Storyline’s that seem too overkilled?.

In recent years there have be some stories that seemed way too dragged out or overkilled. 
 

1.  Brax vs his enemies -they were Gunno/Pirovic/Sharpe and Andy in his early days. It became so overkilled after while, always in a battle with another gang leader or other criminal. I was very happy to see back of Brax as his character just  got more overbearing as time went on and  you could understand why he was way he was. 
 

2 Morgana's Witnesses protection- I felt the storyline was too drawn out and months with all the close calls. By end you just couldn’t wait for it to end. Especially the way they used the witness protection storyline to bring in a never known,  long lost sibling Raffy when bearing only getting to know existing Morgan's and  Phoebe and Nate were both annoying in there involvement with family and practically Phoebe after three years of complaining of being involved with Braxtons drama and as soon as Braxtons leaves she gets her  imminently involved with Morgan's dramas for rest of her time on show but guest they needed  to give  Phoebe something to do full out rest of Isabelle contract and when Justin and Phoebe finally officially got together it wasn’t long before Phoebe left  and same with Nate and Tori finally getting together it wasn’t long before Nate left.

I personally didn’t like Justin at first as he was such  overbearing character at first even though like Brax you could understand why he was like that. 
 

3 Robbo backstory- Robbo character was basically defined by one story-line in his whole three years that was his mystery background  and even in his relationships with  Kat and Jasmine they both fully connected into his backstory storyline and got to point where just didit care about storyline anymore and also even after Robbo dead it was prolong with Jasmine thinking she was pregnant with Robbo baby and then Jasmine going crazy with Grace and then Jasmine ends up living Robbo parents as her exit storyline  . 

4 Colby Killing Ross and with finding Bella and his eventual down fall  -Colby like Robbo was other character that was define by one storyline in his whole time on show and  all though 2020 season writers were doing all they could to  destroy Colby character by having everyone turn against him  both by  his friends and fans and Colby character had already changed before Angelo return to investigate Ross murder  as  started with breaking up with Mackenzie and divorce papers from Chelsea arriving and way he treated Paratas was so out of character for Colby even though they were not 100% innocent in some things and then bringing in Amber as sister of Colby friend who dead in car crash to remind us about Colby shady background and then later we had Angelo return and all hell broke lose on his character and that said Angelo certainly wasn’t any angel on his return as he did few questionable things such as turning against Colby simply because he was once river boy and Angelo hated River boys for chasing out him of town years earlier and Colby wasn’t even in Summer Bay with river boys then and later sending arrest warrant on Bella for leaving town where he had no reason to suspect Bella and using necklace on Taylor without permission to spy on Colby and also thought was very  bad Angelo did not seemed care about what happens to cops  in prison and Angelo might be right on Colby being guilty but however he took things far too personally on taking down Colby as took things personally on Colby for two reasons one was revenge’s on Colby being River boy and other was Colby having affair with his wife and Angelo would not cared if he  had sent Bella/Dean/Willow to prison as well and that’s exactly why Willow turn on Colby as she knew she was going  get sent to prison if things kept going and Willow hated herself want she had to do but needed she needed to saved herself and Bella and Dean and was hard to no who was good guy or bad guy  in this Colby might be  losing plot and guilty of taking law into his own hands but at  same time you could understand what drove Colby to killing Ross he was man who killed both his parents and keep his sister hidden from real world and he was going to kill Colby himself and shot Willow and Ross tying to make Colby chose between his sister and Wife.
I  know people say it’s still taking human life but it still was man who was evil and while  Angelo might be right about Colby being guilty  of killing Ross but like i  said  above his behaviour  was definitely questionable too and was like Angelo was more worried about serial killer being murdered then innocent people who were murdered by serial killer . 


Also it  was really annoying how Angelo gloating around town after Colby was sent to jail and saying  that I was right  and seemed far too plot convenient on how quickly Angelo and Taylor patch things up and Taylor all sudden thinking she loved Angelo all long and not Colby as she said  before she fell in love  with Colby and she was already having marriage problems before affair with Colby started and was just simple way to write both out since they both serve there purpose. 
 

 

What’s you thoughts on storylines that seemed over killed or to drag out?.
