bianca and lightly stroked her forehead. “We know what we are doing.....or well, this one more than me.” Leah said as she looked to Charlie. she came back into the room to find Bianca already pushing and Charlie there ready to pull the baby out. She paused for a minute as she watched her two estranged friends. Although she knew it was hard for both Charlie and Bianca, it was also hard for her, with her two closest friends no longer talking. She only hoped that this experience could bring the quarrelling friends back together, but of course she knew if the baby Bianca was about to give birth to was indeed Brax’s, there’d be no chance of that happening. The baby that was 8 days late, but when it was finally ready to come into the world, it came in fast. Charlie looked on at Bianca and the baby, the baby that was possibly her sort of step child and didn’t know how to feel. The baby she’s just helped bring into his world, might well be about to rip her family and happiness apart. Outside the rain was still batting down hard, the wind howling through the windows as the thunder roared, but inside, there was a welcome silence as mother and child were beginning to bond. “I just did what anyone would have done.” Charlie said softly as she played with the little purple elephant that was in her hands. “I eh....I bought this.” “First gift.” Bianca smiled as she took the teddy from Charlie and laid it down in the cot that was next to her bed. “It’s cute...thanks.” “So, do you have a name yet?” Charlie asked. Bianca smiled lightly as she looked down at her baby. “Isabella.” Bianca smiled. “She looks like an Isabella.” Charlie smiled as she finally took a proper look at the child. With her big brown eyes and her full head of dark brown hair, she looked adorable. “She’s lovely.” “Bianca I am so sorry for being such a bitch to you these past 8 months or so.” “Hey, I think I deserved it.” Bianca said. “I mean, I might have just had a baby with your man.” Charlie shook her head. “She looks nothing like Brax. Nothing at all....although she doesn’t look much like you either.” “So you don’t think she’s Brax’s?” Charlie shook her head. “But I still want a DNA test.” “Yeah, sure.” Bianca said. “We can arrange one for as soon as possible.” “Maybe then we can see about us.” Charlie said. “I miss you Bianca.” “God...I’ve missed you too.” Bianca replied. “And the kids. Jacob especially because I’ve known him longer, I mean the girls were only a few months when all this happened, but still...I missed being around them.” “Bianca I guess in some ways, I was jealous.” Charlie said. “Here was me just been told that I couldn’t have any more kids and then you wind up pregnant and worse still....Brax might have been the father. It was just so hard for me to trying to accept it and punishing you because you were pregnant...it wasn’t fair and I only hope you can forgive me.” “Me forgive you?” Bianca questioned. “Charlie, I should be the one asking for forgiveness. I invited your man into my home. I got myself pregnant and thought he was the father.” “I don’t think he is the father. I had my moments, but looking at that little girl there....she’s not Brax’s.” “Well as much at it would mean she wouldn’t have a father in her life, I hope your right.” Bianca said. “I’d love to be able to just put all this behind us and be friends again.” “Me too. If you can forgive me.” Charlie said. “I could.” Bianca nodded. “Could you forgive me?” “There’s nothing to forgive.” Charlie shook her head. “I know I’ve previously said that even if he wasn’t the father, you may have still slept together...” Charlie trailed off. “But I trust you Bianca and I trust Brax.” ““God look at you, delivering babies now eh.” Brax grinned. “Well someone had too.” Charlie said. “What did....” Brax trailed off. He wanted to know what Bianca had had, but he didn’t want to seem too interested in fear of upsetting Charlie. “She had a little girl. Isabella.” “Isabella.” Brax smiled. “Cute.” “She really is.” Charlie smiled. “She has these big brown eyes, that you’re just drawn too. She has a full head of chocolate brown hair.....she’s not yours Brax, I could tell you that right now. I just know.” Oh God get a room.” Ruby screwed her face up as she walked back into the kitchen, in her pyjamas, and opened the fridge and pulled out a bottle of water. Charlie let out a childish giggle before she kissed him once more. “Seriously.” Ruby sighed. “I love that you two are getting back together and sorting everything out, but, really I don’t need to see that.” “Then go to your room.” Charlie said as she looked up at her daughter. Old clothes from the twins.” Charlie smiled. “Their gift to Isabella.” “Oh wow...thanks.” Bianca smiled as they took a seat on the couch and Bianca opened the suitcase revealing piles and piles of clothes, from new-born up till 9 months. “I was never able to throw them away.” Charlie shook her head. “Knowing that this would be my last baby grow, the last dress for a 3 month old...” Charlie trailed off as she bowed her head down and ran her hand over the clothes. “But I need to let go.” Charlie said. “So, it’s either giving them to