Extended Summary

Kat is recovering from the shock of discovering that Robbo was on the boat wanting to go straight to him and confront him over it. However, Scarlett who is more cautious of the situation wants Kat to check in with work first as if he was on the boat she needs to be careful. Kat doesn’t believe that Robbo is a bad guy and just wants answers. At the police office, Kat turns in the watch tag that she found pointing out that it matches Robbo’s watch. Scarlett finds Robbo watching the police investigation on the pier and heads over to join him. She asks him if he has changed his mind about finding out his past but he hasn’t. He correctly detects that Scarlett is hiding something and asks if that’s why Kat has been acting weird since the boat turned up. Meanwhile forensics have found that Robbo’s blood was on the boat but there was blood from another unidentified person but the amount of blood leads them to believe the other person didn’t survive. Now that its clear something bad has happened they need to bring Robbo in for questioning. At the pier Robbo wants to go on the boat and demands to be let through, Kat heads down there and goes on board with him to see if anything is triggered from his memory. Robbo is unable to remember anything and is at a loss as to what to think. The questioning of Robbo doesn’t yield any results. When Kat drops Robbo home he tells her that he understands if she wants to ends things as she didn’t sign up for this but she says she trusts the man sitting with her now. The police find out that the boat was owned by Robbo’s ex-girlfriend who was found dead. Kat goes back to the boat to have another look with Scarlett and they find a gun on the boat. At the station Kat is called in by her boss who ask how close she and Robbo have become, he asks if she has had contact with Dylan Carter and she says no as she is testifying against him. The gun is owned by Dylan Carter (Kat’s ex) proving that both eh and Robbo where on the boat.

On the beach Ash runs into Tori doing yoga and they engage in awkward banter. It’s overheard by Leah who can tell that Tori still have feelings for Ash despite her denials. Leah then says that if Tori really is over Ash then she should ask someone out which is exactly what she does when she sees a handsome stranger in line at the diner. Tori rushes home and runs into Justin who she tells about her date, however he thinks that she means a date with Ash and not with a stranger. When he realises that it isn’t Ash he is puzzled and disappointed. He heads out for a surf and sees Ash and wanting to stay out of it tells him that he’ll get there. He accidently tells Ash about her date, giving him all the details. On her date, Tori’s nerves are showing but despite a few fumbles the date seems to go well. Ash crashes Marilyn and John’s lunch date citing he wants to catch up but really wants to spy on Tori which they clearly see through. John annoyed at the extract presence on his date with Marilyn tries to hunt that he leave. Marilyn tells Ash to go say hello, seeing that he cares for Tori. Taking her advice he heads over to the bar to talk to Tori and ends up cutting Tori’s date short. Angry Tori storms out. Ash deflected heads to the diner where he overhears Leah and Irene talking about Robbo and the investigation. Worried about Kat he leaves to head over to find her and sees her and Robbo kissing. He confronts the two of them about what Kat is doing with Robbo. Angry she shuts Ash down, telling him he has crossed the line and that he needs to leave the two of them alone as she knows what she is doing. At the Morgan’s Justin asks how Tori’s date went and she tells him how Ash ruined her date. Justin tries to tell her that Ash likes her but is interrupted by Tori who then walks off to have a shower. Ash finds Robbo at Salt and confronts him that if he hurts Kat he’ll come for him. Robbo tells him to back off as anything between him and Kat has nothing to do with Ash.
