Likes: Vinnie - 1999-2004(When he officially 'left) Ric Dalby - 2004-2006; 2008(Stopped liking him because Drew/Belle arrived and created better storylines than the ones he was currently presenting. The whole fight scene drama bought him back up to being my favorite again though.) Belle - 2006 (Was okay and a little interesting at first. She eventually died down) Drew - 2006-2007 (Liked some storylines until he started to try and sleep with Amanda) Aden Jefferies - 2007-2008 (I only really liked him until he started to act like a goody too shoes. I really started to like him in about August of 07' and started to hate him in about late 2008 after he started to act a little too good for his character) Hated ones. Max Sutherland - 2003-2004 (Started to get a bit mushy after his whole cancer girlfriend thing. He then started to become a victim of Henry and I felt sorry for him yes, but it meant that his character really had nothing interesting to do and therefore became a victim) Henry Hunter - 2004-2005 (I hated him since he started and until he left. He was annoying, obnoxious and didn't really sit well around many plots at that time) Annie Campebll - 2009 (Seemed a bit annoying in 2009, but that's just me) Geoff Campbell - 2007-2010 (Was annoying and basically got what he deserved from Aden and others) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dylan Russell 2004 - 2006 Robbie Hunter 2006 - 2007 Kim Hyde (residual love for the "Robbie and Kim" years, mostly. Kim wasn't much of a character by the time Rachel was through with him...) 2007 - 2008 Lucas Holden 2008 - 2010 Aden Jefferies I *think* that's right. I'm pretty bad with dates. I feel like Ric should be in there somewhere but the only time for him to be THE favourite would have been between Lucas leaving and Aden becoming more prominent, and I just hated what he'd become by then... My specifically hated characters... uhhhmm... I'm pretty good at erasing evil memories, so I can't be sure of these, but this is a loose recollection: Dani Sutherland Rhys Sutherland "Sam Holden" Rachel Armstrong I feel like Martha should be in there somewhere, but I don't hate her now so I find it hard to remember hating her as much as I truly, truly hate the others. I think she was just really irritating more than anything else. I'm sure there were plenty of other loathsome characters that I choose not to remember. When you have been watching forever it is so hard to remember when you stopped hating certain characters, and when you started liking them, and then when they suddenly became such an integral part of the Bay you couldn't bear it without them....Mack McKenzie, come on down!!! Pretty sure I disliked her when she had that stupid hat on after Jack died (please don't slate me, I was not a Jack/Martha fan and I found the beret genuinely infuriating). Then I got distracted by conviction that Hugo was a Very Bad Man. Before I knew what was happening, she's sleeping with Liam and all I want is for her to be happy. It's very disconcerting.... However, on the other hand you find yourself in the sad position of having to say you have come to hate a formerly beloved character, purely on the grounds of her horrid family-in-law, apparent loss of contact with her "best friend", and general boring self-righteous behaviour. Rachael Armstrong, we will miss you. But please, go away. During all this turmoil, however, I am held firm by loving Alf, and missing Sally and Flynn, and also by an all-encompassing desire to be Miles' wife, regardless of what turns out to be the craic with Rabbit. Which is nice, I suppose. Everyone likes a little security in their life. ETA: Even if that security comes in the form of being a wife of a person with hallucinatory mental illness!