you or taking them down to a charity shop or something.” Charlie smiled lightly as she picked up a little white baby grow with multi-coloured polka dots on it. “Paige wore this on the day we brought her home from the hospital. She brought the baby grow up to her face and smelt it. “It kind of still has that baby smell.” Charlie smiled lightly and she brought it back down and placed it on her knee and ran her hand over it. “You should keep it.” Bianca smiled. “You don’t think it’s silly?” “Of course not.” Bianca shook her head. “There’s nothing wrong with keeping some of your baby’s clothes.” Charlie smiled lightly as she picked up a second baby grow, this one also white, but with multi-coloured stripes instead of polka dots. “Riley’s coming home outfit?” Charlie nodded lightly as she laid it out on her knee in the same style as before. “Well all this stuff is great.” Bianca smiled. “I’m sure Isabella will look super cute in all these outfits.” Bianca grinned as she looked through the baby grows, dresses, dungarees, t-shirts, little combat trousers, shorts, skirts, and little baby jeans. “How has she been?” Charlie asked. “Eh....it’s only been a few days.” Bianca answered. “I mean I never thought I could love another human being as much as I love her already, but it’s hard work.” “Shame I can’t say she takes after me then. She looks nothing like me. I mean I’ve got blonde hair and blue eyes and she’s....brown hair, brown eyes...” Bianca trailed off. “Still she’s got Scott in her.” Charlie smiled briefly before looking down at the girl and pursing her lips together. “Here, take her back.” Charlie said as she handed Isabella back to Bianca, before she stood up, stuffing the two baby grows into her bag. “I have to go.” Charlie said before she ran from the house, leaving Bianca very confused. “Well we can’t stay in the little bubble of Summer Bay forever.” Ruby laughed. “Our lives are waiting for us to come back from our break.” “As long as I’m with you it doesn’t matter where we live.” Xavier smiled. “I’d even move to Timbuktu for you.” Xavier laughed. “Really, Africa?” Ruby laughed. “I know you, Brax.” Charlie said. “I know something is wrong, so please just talk to me.” “If I do it’ll only upset you.” Brax sighed. “So, just leave it. I’ll be fine in a few days.” “Brax?” Charlie questioned. “You’re not having second thoughts about us, are you?” “No no God no.” Brax shook his head as he walked closer to Charlie and took her hands into his. “I love you so much and our little kiddies.” Brax smiled. “So then what is it?” Charlie questioned. “Please talk to me.” Brax gave a gentle nod of his head before he exhaled. “Okay.” Brax said before he led Charlie to the couch where they both sat down.

LOVED this fic from start to finish!!!!! REALLY ace final 2 chapters !!!! LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED that, especially ...... “Xavier, I’m lying in a puddle of amniotic fluid.” “Right,”he answered, not sure what else he was supposed to say. April tried again.“Xavier, my waters have broken.” That he did understand. His eyes widened in shock as he turned and looked at her.“Now?” The doctor smiled at them indulgently.“How are you feeling, April?” “Tired and sore and fat.” April leaned over to look into the small crib next to her bed.She reached out a hand and felt tiny fingers grip it in recognition. She looked at the chart next to the crib, inscribed with the words “Lily Scott”.A happy smile spread across her face. Xavier tiptoed into the room behind her, a bunch of flowers in his hand.He kissed April on the cheek and clambered onto the bed with her, peering over her shoulder.“How is she?” “Gorgeous.Like her dad.” “Oh, thanks a lot April shook her head.“Xavier, think about it.We’ve been working all the hours we can to afford the rent on that place. Now we’ve got Lily, I’m going to have to give up work to look after her.Or you are. There’s going to be extra food, nappies, a dozen other things we haven’t thought of.We’re not going to be able to manage on our own.” Xavier was even more concerned.“You’re not saying we should give her up, are you?” “No, I’m saying we need help.”She looked him in the eye and he realised what she meant.“I think it’s time to go home.” “I was thinking of taking a sickie,”Bianca agreed,“Do you think the boss would mind?” Irene was staring over both their shoulders in the direction of the door.“I think you might want to do that. And I think you both might want something a bit stronger than coffee.” Gina and Bianca both turned round…and found Xavier and April standing in the doorway of the Diner, a baby nestling in April’s arms. The two women were frozen in shock. They had made several attempts to track the pair down over the last few months but all had come to nothing. They seemed to come out of their trance at the same moment and ran to embrace the pair. “Awww, Mum!”Xavier complained. “Well, I haven’t seen you in months,”Gina protested. She looked at Lily.“Is that my grandchild?” “And my”-Bianca stared hard at the baby-“niece?” April nodded.