Which baby had a more tragic start to life? Grace or Luc?

I say Luc as at least Grace still has her  mother Tori  alive  and  Tori is more mature and stable then Billie  and sure Billie did redeem herself some what by end and had matured when she had Luc but she still did lied to VJ for months even if it was partly for Luc

Luc, although possibly for the opposite reason to above. She had a chance of a happy family life with two parents who loved each other and her, and within weeks one of them was dead and the other was being kept away from her. And then she needed life-saving surgery. At least she got to be with VJ in the end but it should have been so much better.

Luc because of all the custody dramas and having her father conceiving her due to rape

I would say Luc due to how she was conceived, losing her mum and then all the custody stuff. The fact that VJ had to go on the run so it meant she missed out on a relationship with Leah as well.
