"You are due in three weeks," Steven said. "I got a called from Tess yesterday said she was getting out next week," Selina announced. "What why?" Steven asked. "Jake paid the bail money and the drink driving charge was dropped," Selina replied. "WHAT!" Steven yelled. "Jake's rich," Selina said. Steven marched into the Police station and saw Tess walking out holding Jake's hand. “YOU LET HER GO, SELINA AND MINE BABY ALMOST DIED!" Steven yelled. "Steve relax I paid the money, Tess didn’t deserved this." Jake said wrapping his arms around Tess. "Just stay out of my life," Steven snapped at Tess then left. “I can’t believe Tess is free,” Ash said at work as Kat entered. “Tess deserves a second chance," Kat announced. "Tess ran Selina down while drunk," Daniel said. "Tess said she was sorry," Kat said. "Steven hit you years ago?" Jake asked as they sat on the lounge. "Yes he did after Lucy was born," Tess said. “Hey he won't ever touch you again," Jake said. Selina was getting dinner ready when there was a knock at the door. Steven saw it was Kat. "Come to tell us Tess back in gaol?” Steven asked. "Tess told us you used to hit her," Kat announced. "That's a lie, I never once hit her." Steven snapped. "What’s going on?" Selina asked. "Tess is scared Steven," Kat replied. Selina grabbed Steve's hand. "I'm sorry you need to stay in a Police cell tonight," Kat said. "WHAT!" Selina asked. Steven gave Selina a quick kiss. "It’ll be okay honey, I love you." Steven whispered. "I love you Steve," Selina whispered then kissed Steven again. Steven found himself in a cell for the night. Jake entered. "Don't ever come near Tess again, Jake snapped. "I never laid one finger on Tess, she’s lying like she always does." Steven snapped. "Why would she lie?" Jake asked. What are you doing about that?" Steven asked as Kat came in. She hit Selina while drunk. "It’s who Tess is. "I let Tess go with a warning," Kat said. "WHAT!" Steven yelled. "Tess hid the fact you hit her," Jake announced. "I DID NOT!" Steven yelled. Selina tried to sleep. It was hot and Steven wasn’t beside her. Selina got out of bed to find Lucy staring out of the kitchen window. "Lucy can't sleep either, honey?" Selina asked. How could she do this to Dad?" Lucy answered. "My mother a lying cow. "Don't know sweetie, I need your Dad though." Selina whispered. "I HATE HER!" Lucy announced. "We’ll go see your Dad tomorrow," Selina said. "I’ll get the tea, you relax Selina." Lucy announced. "Thank you sweetie," Selina whispered then gave Lucy a hug. "You are making a mistake; Tess is so scared of Steven." Jake replied. "Tess doesn’t know what the truth is," Selina announced. "Don't you dare talk to Tess like that, she been hit by your boyfriend for years and what the cops do nothing?" Jake snapped. "Tess hasn't been in Steven's life for years," Selina snapped as Steven walked out. "Let’s go babe," Steven said taking Selina's hand. Selina kissed Steven lovingly as they got into the car. "I missed you last night," Selina whispered. "I missed you too honey, how are you feeling?” Steven said. "Barely slept last night, I was worried about you." Selina answered. "I am fine don’t worry about me. I’ll give you a back rub when we get home." Steven said. "Sounds good," Selina whispered then gave Steven a kiss. "Honey don’t stop," Selina moaned as Steven ran kisses down her neck. "I don't plan to baby; we’ve got a few hours alone." Steven whispered as they fell on the bed kissing hungrily. They heard the doorbell. "Ignore it. I'm not sharing you for a few hours," Selina whispered then ran kisses down Steven's neck. Steven pulled off Selina's t-shirt. "Honey I love you," Steven whispered. "I love you too baby forever," Selina whispered then put her arms around Steven’s neck and kissed him lovingly. Steven stroked Selina's bare back as they lay in bed a while later. "STEVEN out here now!" they heard Jake yell. Selina touched Steven's face and smiled at him. "Ignore him baby," Selina whispered then ran kisses down Steven’s neck. Steven