“Lily, I want you to meet your grandma and your Auntie Bianca.” “Lily,”Bianca repeated,“Awww, that’s cute.” “Kinda runs in the family,”Xavier noted, kissing April on the side of the head. Bianca looked from one to the other of them.“Has something happened between you two?” April grinned.“You could say that.” “We managed,”April agreed,“But Lily deserves more than us just managing.” April put Lily down in her cot and looked around the room.“Last place we stayed, Daddy and I didn’t even have her own room,”she remarked to her daughter,“You are very lucky to have so many people who want to make sure you have everything you need.”She felt a bit guilty that Gina and Bianca had had to help them out with the bond on the flat but she wasn’t going to let Lily want for anything. Xavier grinned.“Heath gave me my job back.” “Seriously?” “Yeah.I think he was missing having someone to shout at.I was thinking of getting you to try and persuade him if he said no, I think he fancies you.”April raised an eyebrow.“Hey, stranger things have happened.” “I went to college,”April noted,“They’re happy to have me start back next year.So I’ve got that long to work out what course I want to do.Irene’s given me a couple of evening shifts at the Diner, that’ll give us some extra money and get me out of the flat.” “You sure you’re okay with being a waitress again?” “I’ll cope.I spoke to Molly earlier, she wants to come and visit at the weekend.” Xavier nodded.“Last time I spoke to Ted he was grumbling about training up my replacement.” April looked suddenly nervous.“Xavier…things have worked out for us, haven’t they?” Xavier planted a lingering kiss on her lips and they both smiled.“Yeah.I think they have.” -
Really enjoyed that, especially ...... “Bit small is it not?” Charlie questioned as she thought about the small studio apartment that Brax had been renting for the last few months. “Well small is cosy.” Brax grinned. “We’d be cosy.” “Won’t they already be in bed?” Brax questioned. “Well I mean...” Charlie trailed off, feeling embarrassed. “I mean in the morning.” “Look...Brax is....” Charlie exhaled lightly. “I get that you care about Bianca, but right now, I just can’t be friends with her and quite frankly Irene, it’s not really any of your business.” “Just before the fun begins you mean?” Brax laughed cheekily. “Oi.” Charlie hit his chest. “Who says we were going to?” Charlie raised her eye brows suggestively. “I guess no one did.” Brax answered. “I kinda maybe just assumed it.” “Oh well you should never assume.” Charlie shook her head as she started to unbutton Brax’s shirt. “No.” Brax shook his head. “Silly me.” Charlie smiled lightly as she looked up into Brax’s eyes before she placed a soft kiss on his lips. Brax smiled into the kiss and he wrapped his arms around her, pulling her tiny frame closer to him, before they started walking through to the bedroom, their kiss never breaking. “I’m sorry.” Ruby said as she bowed her head down. “I....with Matt....it’s just sex.” “So you send me a message telling me that you love me and you propose to me and -” “I proposed?” Ruby questioned. “You said marry me.” Xavier answered. “But then a couple days later and you land in bed with someone else.” “I’m sorry.” Ruby shook her head. “And if I could I would take it all back with Matt, but what’s happened has happened and it can’t be changed, but it can be stopped.” “I don’t know if it can.” Xavier shook his head. “It can.” Ruby emphasised. “I love you and I want to be with you. If we are going to find a way to make this relationship work, then things with Matt will be over.” “Then I’ll leave.” Ruby sighed. “If it means getting to be with you then I’ll finish this tour then I’ll leave the band.” “I still have uni.” Xavier sighed. “We don’t start our holidays until December.” “So you take a few extra weeks.” “It’s more than a few, Ruby. We still have a week of October left, then there’s all of November.” “Okay, well....you’ll need to trust me.” Ruby said. “I promise you Xav, nothing else will happen with Matt and me if we get back together.” Xavier smiled lightly as he looked at Ruby. She was beautiful. He’d never loved anyone like he loves her. “Don’t make me regret this Rubes.” Xavier shook his head as he stood up. “I won’t.” Ruby smiled as she jumped up from the seat and into his arms. I promise you I won’t.” “And me and your Mum were kind of busy most of the night.” Brax muttered and Charlie slapped his chest as they gave each other a cheeky glance. “Busy with what?” Jacob questioned. Charlie raised her eyebrows at Brax, waiting to hear what his answer would be. “Well Mummy and Daddy -” “We were busy planning what we were going to do today.” Charlie smiled down at her son. Jacob said just as the girls could be heard stirring through the baby monitor. “Daddy, you’re turn to get them up.” Charlie said as she lightly rubbed Brax’s chest. “Yeah Daddy, get them girls in here.” Jacob smiled. Brax laughed lightly as he got out of the bed, and returned moments later holding his two girls. Paige and Riley’s faces both lit up as they saw their Mother. “Hey babies.” Charlie smiled as Brax got back into the bed and Charlie took Riley into her arms, the 5 of them sitting together in the bed enjoying the morning.

BIIIIIIIG catch up !!!! FIFTEEN chapters !!! LOOOOOOVED that, especially ...... Ruby was in the middle of a maths test when she was called to principals office. "Did I do something wrong?"Ruby hated going to principals office. "No... Your test results you know the language test you took... You failed so we've asked Dexter Walker to tutor you..." Ruby smiled out of all the people that could tutor her Dex was chosen. "I was reading text message while leaving for work and forgot about the stairs and tumbled down." Sid felt like crying. His own daughter didn't remember him! "I'm Sid your dad..." Sasha's face started to change. "I think I remember now... Sid Walker is my dad,Indi is my sister and she's pregnant, Dex is my brother who is dating my best friend Ruby and Romeo is Indi's boyfriend. Did I miss anybody." Sid sighed with relief. "You obliviously need to vomit so go!" April gave a grateful look and then ran to toilet. While she was in there she heard Heath come in. "Hi! Wheres April." "She's vomiting." "Thanks" A few seconds later Heath is behind her holding her hair back out of her face. "This is so hard!"April was bawling her eyes out. "Babe do you wanna know what I think of you right now? I think you are ten times stronger then you were before!" April looks up at him. "Really?" "Really" April and Heath hug, then go for a walk on the beach. "It's three o'clock." "The baby is coming I don't care!" "Shoot!" Indi and Romeo put dressing gowns on and head to hospital. 2 hours later. "Here's your son! "He's perfect" Indi was buggered but she was to excited to sleep. "Little Felix!" Romeo was smiling so huge Indi was sure his face would crack. "Boring! except at three this morning when Dex called and said Indi was in labor! Then at five to say little Felix was born!" "No way! Have you been down there?" "Yeah! My boyfriends sister gave birth! Someday Felix could be my nephew!" This made Charlie worried. "Ruby please don't think like that! Your only eighteen!" "I know! but it could happen!" "Yes it could! But thats not the point! Ok don't rush into things!" And thats how Charlie left the conversation. "I told you so!" Xav thought it was the right time to carry out his plan. Xav got down on one knee. "Sasha Bezimal will you become Sasha Austin?" Sasha's eye's widen and she started jumping up and down. "Yes! Yes I will!" Xavier and Sasha started to hug. "Sasha you are 16! What were you thinking?" Sid wasn't a happy camper! "We're not getting married right now!" Sasha didn't understand why her family wasn't happy for her. "I think it's romantic! congrats Sash, I'll be supportive!" Sasha smiled at her sister. "I am to! Now I can actually call Xav my bro and it actually be true!" Sasha laughed. "Please dad?" Sasha now felt like crying. "Ok! If your happy!" Sasha was focusing on Romeo. "Romeo?" "Why does my opinion count?" Sasha raised an eyebrow in surprise. "You practically my brother!" Romeo smiled. "I'm happy for you!" Sasha smiled "What about you Felix?" Felix gurgled. I think that was a yes! Thank you guys!" Sasha gave everybody a hug. Sasha was getting sick of seeing her fiance. He came over everyday! "You might as well live here..." Sasha commented as she let Xav in. "You are my fiancee!" "I love you more then you could ever imagine! But tomorrow could you not come over." Xav sighed. "Fine!" "Thanks babe!" Xav and Sasha kissed. Brax was listening to Casey and Ruby's conversation, once Casey hung up Brax came out. "Well..." 'She asked him!" Brax laughed. "Wow! Dexter Walker was asked out... Didn't see that coming!" "Me either!." Brax gave Casey a pat on the back. "You'll find someone else!" "No one will ever be like Ruby!" Heath watched as his heavily pregnant girlfriend tries to pick up a pen. "Wanna swap? You can be the young dad and I'll go to school!" "Yuck! I didn't have a baby with Indi gross!" Romeo laughed. "I told mum I was listening in class but really I was thinking about our wedding." Sasha was shocked. "You lied to your mum! I thought Xavier Austin would never do that!" Xav laughed and kissed Sasha. "Your almost there! More more big push!" April pushed with all her might, then suddenly the room fills with cries. "Congratulations it's a girl!" April takes the new baby girl in her arms. "Hello Emma Jessica Braxton!"Heath makes his way over to see his new baby. "She looks like you!" Heath Rubs Aprils back. "You think so!" Heath nods. "She's beautiful!" Charlie and Ruby were having a girls night in. "What movie do you wanna watch?" "I have no Idea!" "Sorry we don't have that one!" Ruby laughs. Indi was annoyed. Romeo had gone surfing the morning that he was supposed to look after Felix. "Mummy's very angry at daddy! Yes she is! Yes she is!" Indi was tickling Felix so he would laugh. "Daddy's in trouble! Yes he is!" "Is he now!" Romeo was standing at the door listening to Indi. "Yes he is!" "How?" Indi thought for a moment. "You have to take care of Felix for four days straight, plus your cooking your own tea for a month!" Romeo laughed. "Felix never get in trouble!"