walked out of the shower a few hours later. Selina was fast asleep. Steven got dress then kissed Selina's forehead then went downstairs. "Chase broke up with me today," Sarah said as Steven entered the kitchen. "I'm sorry Sarah you okay?" Steven asked. "I will be, I’m glad you’re back home Steven." Sarah replied then gave Steven a hug. "Let’s go watch 'Clueless'," Lucy suggested. "I'm in for that Lucy," Sarah said. "I made the state team for basketball," Luke announced entering the kitchen. Lucy glanced at Luke and their eyes met and then quickly looked away. "How’s Selina?" Lucy asked. "I’m good honey," Selina replied coming downstairs. "Sarah let’s go watch the movie, it will make you forget Chase for a while." Lucy announced. "What happened honey?” Selina asked. "Chase broke up with me," Sarah said. "Sweetie I'm so sorry," Selina said hugging Sarah. "His Father doesn’t like me, said I'm not good enough for Chase." Sarah said. "Honey, you are so beautiful. It is my fault Chase's Father doesn’t like you," Selina said. "Mum it's not your fault" Sarah said then hugged her Mother. Chase got home in a very bad mood, breaking up with Sarah was the last thing he wanted. "Chase is that you?" Tess asked. “I've got homework. Where's Dad?" Chase asked. "Talking with the courts hoping they will put Steven back in gaol," Tess said. "Why Steven? He’s a good guy." Chase snapped then went upstairs. "Sorry, I had a bad day," Sarah replied starting to cry. "What happened honey?" Steven asked. "Tess told my class I wouldn't have sex with Chase so he dumped me," Sarah replied. "Are you serious? I'm so sorry Sarah," Steven said. Steven rang Miranda Sullivan, Summer Bay High principal. "It was a joke Miranda. Tess is a really good teacher," Jake announced to his ex wife. "Tess is fired. Sarah is a nice sweet girl, how dared you spread rumours about her!" Miranda snapped. "I will go to the Board of Education if you Iet me go Miranda. You can’t stand Jake with a real woman now," Tess said wrapping her arms around Jake's waist. "I will tell them you embarrassed a student very hurtfully. The students come first," Miranda said. "Sarah is not good enough for Chase," Jake announced. "You're a snob Jake! I don't know what I ever saw in you," Miranda said. "Tess is a thousand times better in bed. Let’s go sweetheart," Jake announced. Jake and Tess got home. "Your ex could never please you I’m glad I do," Tess said smiling. Chase came downstairs with a few suitcases. “What’s going on Chase?" Jake asked. "I am moving in with Mum. I am not living with someone who insulted my girlfriend," Chase announced. "You broke it off with Sarah, she’s not good enough for you Chase." Jake announced. "That's my decision. I love Sarah," Chase snapped then left. Sarah was kissing Chase the next afternoon at his new flat he moved in with his Mum. "I missed you. I'm so sorry Sarah," Chase whispered. "I missed you too. We can go see a movie Friday night with Luke and Lucy," Sarah announced. "Sounds good," Chase said. Sarah kissed Chase again. Sarah's mobile started ringing. "My Mother is about to have a baby, I’d better get that." Sarah said. Sarah saw it was Lucy. "Sarah, Selina is in labour," Lucy announced. "I'm on my way Lucy," Sarah said. "I need to go, my Mum is in labour," Sarah announced. "Okay, I’ll see you tomorrow," Chase said. "I will drive you Sarah," Miranda offered. "Thank you Mrs Sullivan," Sarah said. "You’re welcome honey," Miranda said. Sarah was in the waiting room, it was after 7am. Selina had been in labour for over twelve hours. Steven came out smiling. "It's a boy, both Mum and baby are doing well," Steven announced smiling. "That is so good. Can we see Mum and the baby?" Luke said. "You sure can. Say hello to your baby brother Leo William Matheson," Steven announced. Selina watched as Sarah held her baby brother. "Leo’s got Steven's eyes," Sarah said. Selina smiled at Steven. After everyone had a nurse of Leo, everyone left but Steven. Selina gave Steven a loving kiss. "I love you Steve.
